Blew a tire on I-15 on this lovely Sunday afternoon. Called up Love towing first, so glad I did. They came from Ogden to Farmington to get my car one city open to the nearest open tire shop. The guy who came to save me, Ricky, was great. Very nice and professional. Pleasant to talk to while heading to the tire shop. Getting my car towed from the side of I-15 to Centerville was about $155. I've never called a tow before but I feel like that's a pretty decent price, especially given that he was getting my car loaded on the freeway where it can be really dangerous. I hope I never have to call a tow again but if I do, this will be the place.
They are a fake company. They take our calls and send it to another tow company to come grab us, but then Layton towing charges us even more than it would have be to just go call a real company. They are the middle man. I ended up calling a completely different company and he was charging at least 100 dollars less.
Really great service and staff. Friendly, professional, and even let my son help out by assisting with some of the towing process. Pressing the button made his whole week!
The driver was very prompt, courteous, and professional. My family and I broke down in an area we were unfamiliar with. The driver took the time to find the best rated repair shop in Layton which took a huge load off of me since I had no idea who to take the car into locally.
Amazing company! I called this for a work vehicle emergency and they showed up within an hour and towed our vehicle that had no keys! Highly recommend!
