Broke down at the mouth of Logan Canyon on my bday weekend. Tyler got to me quick and was super kind and helpful! I was stressed and overwhelmed from the situation but he was fantastic. He took great care of my car and communicated very well. Thank you, Tyler!
Employee was driving though Logan canyon like he was the only person on the road. Tailgating and passing on blind turns. Just being an all around menace on the road. If this is the type of employee they have i can't imagine I'd be impressed with customer service or quality of work.
Within the last week, I had called AAA and they sent this tow company to help me out. The driver who came made me feel extremely uncomfortable with predatory and coercive remarks and actions while I was already in a vulnerable position. I was firm and assertive and he seemed to get the message. Would not want to interact with this company again and it is unclear to me if this is how all customers are treated.
Amazing experience with Tyler. He made things easy and helped me with any question I had. He very generously took me home when it was very late and dropped the car of at discount tire on his own. My night turned out okay because of his assistance. Thank you Tyler.

Also had a battery issue in Logan, this time Jose came out to help me. He was very nice and professional, and replaced my battery and made sure it was good to go! Super fast response time from these guys and all of their employees seem very nice. Thanks again!
I hit a rock in Logan canyon and auto care was called to come tow my car. Tyler was the absolute best. He got there super fast, and was so professional and kind! I will be recommending auto care for any towing needs in the future. Thank you Tyler!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. There service was so unprofessional and unacceptable. Let me list everything that went wrong"
1. having my wait time on a tow, (after my car broke down in Sardine Canyon) changed 3 times and waiting over 3 hours
2. The driver amd dispatch not having their stories together on why i had to wait ao long
3. The driver did not place running lights on my vehicle during the tow,
4. The driver didn't even put my vehicle in the driveway all of the way, it was left partially blocking the sidewalk.
5. The driver left without talking to me. I went in to use the bathroom and came out and they left.
6. They left without giving me the keys to my vehicle.
7. I called and complained a 3rd time to dispatch, only to have them make more excuses
8. Dispatch called me back stating the driver spoke to me before he left and told me the keys were on the passenger seat - how could he have told if I wasn't even there when he left.
9. All I got was excuses.
10. I paid my insurance company for the difference of for the tow, before they even were assigned to me. They knew it was paid for and I still completely treated like crap with excuse after excuse.
Great service from the driver Alex, thank you! Had this company tow my Ariya with a blown flat (no spares with an EV ) through AAA via Nissan Roadside Assistance. Alex showed up quickly and was very polite and professional, was able to load the vehicle and take off super quickly.
Thomas came out and helped us when our Suburban was stranded. He not only helped me get my car started but actually figured out what was wrong and told me which shop to go to to get it fixed. He was quick too, barely had to wait! Would highly recommend!
Called at 7:01pm, was told 45-60min. Called at 8:50 and was told that my car had been dropped off already despite me still sitting on it. In that call I was also told the driver would call me. Waited another 20 min with no call before calling again and getting transferred to someone way more polite. He told me I wasn't in the system at all. I took my business elsewhere who also told me 45-60min, but they called me at the 60 min mark and told me they got dispatched to an accident and are 20 min out and he's headed my way. Oh and it's 11:25pm now...
My car had major issues and became undriveable mid trip. Alex came and got my car safely loaded and delivered. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
Alex made a stressful situation a lot better.
Lesson learned... if you put in a tow truck request through AAA, ask for the name of the local company assigned. Then call them directly to confirm they got the notification and ask for a contact to reach the driver. The original time estimate was 60 mins max. The AAA app and multiple customer service reps told me the driver was assigned and "en route" for 2 hours. Then a AAA rep called Autocare Towing directly while I waited on hold. They added 60 more minutes to the estimate. I called Autocare to see if it really would be that long (hot summer day, full bladder). They said AAA didn't contact them until right before I did (2 hrs lost) and that their driver would be there in 30 minutes. Well..58 mins later, the driver arrived claiming he only got assigned 10 mins before that. I don't know if all three parties were fibbin, but it was over 3 hours to get my car moved 11 blocks (6 min drive) to a mechanic.
Rodney went above and beyond for our family after we need a tow in the middle of the night. He was super quick and so friendly and helpful. We were grateful he was the person that showed up to help us in a stressful situation.
I’ll be completely honest. I’d had a bad experience with an Autocare tow truck driver in the past involving getting my wife’s car out of a ditch… I was hesitant to let them respond to my roadside assistance request through AAA, but was told they were the quickest option. Jose responded and was professional, friendly, and obviously knew what he was doing. The truck was clean and overall, it was a very good experience. 5/5 for Jose. Hire a full recovery and towing team just like him!
I had issues starting my truck and called AAA. They sent Rodney from Autocare Towing. Very professional and kind. He knew what he was doing and simplified the process. We were in the Sam’s Club parking lot and Rodney maneuvered his truck and helped me out without causing much disturbance to others in the parking lot. If you don’t have AAA then call Autocare. They’ll take good care of you.
Autocare Towing and Recovery recently saved the day for my 88 year old mother after her car stalled in the road near her Providence home. With no children living in the valley mom was very upset and didn't know what to do. One call to this company and help was on the way. Even though it was on Sunday a wonderful person by the name of Rodney showed up quickly and worked non stop to get my mom's car running and back to her residence. You have made a big impression on my Mom and will use your service if needed in the future. Rodney, your are a real hero to my mom.

This company is the BEST! My car broke down on Nibley highway and I only had just enough momentum to make it to the shoulder. I was stranded at night and kind of panicked. Rodney was so courteous and professional. He helped me understand what needed to be done, quickly hooked up my van and towed it exactly where I needed it. It's always a pain to have car trouble, but they made the towing portion to be the least amount of hassle of the whole process. Thank you again Rodney!

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the tow driver that came to hook up my car. I wish I would have thought to get his name… but he was extremely courteous and polite with such a positive attitude!! Used their Tow Service one Wednesday evening. When I came to pay to get it out Friday they were closed, however there was a note to call. Not wanting to pay for anymore storage fees I called . I forget his name, but he said 15 minutes and he would be there. He was and though it was his day off he helped us prep our truck to get it home. He said was friendly, helpful, and offered insight to the situation. Thank you.

Had a great experience. Todd called me right after being dispatched to verify my situation. When he arrived onsite, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Todd recognized that my battery was still under warranty and gave me options. He got my vehicle up and running in a timely manner.
I had a valve spring break on the way home from a car show in Evanston.
I debated weather to have a friend come and get me with my trailer, or just have the car towed.
After weighing our options, we had Autocare come out and bring my car home.
Adam was a great guy, and he was very careful with my car.
He covered the chains with shop rags, so if they touched the lower air dam on the front of the car, they wouldn't scratch it.
I would definitely use them again if I were in a bind.
I didn't have to pay anything up front, and they collected the money from my insurance.
