My windshield was shattered while driving and I called all around town and Dons had the best price that was unbelievable!! Saved me from paying $5-600. I’m grateful for their service and level of care. So professional as I had delayed the appointment not once not twice but I think 3/4 times before finally getting my vehicle out there. They still were so kind and worked efficiently on my jeep. They also gave my car a wash and wiped down my car windows on the inside and hooked me up with a brand new car freshener and I love it! The detailing was uncalled for so it was a lovey surprise for me! I will continue to bring my jeep and recommend my family and friends to this wonderful auto shop.
I was in a car accident a few weeks ago and Don’s did a really great job at fixing up my car. They worked within our finances and the car almost looks like it wasn’t even in an accident. Mike was really great to work with. Very happy with their help!

I had damage to the back end of my vehicle from another vehicle. This facility coordinated the repairs with the other person's insurance company and were very quick about getting my vehicle in for repairs. The repairs only took a few days and you can't even tell there was any damage to the back of my car! Everyone there was very professional and quick about all matters pertaining to the repairs. Highly recommend!

This company went above and beyond to make sure my car looked brand new when they were done with it. After getting several quotes, their pricing was comparable, it was done in a timely manner, and it was beautiful work. They even dropped the car off at my house because I didn’t have anyone who could bring me before they closed. Very impressed.
Don's auto collision repair, did an absolutely amazing job on my vehicle. They were very professional, friendly and processed incredible communication skills. They informed us of every process. My 4-Runner returned with flawless work and very, shiny and clean inside and out it also smelt great. I would highly recommend them.
After calling around the valley to price out a new windshield, Don's Auto Body &Glass was $30 cheaper than anywhere else. I only expected a windshield replacement, but when I went to pick up the car they went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did they tell me I could bring it in for free rock chip repair for the life of the windshield, but when I got in the car they had washed it and cleaned and vacuumed the inside as well! With such amazing customer service and going the extra mile, I'll definitely be going back to Don's Auto for any future auto body or glass needs.
My car was broken into (drivers side front window smashed) in Salt Lake because I left it parked by the train station overnight like a big dummy. I called around to get quotes for a replacement, and Don’s was by far the cheapest. They couldn’t get it done on the weekend, but they were cheap so I was okay with it. Not only did they do a great job for a decent price, they cleaned the interior and exterior of my car..? Like, they wiped everything down and made it look great. I didn’t ask them to, and they didn’t charge me for it either.
Needless to say, if anyone smashes my window again I know where I’ll go.
Don’s replaced a windshield for me. They were great to work with before it was done, and did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond my expectations by washing the outside of my car, and detailing the inside! I am so impressed. They have done work for us previously and have always been terrific, but today blew me away! They will always have my business!
Mu have a large van and needed to get the windshield replaced. I called several places. Dons was the first to get me a quote immediately. Others would “get back to me”. Their quote seemed reasonable so I gave them the go ahead. I got a couple quotes after that that were about $15-20 lower. I called and told them and they said they’d adjust the price.
I dropped the van off and left it overnight. The next day when I came to pick it up, they had discounted the window and installation as promised. They were cheerful and polite through the entire experience and I couldn’t have been happier.
As I left the office after paying, I joked that they should have washed and vacuumed my van too. And put tire shine on it. The van was filthy and that was my next job was to get it washed and cleaned up for our trip.
I went out to the van and got in and to my surprise they HAD washed and vacuumed my HUGE van. I was shocked! And they installed an air freshener in it too! I parked the van and went back in to apologize for my joking thanked them for a job well done.
Don’s earned a customer for life. I won’t go anywhere else.
Extreme professionalism and excellent customer service. They were very good about keeping me in the loop, so I knew what was going on. Their attention to detail is immaculate, and speaking of detail, when I got my truck back it was not just cleaned but detailed! They were very good about working with my insurance. If I ever have another issue, I will definitely go to Don's first!
I purchased a 4-runner that had been wrecked and took it to Don’s for all of the body/paint work. They’re honest and fair priced. They did an amazing job! I’ll be using them for any future auto body work.

Had a big crack my windshield, needed a new windshield. I wanted to use my insurance. They were very helpful doing so and were able to make the process easy. They were able to give me a better deal because I was using insurance. Much better deal than using Safelite. It took the day so plan accordingly but the finished result is great.
