Scam artist. I brought my vehicle in telling him the exact problem. Charges me 78$ diagnostic fee anyway. Tried to charge me 2400$ for a seized pulley and a ac compressor. He then admits he has no clue how to put it on and neither does any of his employees. I opt in for a 700$ bypass that just avoids the problem all together I was robbed flat out by this guy. 700$ serpentine belt and 25 mins it was semi fixed so I could then deal with the problem at a real mechanic.
Ken was a sight for sore eyes after another night stuck in Green River.
My engine blew three months earlier while speeding through the desert trying to be at my best friend's side as they took her husband off life support after sudden organ failure at 50. I didn't make it. Had to fly back to Denver without my car or my friend. It took well over two months to get the engine replaced. In the meantime, I lost my nearly $100K/year job—in part because my boss thought I was BSing her about how long this car repair was taking.
I flew back to Moab to finally pick up my car, but the flight was delayed multiple times. I stupidly believed Uber when the app said I could get a ride from the airport. Little did I know the airport closed as soon as my flight got in. No Uber. Someone gave me a stack of cards for every driver in the area, and thank god Moab Taxi was able to pick me up. It was almost 10 PM by then. I got a ride to the shop, grabbed my keys, and had a bad feeling—but figured if I could at least get to Grand Junction, I'd be in familiar territory.
Should have listened to my gut. Lost all power at mile marker 192 headed back to Colorado. Car completely dead. It's pushing midnight on the side of I-70 and I didn't bring a coat because it's a freakish 70 degrees in Denver—but not out there. I was freezing. Called AAA and got the same great tow driver I'd had before (shoutout to Mike at Steele Towing). He suggested I have the car towed to Ken at NAPA.
Thank god.
I left a fairly unhinged voicemail for Ken around 2 AM, in tears from the Holiday Inn, after finding out my dogs' bad home situation had just exploded into a nightmare. Job lost, financially precarious, completely spent.
Walked over to Ken's place in the morning.
He was awesome. Kind, fast, no drama. Less than an hour and I was back on the road. Nice shop, great guy. Sometimes you just need one thing to go right—Ken was that thing.
We were traveling on vacation and in desperate need of an oil change. Our scheduling was tight enough where we could not lose half a day. This NAPA center got us in and out in about an hour. we appreciated we did not have to have an appointment or wait three hours or more for a shop opening. Everything was done with professionalism and courtesy. We visited September 2025.
Ken went out of his way to ensure my Kia Soul battery replacement resolved the issue! Both Ken and Keith were very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and respectful! Small town hospitality at it's finest!
Ken was great, made me feel safe in my vehicle when I was on a road trip alone. The store clerk was also very nice, and very knowledgeable about their inventory. I had a great experience. Walked in with worry and left with ease.
I was on a roadtrip from Colorado to California when my car broke down specifically my alternator went out. Ken was so helpful and kind. When we got it to the shop he said he would check it out and let me know. I left the car with Ken for 7 days and went on the road trip. He communicated well and said it was fixed. On our way back we picked up the car. When I left the shop with the car I picked up a nail in my tire and so I went back to the shop where Ken patched the tire and when I went to pay he just told me to get home safely. Thank you for being honest and so incredibly kind Ken!!! I hope this never happens to any one else, but if you ever need help go and see Ken!!!
I stopped in here for a tire repair after getting a flat on the interstate. The gentleman that helped me with my ruptured valve stem was very nice and didn’t charge me for such a simple repair I highly recommend this place for all your tire and vehicle repair needs. If I’m ever passing through there again and nee maintenance or tires this will be my choice.
Had a cracked radiator and nursed it into this shop. The mechanic misdiagnosed the problem as a bad head gasket or warped heads. He attempted to hard sell me a NEW ENGINE. We were traveling from out of state! Took our rig down the street, had the rad replaced and have done 5k miles with no issues.
The Napa mechanic at this location was more interested in getting "Good Google reviews" than anything else.
These guys were great! We needed a fuel filter for our diesel GMC 2020 pickup. They had the part and had it installed so quick!!!
Also the work and parts have a warranty nationwide at Napa dealerships! They made out fuel filter just a little hiccup in our travels instead of an ordeal!

