Worst customer service I ever had, very expensive also… part new at dealer $305, used one with them $300. Told them Is almost the same price as the dealer, the lady told me to go buy it at the dealer… this was some time ago but I called again a week ago to ask for something and the bad customer service again made me leave a review this time. Advice got to Holst in Idaho, they got great customer service, they always get back to you , almost every time the have what you are looking for. And usually they are about 50% lower than dealer price…
Worst Experience ever. Trying to deal with NELSON the owner, is like trying to deal with an emotional wreck person. DO NOT ASK to many questions about what you are trying to buy, because this unstable old dude will turn into "KAREN" mode. If you want to save a bad experience buy your parts on line, and save your self the worst experience ever. And this is not just me, lots of people that know NELSON have the same image about this emotional unstable person.
I buy used Refrigeration machines and boxes. Nelson has always been extremely fair with me. And he's always been timely on promises. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain medium Duty truck parts.

Ordered a fuel tank and radiator expansion tank for a Peterbilt 335. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Nelson was great, sent me pictures of everything beforehand to make sure it was what I needed. At my request, they even included the tank straps and mounting brackets with no additional charge. Worked with me without issue to get it shipped to West Virginia. Everything crated up tight, secure and wrapped for protection. I will definitely use Rocky Mountain Medium Duty Truck Parts in the future.
Nelson quoted me a price for some patrts, and knew I was driving from out of state to get them. When I got there, he increased the price and the parts were broken. When I questioned him on the high price, he became aggressive and threatened to hit me. I called the Sheriff, but they didn't come out until after closing, and I had to go back in the road. I'm pretty sure that's not the first time that's happened with Nelson.
Nelson is a psychopath, - there something very wrong with him. He threatens customers physically if they ask him about the price of parts. Never seen anything like that in any business in my life.
These guys do great work. My boss takes all of our trucks there. Everytime we need something they take care of it in a timely manner and with efficiency. We drive from Layton all the way to them, because simply put, they are the best and most cost effective . Worth the drive, for sure! Thank you.
