The wait was acceptable, about 2 hours. They called me as soon as my company had it set up to personally give me a time frame for arrival, then the truck operator gave me a call 30 minutes out. Once on site, he was efficient in hooking up everything and got my tractor/trailer dropped off at the shop as quickly as it could have been done. The entire experience was made better by the professional way it was all handled by Staffer’s people!
The driver of the wrecker that came to get me was so friendly and one of the best wrecker operators I've have come across in awhile..Great work to the company and drivers .I appreciate the work you all do and keep up the phenomenal job. Thanks again!!

Folks came on to the Utah national guard base to pick up my truck, experienced lots of entrance closures & still picked up my truck and delivered it to the shop, communication present throughout. Great experience.
We had 3 other tow companies come by and they would not attempt it. It was on an embankment off of 215. It was in soft, sandy dirt and they all were worried about it rolling off into the retaining wall along the road. Michael from Stauffers was the 4 guy to come by. He took a look and said, no problem! It took about 15 minutes but he got it with no issues whatsoever. Next time, we’ll be calling Stauffers first!
These guys have always done a great job. I have used them several times over the past few years for both work and personal vehicles. Their operators are always professional with a great attitude they are trustworthy and get the job done.
Their driver was detail attentive in our overcrowded garage, and thoughtful as he worked our car problem. He had a portable battery jump contraption that got the car going quickly and efficiently.
A couple of weeks ago the driver from another company had to borrow our jumper cables and attach them to his cables to jump our battery—a troublesome and perhaps dangerous task.
Had a great experience with this company! Richard was super knowledgeable and caring. Great service and great price. I highly recommend them to friends and coworkers.
They were so wonderful! They send you a link to the driver’s location which is so awesome, and then they quickly got my car out of my garage and towed away. From calling them to them towing my car away only took about an hour, it was so fast and great. Thank you so much!
Levi and Jason made it to me quickly. Following a trucker GPS it sent me out on a recreational trail, on a Iced hill in a curve. They took special care not to damage my truck and had me off the hill an on my way within an Hour. Highly recommend them.
Really enjoyed the gentleman that came and picked up my car. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and made me feel comfortable with him towing my car to the dealership. I watched him place my car on the tow truck and he was very careful not to damage my car.

Rick was AWESOME! I Know nothing about cars or tires and he showed up quick and worked efficiently. He presented himself kindly and knowledgeable and I felt like he would take care of my issues and I didn't need to worry! Pleasant experience from start to finish.
Nobody is happy to need a tow. We’re in a hurry, upset with the situation, stressed about whatever caused the problem, etc. So I was pleasantly surprised to hear friendly voices answering the phone, scheduling me a driver. My driver, John, was calm and friendly. He asked the right questions, gave sage advice, and made sure I understood what was going to happen. He even made sure I had all my stuff (wallet, phone, etc) before we left for the tire shop. The trip was short, the conversation flowed. Dad jokes were told, groaned or laughed at. He dropped me off, got his payment, and let me “enjoy” my next steps. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.
He carefully loaded the car and fastened it down so that it could not move. He got it to the dealership in time for them to have it finished for us the next morning. Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly. We were very pleased and will recommend them without hesitation.
My car broke down while my daughter & I were traveling back home to Kansas the day before Thanksgiving. Being stranded in a state where we know no one, this company really came thru! The lady I spoke with on the phone was the most kindest, supportive and genuine person ever! She calmed my nerves & got us set up with a tow. The guy that came to pick up my vehicle was so nice and caring, knowing I was completely overwhelmed with the whole situation. I would HIGHLY recommend this company 1000% Thank you! The driver was great, helpful, friendly, and a quick as he could have been. However, dispatch screwed up the call and I ended up waiting twice as long as they told me. Driver- 5 stars. Dispatch - 1.5 stars.
Danny was Excellent. He was quicker than expected, friendly, & very courteous. I highly recommend him. He was well prepared & got the job done safely. His big red Kenworth pulled my 110,000 lb. Fuel Hauler easily & I felt safe. Thank you.
Sandbagged the arrival time a bit when I first called, but after I said, I’d let them know and just decided to call back because of their positive ratings, they had a better time which worked a lot better for us.
Ended up going with them with no regrets. Guy that tow the car was super cool and the equipment seemed top rate.

Paxton was great. Moved a small shipping container for me. Did it in less than an hour. Super friendly, even gave stickers for my kids and a magnet foe the fridge. Pricing was fine. A little confusing. But I was happy with the service. Would definitely recommend and use again
My Peterbilt needed to be towed to tge dealer. I was so lucky to have Ryan from Stauffer's Towing show up. This guy was awesome. He was absolutely a professional, and it showed. I could not have been happier with the way Ryan operated. It was a pleasure to work with him. Great job.
My call for help was answered very promptly. I thought I would wait longer. The driver, Patrick, was so friendly and helpful, the car repair technician he recommended got my car fixed in just about two hours. Another great surprise. I am thankful!
Getting your vehicle towed is usually never a pleasant experience. However, I was incredibly impressed with the level of service and respect our driver from Stauffer’s showed us. Our driver‘s name was Paxton. He showed up quickly, was very helpful, handled my Tesla with great care, and even let my wife and kids sit in his warm cab while we waited for an Uber to pick us up. Couldn’t recommend this towing company enough, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Paxton as your driver!
CARL is the goat! He can to my stuck truck in a timely manner snd was so helpful and quick! He acted like it was no big thing. Phew! No damage in a tricky situation.
Very professional yet personable. The employee did a great job. He took extra care not to do any damage to our coach. We don’t know what it cost for our RV to be towed because we have road side assistance.
Retrieved my vehicle from the top of Farmington. Because of the narrow rough roads the other towing I contacted would not retrieve it but Sauffers did it without hesitation. Paul the driver handled the roads like a pro
We had a tire come completely off of our RV & pass us as we were driving from Laramie to Rawlins, WY. When the wrecker arrived, the gentleman told my husband he felt he could repair things. Forever grateful These guys rock.. I broke a Ubolt in my dump truck and had a airbag issue fully loaded with hot asphalt. Truck was DOA The driver and Jakob arrived in the tow truck did some magic and got the truck repaired enough to get to the paver and dump the asphalt and My Boss said they are his new Hero's. if it wasn't for these guys we never would have been able to get the hot asphalt off the truck before it set and oh what a mess that would have been. Thanks you again for all your help and if we are ever up north and need a tow we know who to call . To bad its only a 5 star rating because I would have rated them way more then a 5 star ,
