Great towing service with a fast response time! I’ve used them for years and they’ve always been professional and reliable. They also service semi-trucks and trailers, which has been a huge help. Highly recommend!
I can only rate a 3 because they didn't actually replace any parts, however, they arranged towing, let me stay in my motorhome on their lot and, had a plug in i used for motorhome. Very nice office staff.
I broke down on the Interstate and they pulled my F-450 25 miles to their shop and changed me $ 769.40 what a rip off, then they changed me another $ 150.00 to tow it to the Ford dealership less than 10 miles away and would not tow it until I mailed them the money.
This is what happens to you when you are out of state and people take advantage of you, don’t ever use them for anything call someone else.
I recently had the pleasure of going to S&M and was very pleased with the professionalism and kindness they provided. I'm not from the Bear river area but I would travel to have my repairs or other needed services completed by S&M.
