Got us out of a bind coming over Soldier Summit. The tow was decently priced and the man was professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Gene is an amazing, kind & thoughtful man. I was pretty shook up after my accident. He towed me & my car off the hwy & into Price. He helped me find a Motel & even helped me unload my car so I could take everything into my motel room. I would highly recommend this company!

Towed on Wednesday evening day before Thanksgiving. Not only came out quick but found a macanic to look at our car at 8 pm. Like I said on Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. Amazing professional and friendly. Recommend to anyone. Thanks again we need more people like you!!!

So I didn’t use this business, my friend did. We get a call from our friend on this rainy day to go help our friend start his car and move it because the tow truck driver (gene) left it in front of the neighbours driveway. So we tried jumping it and that was a no go! We asked Gene to please move it forward out from in front of the neighbours. He didn’t want to. So we pushed it forward and gene just watched. Honestly just straight out not professional!

I won't go into all of the details, but these guys were an absolute pleasure to work with. We were stranded on our road trip with a car out of oil for over 3 hours... and our very cranky one year old.... and they made us feel so at ease. They even tried putting oil in the car to see if that fixed the problem (it didn't, but it sure was nice of them to try). They were even able to tow our pop up trailer to town. They were so kind. I can't recommend them enough. Absolutely 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I drove tow truck myself for over 5 years. I Recently Had UHP Call them after my personal truck broke down in price canyon on my way back to northern Utah. I drive a large truck and had a large car behind me. On a Car trailer. Basso's Truck was spotless and Driver was clean and professional. Towed to local shop for Repairs. I was impressed. Driver gave me the best deal he could. And i Am happy with the service.

Tony answered on the 2nd ring and was a lifesaver for my son and his friend who were driving to Provo from FL. They broke down in Price this morning and Tony towed them to a local shop and when it was determined it wasn’t going to be an easy fix, towed them to Provo and got them to their apartment. Very professional and very reasonable for long distance towing. Highly recommend them.

Jean picked up my car in Wellington after it died on us in the middle of a parking lot. He came promptly and was able to tow my car to a well reviewed auto shop. He was very cordial and made sure my car was safely stowed on the truck. He provided amazing service and even called the auto shop to let them know to expect us. If you happen to be stuck on the road, call these guys. They will make your bad experience a lot more pleasant!

These guys towed my car a bit over a hundred miles back to Orem. They were kind and knowledgeable. Even though the wheel was locked and the parking brake set without the ability to unlock because of anti-theft system, they were able to use blocks and get it up onto the truck. I had a car transport trailer there but could not get the car onto it, nor would I be able to unload it. It took a bit of time for them to get to me, probably because it was a Sunday and AAA routed the call incorrectly at first. The driver waited at the dealership for me to show up even though we had to switch vehicles, Thank you for the save and the knowledge and equipment I did not have.

My camper broke down and these guys got it towed very quickly and very affordably. I cannot recommend them enough, you won't be disappointed!

These guys are the best! Our truck broke down on our way to moab with our 3 kids and ATV trailer. These guys towed us to a mechanic in price and when we found out that the truck couldn’t be fixed, they towed our entire family and truck and trailer back to lehi. AAA was not going to allow us to tow our trailer back and they said only 2 of us could ride home in the tow truck and we would have to find another way home for the other 3 but these guys helped us out taking everyone and everything home. Gene was so helpful and kind and patient with my 3 little ones playing and singing on the long ride home. Can’t thank you guys enough. Glad you work with AAA.

Son's car broke down at 11pm on a Saturday night on Highway 6 on his way back to Denver. I called Tony and he drove out and picked up my son quickly and towed his car back into town and dropped my son off at a hotel for the night. Tony was very nice and professional. Thank you Tony!!!

I just got a tow from these folks. Jake was fantastic. He was kind, so professional and caring. The dispatcher was great as well. She was patient with me. I was a bit anxious and they were so helpful. Their rates were very reasonable as well. If you find yourself in a bit of a mess in Carbon County - these folks are great.

I had a great experience with Helper Towing today! The man who towed my vehicle (Jake) was very professional and courteous. If you're stranded in Carbon County, I would gladly recommend this company!
