I got stuck in a clients driveway during that last heavy snowstorm & they said they were at least an hour out but then he said wait I think I can get someone there in 30min. I worked at it myself & eventually was able to get out & cancelled the tow. They were so nice! Great customer service even though I didn’t truly need the tow in the end, they were ready to move mountains to get to me sooner & a special truck even bc of course I don’t have a hitch on the back
Hello great towing.service My Daughter was in Brigham. In court on probation order. They incarcerate her. Only supposed to br meeting. Judge Didn't ask If anybody was with her.. car was in court parking lot. Had have towed. Brett got keys in jail house . Picked up car stored for 6 days. Picked her up jail release the car. Free charge
Austin is a real-life hero!! My van broke down just a little ways off I-15 N and I was in a scary spot. Austin arrived so quickly and towed my van back to jiffy Lube where I had just come from. He was so incredibly kind and helpful! He talked to the employees and helped figure out what was going on with the vehicle. Would recommend RC towing to anyone in Brigham City or the Ogden area. These people know what they’re doing. Thank you!
I can’t thank this team enough, they came to our rescue after a freak/tragic accident on the freeway. Austin was so helpful and understanding since I was riding in the ambulance with my son who suffered. Continued the following day helping us get the vehicle to a service place. A five star service team, a five star in performance, a five star thank you. I would always recommend this company.

Such amazing service! We called many towing companies in the area & they were unwilling to come get us. We called RC & they immediately answered the phone, gave us the cheapest quote in the area, & were very kind & quick. Once we called, our driver, Cameron, was there in 20 minutes. He was so kind & polite. He drove us to the closet tire service company & made sure we were okay since we weren’t from the area. Highly, highly , highly recommend this company!
Love these guys! I've had to call for them to tow one of our vehicles twice now and they are the Best! The prices that they charge were the lowest I found in the area, they are very quick but careful and the driver acted like my safety on the side of the freeway was more important than his own. Just got towed for the first time and Austin the towing operator was just awesome. I was really stressing out and he was very calm and polite. Gave a good recommendation for a mechanic. Was cheaper than I thought it would be. Very positive experience. Highly recommend.
I couldn't believe how rude these guys were. He wouldn't even talk to is like we were humans. We asked a question and he flew off the handle and left us stranded on the road. I would strongly suggest any other towing besides RC towing. They were complete jerks!
