Not only did he drop off my car at a shop, but he even went out of his way to help get us home after. Seriously don’t know how that night would have gone if I had called anyone else. Their customer service was very helpful as well and was more than fair with pricing!
The only downside was his truck was so clean it made my car look bad ❌
This is one service I hope I never need again, but if I ever do — they have my business.
I broke down in Idaho on my way to my daughters house in Logan I was there all night trying to fix my truck without access to parts I called stauffers towing they were there immediately drove all the way from Logan Utah, my drivers name was also Logan, great kid clean cut and very professional and very polite. I’d recommend them anytime.
My mother was in an accident and it was their turn in the rotation. It was a horrible experience. A different story every time I called. They are either very incompetent or trying to charge you for more storage fees. Always ask for someone else. Anyone else, if your vehicle needs to be towed
Wish I could give 0 stars! It was just a crazy experience. I got in a wreck and this company was the one next on the list to tow my car away. No one told me how much it was going to be to keep my car in their yard, which is a crazy amount by the way.
When I finally figured it out that I was going to have to pay almost $1000 to them for the little time my car was there I went out to the lot to get my car and my stuff and my car was more damaged than it was before! The windshield had not been cracked in the accident and it was super cracked when I went to get it. They ripped off my bumper and one of my mirrors was totally ripped off which hadn't even been scratched in the accident. For sure would not go to them again!
Stauffer’s Towing saved us again! After breaking down in Evanston, they sent Brendan from the Logan location to tow our pickup and camper all the way back to Riverdale, after a long search for companies by our insurance. He kept us informed on his arrival time and was great to talk to for the long trip back south. Now we know who to call first instead if waiting for hours!
Unprofessional, hard to get a hold of them, even harder to get someone to show up when you try to go in person. IF YOU CAN FIND THE YARD and no one is ever at the yard. Took several days and hassle to get my things from my car after an accident despite several calls. I asked to make sure my windows were up within 20 minutes of then taking the car to the yard to prevent damages to my cars interior as a rainstorm was coming, they said they did and I found that was not the case four days and three rainstorms later, I managed to get into my car. They will tell you they'll be there in 45 min and don't bother calling you until past 8pm. My keyfob was also misplaced by then when I requested my insurance take the car from them. It took me asking if i needed to show up with a cop for them to give me access to my vehicle. Don't bother unless you don't care about your car.
These guys really saved us! Motorhome broke down and completely immobilized. We spent 27 hours on the side of the road waiting for our roadside assistance insurance to find someone for use. Stauffers had someone available that showed up earlier than we were quoted...loaded our coach up quickly...and got us to a repair shop an hour away. Can't say enough good about our experience here.
I’ve only been towed a couple other times and this was my best experience. Brendan was quick to arrive, knew what he was doing, and was actually cool to talk to. I’ll call Stauffer’s again for sure!… Also, his truck interior was cleaner than mine so that’s sayin something about these guys.
