The young guy working today needs to get out of customer service. He has no clue what he is talking about nor how to do his job. Try a different auto shop to save yourself from this trouble.
On Saturday, March 1, I visited ABC Auto Parts because I needed to purchase a battery for my key fob. I had called earlier that morning to inquire about a battery and he asked about the make/model. When I arrived, Kenneth was assisting another customer, but he recognized my key fob and said, “you called about the battery, right?” I immediately knew that I was in capable hands. Some places will just sell you what you need, but Kenneth went above and beyond by actually replacing the battery for me. Although opening the fob was a little challenging, Kenneth was able to do so without causing any damage. I also bought the fuel injection cleaner after remembering I needed it. Once more, Kenneth generously offered to fill my tank with fuel injection cleaner. While helping another customer, David, the second staff member, was likewise very kind. The store was spotless and well organized. Given Kenneth and David's excellent customer service, I will most certainly patronize ABC Auto Parts in Mineola, Texas!
I got a great price on the fuel pump for my '02 Dodge Ram Pick Up! Friendly, professional service and what nice bright and shiny Auto Parts store it is, right here in Mineola, Texas! I'll shop there again!
They’ve been patient and helpful with a great positive attitude. I needed a small part recently and they didn’t have it in stock. They offered to order it and it was there the next morning! ABC is my favorite Mineola auto parts store!
Nando is the man. I've been to 3 different auto parts stores today trying to source parts. He was the only one who knew enough to help me out... Not to mention the store is clean and well kept. Worth the stop if you're not exactly sure what you're needing.
Kenneth was great , loaned me tools to change my daughter's battery, super nice. Borrowed a screw driver from another employee..Great people..very helpful.
My friend and I stopped by to see if we could have the OBD sensor connected to see why her check engine light was on. Kenneth was very friendly and helpful. He treated us with dignity and respect. As women going into a parts store you never know quite how you will be received. We really appreciated the service we received. We appreciated being treated with respect and not being belittled or spoken down to.
Love how neat, clean, and roomy the place was the staff were helpful and surprisingly reasonable priced products I purchased and rented, auto zone was my first choice but they needed a detailed explanation of rental tools needed and still no axle barring puller for in stock, but the store hasn't been there to long so early bird got the business I like both
One of the guys at the counter greeted me coming in but when I went to get my purchase registered and rang up he didn't tell me how much it was and it took him a while to get out of what he had on there watching or waiting for me to go somewhere else to get what i needed because he seen I was in a hurry when I came in
I received the best help I could ever ask for from here the customer service is extremely good and they know there stuff up here I couldn't have asked for anything better then abc auto parts
I went there they just opened up in mineola used to be gateway lanes bowling center check um out chances are they got what you need motor oil fluids tools parts you need to fix that old 57 ford fairlane in the back yard back up and running again get it back on the road again

I was at ABC auto I will never go back in that store the sales person was rude and I think has issues with race that is how he made me feel next time O'Reilly auto where I normally go anyway not a nice person
I stopped in this morning at 7:30 AM to check the battery on my daughter’s car. The staff who assisted me was so friendly and helpful. I will recommend the store to all of my friends and will return for any future needs.

I called them to check on a battery to see if it's in stock and do they install. I got there an hour earlier then expected the battery was available paid for it they installed it immediately it was a great experience. The group knew what they were doing I know exactly what I needed and they had it in stock. The friendliness was beyond. I recommend going there anytime. To top it all off it met my budget. Great pricing
Save your self some time and go somewhere else if they can figure out how to look it up is the first hurdle and then they don’t have it. Went down the road and had a girl look it up and I was in and out in no time LOL !!!!!
