Clinton OReilly's is my go to parts store (10+ years). The staff knows their stuff and (given the right information,) they will get you the right parts. Logan, you sir, are "The Man!"

I love this store! All the staff is very friendly and has lots of knowledge. They are always willing to work with me. I can usually find what I need for my vehicles here or they will help me figure out where to find it. Danielle and Nate seem to be great managers because their crew is always on point. I never post bad reviews but, I went into the store the other day. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable besides the young girl who helped me. When I asked her how she was doing, she said she wasn't doing well, and it made me feel uncomfortable. She couldn't help me find a part, so she asked another associate. That other team member managed to help me find exactly what I needed. I'm not sure if she belongs there; she doesn't seem to be knowledgeable about automotive. Besides that, I usually have good experiences here, I dont like to go anywhere else for what I need for my vehicles.

This location is the best O’Reilly I’ve shopped at! I was having trouble placing an order online for promotional pricing, so I stopped in to see if we could do it in the store. They were kind enough to assist with trying to get the order to go through first (understandably because it was an online deal and they have to follow their rules too)… but when it still didn’t work, they adjusted their in-store pricing to have it match up. It sounds simple, but they were so kind, engaging, helpful, patient and professional. It was honestly a fun chat and all issues were handled in a breeze. Props to employee dynamic- they worked well together and got it sorted out in a timely fashion. The young mustached man I primarily dealt with even checked if I was military for discounts and offered to carry heavy parts to the car. Great service overall!

Came in needing a fuse replaced in my old truck. I had no idea what fuse I would need, or where to even find the fuses. Logan provided excellent customer service. I spent $5 and he treated me like I was a spending hundreds. He helped me find the fuses I needed. He even went so far as to put the fuses in for me and then test it to make sure my code reader was working again. As a woman I can’t emphasize more how much I appreciate his help. Logan is the reason that I will without a doubt continue to return to this location!

Came in to get new battery and brake lines. Logan was incredibly helpful, and I 100% recommend him to anyone who's going in and has tons of questions! I've always liked this store, and honestly, they keep on getting more helpful every time!

5/10/24 @ 9am Associate Logan was awesome!!! Came out to check for any codes then checked my alternator and battery! Bam! Found the problem! Needs a new battery even though this one isn’t even a year old yet from AutoZone. The associate was extremely knowledge, helpful, quick, and efficient!!! AutoZone didn’t even secure the new battery and I didn’t feel safe to drive. Thank goodness this location was just around the corner. I came back to ask Logan to check to see if it was installed properly and it wasn’t. He gave some excellent recommendations, added a post shim, coolant, windshield washer fluid, and some air fresheners!! Now I left feeling safe to drive! Thank you again Logan!! You are a true asset to your company and customers;-)!

Five stars. Fast and friendly service. I needed a new battery so I brought my tools to install it. But there was no need as Logan installed it for me. Thanks to him I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Thanks again.

Rear Running lights were not working went to the Clinton O’Reilly auto parts where Logan immediately helped me with expert and concise knowledge of exactly what would fix the problem. I went to the Clinton store to have my van’s battery tested after having to jumpstart it. Sean checked my battery and was able to figure out why it had died. All I had to do was purchase a $4 part and he fixed it for me! I was extremely impressed with his customer service. He deserves a raise! Thank you again! 🙏🏻

It’s rare to receive exceptional customer service these days. It was great to see it is still a possibility out there. Matthew helped me find wiper blades and turn signals. He helped from start to finish. No pointing fingers and asking me to figure it out myself. Great employee guys!

Needed a battery for my husband’s truck. Requested a battery for a Chevy Silverado 1500 year 2018. She said she needed the engine number ( not sure why). Brought registration and owners manual in but she was confused and said I needed two battles not one. I know nothing about vehicles but I was pretty sure we only had one. I asked her to come look at it in the parking lot. She insisted I needed two and pointed to a black box on the other side of the hood. $590.00 later I ask for her to install and I was refused because of something on top of the battery. Went to National Battery (should have gone here in the first place)Turns out I didn’t need two batteries, the black box she pointed to was a fuse box. Drove across town to return.

Came during a big snow storm because my windshield wiper flew off. Autozone wasn't open even after 30 minutes so I stopped here. Nice young man helped me and put the new one on. Great customer service

The young man that works at this location is awesome. Always very helpful. He is a tall blonde man don't know his name but you should give him a big raise. All I know is that he has a mustang.

Was here with my stepdad while he was buying a battery for a vehicle. The employees seemed unhappy to be there and acted like they didn't want to help. I've had much better experiences at other locations.

When I first started going to this store I wasn’t very impressed. It was hard to get any help with anything. But now, they have definitely turned things around. The store is cleaner, the Staff is more abundant, and the service is so much better. I went in today with a pretty decent list of items to buy and was helped with everything along the way. Although they don’t carry the oil I need which is kinda crazy since they have it online. But it’s a major improvement from where is was two years ago. Thank you.

James assisted me with wipers! I know absolutely nothing, but wanted the better ones. He looked up what my car used, by my plate number & explained all the wipers. Then he placed them on for me. Best auto service ever. He even offered other window things like cleaner. Your awesome James. Granny of 15, great granny of 4! I couldn’t of made it home with the weather the way it was & snow windows.

I'm always able to get what I need. They will order in whatever you need, if they don't have it in stock. They also have tools you may need only once, you can use, & return...which is awesome. We have an account, so they can easily pull up the info. On my truck, so I get the right part.

Came in with a few issues, all 3 issues were taken care of and 2 employees went way above my expectations. Danielle and Kari didn't just help me out but exceeded what I needed, and now I will only come back to this location, driving an extra 15-20 minutes to get to this store. Very knowledgable and capable staff I did not get the same results or service at multiple auto parts stores that I went to before finding this location. Highly recommend this location in Clinton! Thank you for all the help!

You can pretty much find anything that you're looking for as far as car parts or accessories go at this place and my experience with O'Reilly at most locations has been a good one. I believe their prices to be competitive for good quality merchandise but sometimes customer service can be a little lacking. Of course this depends on which location you go to, at this particular location I feel like I was helped my my questions were answered and they were even willing to come out take a look for themselves and explain some things to me and my sister that we would not have known otherwise, at these locations I am very pleased

I came in today to get my battery replaced in my car, which ended up being both my battery and my alternator, but I was provided excellent service by Jeremy. Before he rung me up for anything he ran all the necessary tests for me, so I wasn't walking away having bought something I really didn't need, which I feel is usually the case for me at most car garage shops. He even recommended a wonderful guy that got my alternator replaced for me on such short notice, and my issues were all fixed in just under 3 hours with no hassle. Thanks again, Jeremy!
