I’m not sure which location he’s from, but Hunter from stauffers towing came very quickly and helped me get my car unlocked during a massive snowstorm. I appreciate his professionalism and his advice! 10/10 would recommend

Stauffer towing and Wolf are great! I called them because I hit something in the road and had 2 flat tires. From the time I called Stauffer Towing to
¹delivery of my car at Discount tire took less than 45 minutes. Wolf was very pleasant and kind. He explained everything from getting the car loaded to a couple of things the tire manager said. You just cant beat Stauffer Towing and Discount Tire
Stauffers towing were very fantastic! Both the driver and the dispatcher were very communicative and very nice people. Logan had driven all the way to Clearfield after helping someone else in Salt Lake to help me when my car had died (I thought it was the battery, but after replacing that, I now know it’s the alternator) in the middle of a strip mall parking lot. We vibed the whole time while he hooked everything up and got it onto the truck. Great staff, amazing people, thank you guys so much for saving me and my car!
I was locked out of my Rogue Sport which is supposed to be 'impossible' as it's not supposed to lock with the keys in it. Leave it to me, it happened. I was running late for work, they estimated 45 minutes to get there, I told them I was the only one to unlock my office and Larry showed up within about 15 minutes. Thank you to LARRY, who was fast and efficient!
I have used them once. My Mercedes sprinter van broke down ( a very common occurance) on top of trappers loop on a Sunday. Ryan responded quickly and was a real pro. He got us hooked up quick and back to a mechanic in no time. They have the best price of the 5 other companies we called for help. Use these guys! You won't regret it.
I cannot recommend Stauffer's enough! The staff was INCREDIBLY over-the-top helpful. I was looking for a tow for my completely gutted RV to the recyclers and honestly, I was in tears from getting nothing but "no" from so many tow companies. I was feeling helpless when Stauffer's said YES! They not only accommodated for my request but also got to my house within 30 MINUTES of calling, and had my junk RV to the recyclers in LESS THAN AN HOUR! Erin was a joy to talk to over the phone and even had me text photos over to ensure they were sending the right tow truck for the job. She then allowed me to text her so we could coordinate the tow truck's arrival time, which saved me from having to call back. I wish I got the name of the tow truck driver because he was also fantastic. His rate is by the hour but that didn't slow him down one bit! I couldn't believe how fast the service was! Once again, I couldn't recommend this company enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you! The amount of stress they took off my shoulders was worth x5 what the cost actually was.
The tow truck operator worked around steering and suspension issues to deliver the vehicle to the mechanic. He did it professionally and for a reasonable price

Tori the manager at Stauffer’s towing was absolutely awful to work with ! Worst costumer service I have ever received. He was insulting and rude and charged me a lot more than than agreed too. Beware of using this company!!! Dishonest. He’s what’s wrong in the world.
Was in an accident and they said i could get my personal belongings out at the scene but then took off without letting me and when i called to get them on monday because they are closed on the weekend they told me i would have to pay 211.00 but i am only a crossing guard and it would take me two checks to pay for it so i finally get the money and call back up there and they twll me it will now cost 1054.00 bucks to get my personal belongings and i was signing my car over to them. My blood pressure cuff is in there and they will not even allow me to get it out. They dont care about people only money. I have never had this problem with any other tow company around. This is the worst place ever and i would not reccomend them to my worst enemy. And they say they will work with low income people but they are rude on the phone and in person. They dont work with anyone.
Boy did I get myself in a jam. I got my truck and trailer stuck in the mountains on a hunting trip. I called Stauffer’s and they were quick to send help. The two guys that showed up were some of the nicest, most professional people I’ve ever met. They were able to save the day, and my whole week. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would. Great company, great employees and great service.
Best customer service!! Paxton was awesome to work with and even gave my kids a little education on how the tow truck worked. If I need a tow again, I'll definitely be calling this company!
I'm a firm believer in you pay for what you get. These guys are the best around. Professional, considerate, and priced great. Would choose any one else to tow my vehicle.
Terrible business. Memorial weekend and my car is impounded on Saturday morning, they won’t let me pay fees now to stop incurring fees and I can’t get my car until Tuesday. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Do not use this company for anything. They abuse their power and take money basically in a fraudulent way. Take your business else where!!!
They are not helpful Nor accommodating. They Alledged I would defraud them cause I'm out of town. They have unreasonable demands to get your car out. The car was taken from scene of wreck Friday and even though I wanted to pick it up Saturday it was closed. I had to wait till after 8am today and the still charged me fee for it being there Saturday and Sunday.
I was in need of a tow around 10pm and received the best towing service yet from Jerry! When your car breaks down late in the freezing cold especially at 6 months pregnant, it's never a good time, but really Jerry made this a quick and stress-free process. He arrived early, and was very kind. Thank you so much!!
Chris was fantastic! I broke down right after rush-hour, which can be pretty busy time for tow companies, but he was there really quickly. It was obviously a pretty stressful situation, but he was so friendly and helpful that the tow was one less thing to worry about. Super professional and kind!
Called my insurance for roadside assistance. They came out after my tire blew out. Very friendly. Were quick to help. Waiting less than an hour. Read some poor reviews while I was waiting for them to come out. None of it was true in my experience. Awesome. Would highly recommend them.
I locked myself out of my truck last night while it was running and in the snow storm, my husband who works for these guys called his office to let them know and they sent Jerry to rescue me. Jerry pulled up and immediately got into action having my truck opened in less than 20 minutes. For me it was an emotional experience but Jerry was so helpful I don’t think he even noticed me tearing up. I am extremely grateful for the office getting Jerry routed in my direction in an timely manner. There are few I trust with my vehicles but I wouldn’t let any other tow company handle my vehicles.
Accidents are never fun. Skyhook Towing was so great to work with. They were very accommodating when I asked if I could go to the yard and take pictures of our squished car and when I needed to meet someone there to sign the car over to an insurance company. I know who to call when I need a tow next time.
Skyhook helped me after hours on a weekend get my car from a gas station to my home. Dispatch center was friendly and helpful. I didn't even have to go out, they brought the car to me. Very easy.
Our car overheated so I called my insurance company for a tow and they made the mistake of sending, we'll trying to send, Stauffers Towing. First we were told 15 minutes by the insurance automated system, then another 15 minutes by the person in the office, then after receiving my callback asking if my service had been completed we were told it would only be 5 more minutes. An hour after my initial call for service the car had cooled off enough that we just gave up and drove it home.
I called to get my car towed and the office was very kind to me. They gave me a call back to let me know that a driver was on their way. Kirk was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Skyhook to anyone that needs help.
This towing company was awesome! Kirk picked me up from my home, took me to where my vehicle was broke down, was super great and careful loading and securing my vehicle onto the flatbed, took me to the mechanic shop of my choice, told me he would take care of the paperwork with my insurance and took me back home!
Also, we had the best conversation throughout the whole experience, I would highly recommend Stauffers Towing!
