TOTAL SCAM. Tired to buy something. Paid them and then they needed $300 more for shipping and when I decided not to and that I’d no longer like said part then stopped responding and didn’t refund me.
Amazing staff! This place has so many different cars and always bringing in new ones to where I never any problems finding anything and If I do the workers always point me into the right direction. The Best part though is their prices!
I had called DD Auto about 3 days ago letting them know I was only available before 12 on Tuesday they asked a time I would like to get my car picked up and I said 10:30. Comes Tuesday at 10 I get a call from DD Auto saying that they won't have time to make it to me cause of someone with an 11:30 pick-up. I get i stuff comes up but completely writing me off for someone with a later pick-up than me after 3 days of anticipating this, Edit I only gave a 1 star cause I lost my job cause I was supposed to buy a car that day and not having that extra money made me not be able to so lost my opportunity.
What an amazing company. I had two cars that were a thorn in my side. I called D&D to see about getting them hauled off. Within the end of the day they had already came and picked one up, and came the very next day and got the other. Great, honest, and very nice people to work with. I highly recommend this company if you need any scrap cars hauled off. I will definitely put them at the top of my list again. Thank you D&D auto salvage for your business.
My wife was enquiring about a truck bed. Being out of state, they sent pics. Not very good clarity of pics. Asked for a quick video of the bed. They responded back with very vulgar curse words!!! If I could upload the screen shot of their conversation I would. Discusting!! Dont EVER use them for anything!!!
Great local salvage yard. I had to pull an engine for a project and the crew was VERY helpful setting the car in a good place to work, checking in during the removal, helped lifting the engine and loading it for me. TOP SHELF group! Would highly recommend to everyone.
I was looking to drop off my old car for salvage. I called ahead and they told me what to bring and what to expect. It went exactly as planned. No surprises or changes. Really easy to work with. Got my check for $150 and said goodbye to the old clunker.
Previously gave a lower review because the front desk lady couldn’t find my vehicle and was a little rude but Jonathan the owner helped me get my receipt and I respect him a lot for helping me get it all figured out and took over personally when i couldn’t get the help i needed before.
The staff were really helpful and they were able to guide me to exactly what I needed! They have lots of old cars and new ones as well. The prices were pretty reasonable too. Would highly recommend!
Have driven by this site for 32 years and didn't know they had a pull-your-own-parts scrap yard hidden behind the barricades. Wondered thru the vehicles and found several small parts for my Lexus. Prices were fair and reasonable. Look forward to going back. It reminded me of my youth in Colorado looking thru scrap yards for parts to keep my 55 Ford running.
Called ahead, they said they were open until 5pm on the dot. Arrived at 434pm. Would not sell me uhaul boxes after 430pm. Wouldn't even turn around to make eye contact while talking to me. Stay away!
I go picking out there all the time for steam punk rusty gold. Fun crew and their prices are great. They are remodeling the place now looking great. The owner is also very involved in community charity projects…
I’ve been shopping and scrapping here for about 10 years. This is where I find my treasures. Anything from an arm rest for the car to the perfect piece of scrap iron for a diy 3 point tractor hitch. They have always been good to work with. The inventory changes so you never know what you might find that you may need from one trip to the next. Prices are always very reasonable. I will definitely keep coming back for any future projects, and repairs. Come check it out.
It’s not the closest yard for me but hands down the BEST place I’ve been to. The guys are incredibly helpful and nice every single time I’ve gone in. I was struggling and needed a couple cars moved for access. I figured maybe I’d need to come back another day to give them time to shuffle. Nope. This guy literally stopped what he was doing and moved the cars. I was blown away.
We go to D&D auto all the time they are hands down the best. Not only for the prices but how friendly they are is great. We appreciate a great place like this who doesn’t take advantage of you. Thanks guys
The guys behind the counter were super cool to talk to and even let me use there tools to get some parts off. there prices are super fair, and they get the parts off quick. If you are in search of good parts at a good price go see these guys
I went to check dnd reviews and their latest ones seemed to be negative. At first I didnt want to leave a poor review because maybe its just been me recieving poor treatment but it seems like other people are also being hassled. Please fix this
Also I sold a vechile with these guys and they only would give me $100 with the cat still in there. There were many other reasons I could of been able to get rid of that car for more than $100 considering condition I didn't want to sell it to dnd but had to because I was out of time.
They have been great to work with in the past and just the same today. Always within a couple of cents of their competitors and with good service. Willing to help when and where they can if possible. Thanks D&D
I want to thank the employees at D & D for their kind response to my needs. They were very professional and courteous in responding to questions that I had. They also explained what options were available and the prices of each item that I was interested in. I would certainly recommend D & D as a five star customer satisfaction based business.
It’s great to still have a salvage yard in Cache Valley as awesome as DD. They are good at knowing what they have in inventory and are very fair with pricing and in many cases have negotiated with me. They are also the only ones in the valley (to my knowledge) that recycle steel, which has come in handy for me.
Horrible Service, We had just been in bad car accident, and the tow guy was mean and petty. He didn't want to let me get my purse and phone out of the car. My insurance company paid him good money to be out at midnight taking care of my car, the least he could have done was treat me with respect and compassion.
These guys are always so nice. The yard is easy to navigate and they always have a good idea where everything is. I suppose the salvage price could have been better, but I don't think they have much control over that. All in all, a good experience.
Very reasonably priced parts, nice guy working there, and nice yard! I bought an instrument cluster for a 1992 Lexus LS400 and only paid $30. Great prices! Definitely recommended.