Was driving cross country with my son when we got some electrical issues with his 03 Chrysler 300. Ken was able to figure out the issue, solve it, and get us on our way to meet my son's deadline for college check in AND and at a more than fair price. Ken is a live saver. Could not recommend more.
Our vehicle was messing up a couple of days ago and we are not from the area and we were trying to get back home states away and they fixed our vehicle within a day and we were back on the road these guys are super quick and don't mess around when it comes to your safety and being on the road and I highly recommend coming here they are 100 percent reliable and they definitely have the best customer service as well also they listen to you and all of your concerns so don't ever feel like you have to hesitate to ask any questions or anything like that
I was impressed at how well stocked this store is. It is well organized with attentive help. Definitely a great thing if you need parts in Green River Utah!
Stopped here while I was driving through and had my tire pressure light come on during my trip. The gentleman working was very helpful and ensured that all of my tires were good to go and had an appropriate amount of pressure to continue our trip - he was very quick and didn’t charge us. It was very kind and much appreciated!
This may be the friendliest auto place I've ever been! I had a part flapping under my car on a trip through Utah and had to pull over. They were very kind to me and my kids and it was an easy, quick fix. Highly recommended and such a kind team!!!
Amazing customer service! Friendly and helpful staff. Our vehicle died in the gas station parking lot down the street. We made several trips to NAPA trying to self diagnos the problem. Ken, the mechanic on staff went ABOVE and BEYOND trying to help us. With his advice; we were able to fix our vehicle and saved our vacation to get back on the road!
We were driving to Moab and encountered flash flooding that required some attention to our car after a spin out. Ken diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and had us back on our way in about an hour for a reasonable cost. Along with an excellent recommendation for burgers at Ray’s Tavern!
We had a flat tire on the way to lake Powell - the man in the shop worked very hard to get us on the road with minimal delay. So thankful they had the tires we needed. Even more thankful for the service and pleasantness of the person working there.
Ken in the new service department was very helpful. We busted an axle on I-70. He identified the problem and looked for a part. It was going to take a day to get the part. We opted for a tow to Grand Junction since we had plans there and he put us in contact with a couple of different towing options.
We came in with a part that we couldn’t get the bolts off ourselves. The guy at the counter did it for us. We are so appreciative for his help. Without his help we would’ve been stranded on the side of the road all night trying to do it ourselves. Thank you again
I am very impressed with Napa And the people that work at the Green River location. They saved my butt. My alternator went out about 70 miles outside of town. They were closing in 15 minutes. And they made it so I could pick up the alternator and get my vehicle back on. The truly showed that care about the people. I would go back any time for anything if if I could give him more than 5 stars. I would thank you very much napa of green river
Came to a hotel in this town on Saturday. Our car’s battery died completely, it was old and bad, we needed a new one. An amazing guy came to work on Sunday because of our call and saved our vacation. Otherwise we would be stuck here till Tuesday and probably missed our flight. Thank you very much for the amazing help once again.
Good staff and great selection. Was stuck in town with a broke down car and they made sure to set me up with the parts I need to get me back on the road.
Aaron was so much help! We were passing through town and realized we had a taillight out on our sprinter. Aaron went above and beyond to help us replace the burnt out bulb, clean out the corrosion on one of the sockets, and help us discover a whole new light we didn’t know we had. Overall great experience with very helpful and kind staff. If you are in the area and need some help, this is the place to go!
We were just passing through on our trip from Colorado back to Cali and they have Super helpful staff. They even came out to make sure the little AC charge we bought worked and that we knew how use it. Small town and it was great to see how they knew people by name as they walked in. :) thanks guys!
We recently encountered trouble with our Ford Ranger truck while traveling on I-70 from Colorado to Utah. We made it to Green River and this Napa Auto Parts store where we met Aaron. He was INCREDIBLY helpful! None of the mechanics in town would help us because it was 5pm but Aaron diagnosed our problem (spark plug wire) and then went on to help us fix it! We are SO GRATEFUL! He went out of his way to offer outstanding customer service to our family. We will never forget his kindness and willingness to use his automotive knowledge to help us when we needed it most.
