Called Mike for roadside and they showed up quick. He knew what he was doing, got us back rolling fast, and the price was fair — no crazy roadside gouging. Communication was solid the whole time and they handled it like pros. If you’re a driver stuck on the shoulder needing help ASAP, these are the guys to call. I’d definitely run them again if I’m ever broke down in their area.

Showed up super quick, went straight to business, handled my old 77 engine like a champ, fixed our oil leak issue at a gas station, and was extremely fair priced. Highly recommend calling these guys over anyone in the Utah area.
We called several mobile RV services on a Sunday evening while heading to SLC and Mike was the only one to immediately respond. Within minutes Mike sent out his technician Pete to our location. Pete and Mike quickly assessed a bad fuel pump. Mike had foresight to arrange for our RV to be towed to a near by RV park; Roll’in Home RV Park. Mike contacted us first thing the next morning having already ordered a new fuel pump. He even stopped by later the same morning to say hello and to assess a couple other minor issues on the RV. Once the part did arrive Mike and Pete returned to the RV park and finished the repair in a few short hours. With the new fuel pump installed the RV immediately fired back up. Problem solved!! Mike and his team are professional and we felt they cared about not only fixing the RV, but also took our needs into consideration.
5 star service, Mike is very experienced mechanic came quickly with all the necessary parts and fixed my truck on sunday when everything was closed, I will say thank you very much I saved a lot of time, and of course I recommend Cowboys roadside service to anyone who has found themselves in a similar situation on the road

We are from MI, our vehicle broke down in Nephi. Cowboy roadside assistance came and helped up get our car drivable so we could take it to a proper shop. They truly were a saving grace. Super great guys! 100% recommend.
I had truck fuel problems just outside of Mona, Utah. I was barely able to pul of the freeway in Mona to a still open gas store at 11:00pm at night. I got the number of Cowboys Roadside service and Mike came ouit. He tried with one diagnostic machine to hookup but then had to come back to bring another machine. I had a funeral in the morning in Salt Lake City and he cleared the codes for me and test drove the truck. I was so relieved and then I asked him how much and he just told me to get to funeral. I was shocked to find he waived the charges. I was stuned that there are people like this. I can't say enough about their willingness to help others in late night situations. I highly recommend their business and plan to recommend their service to others as m uch as possible.
Trailer got stuck at shipper and wouldn’t move. They came out within 2 hours, had it diagnosed. Part was needed that was in Salt Lake City, which the tec drove out for and then came back to install. Labor rate was $135.00 per hour with a $200.00 call out fee. Fair price and would use again for any future breakdowns. Paid through EFS.
Our tire fell off 120 miles into a 1600 mile road trip. Called Cowboys late on a Saturday night and he had us back on the road early Sunday morning. Thank you so much for taking time away from your family on a Sunday morning to help us get back on the road.

Mike and his crew are amazing, "True Cowboy-type," service providers. They got a job done when we were in a tough situation moving a 60 -foot long, 108,000 lb conveyor/screening plant from UT to AZ that ran into issues. I called 20 plus companies and Mike was the guy who got the job done right and fast. He saved my driver valuable time, and my shipper money by making quick work of the job. Five stars is not enough to give Mike and his helper. I wish I could give him more and can't thank him enough!

You're 980 miles away from home stranded on a busy highway. Do you want a technician or an old school mechanic who's not afraid to get his hands dirty. Mike sent Justin out to do our repair. We had a trailer tire blow out and actually had a spare however, the last tire place we went to gave us the wrong size rim. Thankfully Mike was able to direct us to the shop where Nick transferred the new tire we had to the rim with the bad tire and in less then an hour, we were on our way! If you are ever down by Mona Utah and break down give them a call. The mechanic was great. His concern was to get me back on the road which is very important to a truck driver. He was very fast and efficient.
Got stuck late at night in a rented RV at a Love’s convenience store. They recommended calling cowboy roadside and Mike was so helpful and amazing. Came that night and looked at the problem and the next morning went to the store to get the belt we needed and had us back on the road quickly. Was so nice and helpful and friendly and hard-working.

We got a flat tire on the way to a friends Wedding Reception after already having car problems earlier that day. We looked up “24-Hour tire” companies & Cowboys Roadside Service in Mona, Utah was the 1st one to pop up... that worked for us!
My husband called & spoke with Mike who was very warm & friendly over the phone, he helped get us calmed down (we were 1.5 hrs away from our kids at this point) & in the mind set to get something figured out - he carried only truck & trailer tires but he was able to help us with a car tire the very next morning bright & early.
We were 30 miles out of Spanish Fork in the Canyon over night; but it was like a camp out, lol... Mike showed up, changed our tire, + made us feel secure; we laughed the whole stressful situation away with him there - shared stories of our injuries, even 😂!!

You won't meet a nicer, more helpful, inexpensive or more honest person. We called Mike on Sunday morning after the 4th of July, he was the only muffler shop open, we had a blow out the night before, he directed us in and replaced our exhaust for under 100.00 dollars and we were back on the road in just under an hour!!!! Excellent people. Him and his brother had to do a tag team in my truck due to the fact she was being stubborn. Each of them drove out to where I was (over 70 miles away, I was in the middle of no where) and took care of business. I am truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness.
