Got stuck on a bad road. They were able to come quickly and get me out with zero damage to truck or the trailer. Even my load was perfect, which was surprising. It was very expensive but that's to be expected in Utah as well as the difficulty of getting me out. Overall very please with the service as they were true professionals. Hopefully I learn and don't get in this situation again.

I needed my mother's car towed on a Saturday night near midnight. When I called, they answered right away and sent a tow truck quicker than they originally told me. Randy, the tow truck driver, was empathetic to our situation and professional. The tow itself was quick and they were very reasonably priced for such an inconvenient time.

The driver was friendly and personable. He got there on time and got us hooked up fast!

Randy was amazing! I got stuck in a mud puddle that was deceivingly deep. Like.. we were up to the doors in muddy water in our pretty big Yukon. I think his truck lifted off of the ground a little when pulling us out, but he did it when our truck could not. 15/10! Our hero 🦸‍♂️

Randy was great!! He called and showed up in the time frame he gave me. He let me know when the car was delivered to Hansen’s. I was confident I could trust him to take great care of my car! Thank you!!

Randy came out onto I 15 as I had a flat tire He was very nice and replaced the tire in the rain and mud. He even asked if there was anything else he could do for us. I felt at ease with him because of the confidence he had in changing the tire in the rain and cold conditions. I am very appreciative of his courtesy and professional manner in helping others especially so late at night and with the terrible weather conditions.

Randy was very polite and speedy! We were stuck on the side of the interstate and he came and got both our truck and travel trailer. Don't have anything bad to say. Thank you Aaa Randy. Hope you have a great week! You and your buddies on the lot are awesome 👌 👏

On 1/7/23 we were on our way to Idaho when my car suddenly gave out near Tremonton. We contacted our road side assistance. Andrew with Hansen motor towing company was there with in 20/25 minutes and towed our car and took us home safely. 5+ starts for Andrew. Very professional and friendly guy. Thank you!!!

I called AAA & within 20 minutes a very kind young man named Randy was here from your company at my house ready to take care of towing my van! I couldn’t believe how fast they were! And Randy knew just what he was doing & got my van taken to Big O in Brigham City where I asked him to take it & then he sent me a text telling me that it was there safe & sound. It was all great!!! 👍

Randy came out and towed us after we broke down. He arrived quickly and was super friendly and helpful. He even dropped us off to a hotel as we were passing by. He sent pictures of my vehicle after it was dropped off to the service center. Would definitely recommend Hansen!! 10/10 ⭐️

Dylan was awesome and he was there within 5 minutes of his projected arrival. It was quick to get my truck loaded on the truck verify the address for delivery and off he was the whole experience on site didn't take more than 20 minutes. Way to go Dylan you are awesome!!!

I blew out a side wall on a front tire as I was coming off the freeway and traveling alone. My husband was over an hour away and we're both senior citizens so changing a tire is a real feat. Dean arrived about half an hour after I called. He was thorough, professional, but friendly and rose above several challenges to get my tire changed, making sure I was safely on my way. He was my hero of the day! Thank you, Dean, for your timely help! It's greatly appreciated!

Randy Is the best employee that works for Hansen!! Thanks for bringing me fuel and starting my truck. Hansen towing really makes in difference with there unique customer service. I strongly recommend these guys. These guys were awesome! Quick, very helpful, and pleasant to deal with. First was John in the service department. He happily answered questions when my truck wouldn't start. Then Dylan came to help and made it incredibly easy to deal with AAA and helped me realize I could have my truck and trailer towed all the way home. After that Randy did the actual towing. He is very nice and did a great job. He made it a pleasant trip during the tow which was 1 hr 45 minutes. I would definitely use them again!

Zach, is a literal work horse and calculated genius. He arrived early! Got us off the freeway safely in his truck with air conditioning. He waited for a family member to arrive and then drove us home 2 hours away. He even offered to get us food for the trip. When we arrived home he could tell that it wouldn't be safe to place our Van on our inclined driveway with the condition that it was in. So, he suggested a more suitable place where I would still be able to access my car and it was out of harms way next to my home. If all of your employees are like this then I can see why Hansens is the best towing company available in Utah.

Randy did a great job and is a nice guy! Arrived in a timely manner and took good care of my car. Made sure to call me beforehand to say he was on his way and confirmed the location of the vehicle.

Marcus was great. He was able to quickly get us and our vehicle off the highway. Dropped us in the nearest town and hung out until he knew we were good with a plan for our vehicle and able to have options for hotel. He is friendly and professional. Most definitely recommend for towing.

My front tire blew out while driving on the freeway! I was so scared, this was the first time something like that has happened to me. AAA set up someone to come change my tire. Randy showed up with a much needed smile and good spirit, calling me beforehand telling me he was on his way in a few minutes. He quickly changed my tire and made sure it was secure. He gave me a cold bottle of water as well which I also really needed because I had been driving for 3 hours with my dog in a car without AC on. 90+ degree day! We had water but it wasn’t cold so this really helped my pup cool down. So great, thank you!

I broke down & was able to tow my car across state lines over 100 miles on a flatbed trailer. The driver was safe, skilled, and very friendly. As a small woman I was nervous to ride in the cab of the truck but Randy made me feel comfortable and safe.

Randy went above and beyond to help us out of a sticky situation late at night. He was easy to coordinate with, super kind while helping us, and willing to pick our car up out of an impressively tight spot for a tow truck. All around awesome service from Randy!

My car broke down so I called AAA. This is the company they used to get my car towed and I couldn’t be happier. The driver got there quickly and was extremely helpful. He brought my car to my local dealership shop, about 20 miles from where I was, then gave me a ride home. He was a great guy and seems to work for a good company. His help was very much appreciated and saved me a ton of hassle and stress.

The tow truck driver that helped us, was very professional and did all he could to make sure we felt comfortable. I appreciated his help so much! My husband felt nervous to get out on the road to change the tire, and all of a sudden Hansen Motor company’s tow truck pulled over to help us in our time of need. Thank you Hansen motors for having such wonderful employees!!

We ran over a large tangle of bailing wire as we changed lanes just outside of Brigham City. Despite our efforts and the help of a Good Samaritan that stopped to help, we could not get the wire to release the undercarriage of the car. We called AAA and within 10 minutes the tow truck from Hansen arrived. The driver and our helpful friend pulled on the wire, still no luck. The driver pulled the front wheels of our car up on the tow bed, pulled on the wire again and was able to free its hold on the car. It was great to get the help we needed from the prompt and friendly driver from Hansen and a helpful stranger.

Nate personally helped me get out of a jam and towed me across two states on very short notice. He was not only incredibly professional and kind, but outgoing, timely, and friendly. Smooth ride and awesome customer service. These guys will go above and beyond to help you and make sure you’re satisfied with the results.

Our driver Nathan was really nice. He was very professional and very helpful. He had to drive nearly an hour to pick us up and nearly an hour to tow me and my best friend and my cat home with the sick car. We would have appreciated if he had put on a mask since we were both masked and that is important to us, but we did not ask and we should have. Thank you for the tow.

Corey was great and Friendly! Quick to come and get us off the side of the road. Stopped to let us use the bathroom and get snack for our hour tow to burley. Let us choose the music, had a charger for our phones if needed. After dropping off our car at the shop Corey dropped us off at our hotel too. Had good conversation with him in the truck help putting us at ease that we will be able to make it back home to Washington. Over all great service and really appreciated.
