Very unprofessional drivers, they think they own the road and will cut off other drivers with reckless abandon. If they treat towed vehicles like their fellow drivers it can't be good.

Wyatt Towing saved me. When another towing company abandoned me on the side of the road with no cell service. Heather and Steve picked me up and stayed with me to help navigate roadside assistance and getting me to a service center for my car. I cannot say enough good things about this company. This company is the most unethical tow company that exists. They tried to charge me 750.00 to go 7 miles. Then refused to give me a receipt when I paid a lowered rate in cash. I need to report them to the irs. Already filed a complaint with the state and the bbb. These people are criminals.
This company is a scam and should be shut down. On October 31, 2024, my truck was towed from private property after I lost my keys in a field. When I returned to retrieve it, I discovered that Wyatt’s Towing in Mineola, TX, had been called. They initially charged $750 for a 7 mile tow, which I disputed. The fee was reduced to $375, but they made me pay cash. Then, for three days, they claimed no one was available for vehicle release. Eventually, I was forced to pay in cash, which I believe is against regulations. Texas law (Occupations Code § 2308.208) mandates vehicle release availability from 8 a.m. to midnight on weekdays.
I have a recording which is legal in the state of Texas of Steve no allowing me to pay with a card but instead, cash only.
The nicest tow truck driver showed up on Father’s Day to assist me with my flat tire. He was kind an courteous. Unexpectedly I didn’t drive away after my repair so he took the time to call to make sure everything was okay. I appreciate that! Use this company & u won’t be disappointed!

Wyatt's Towing was dispatched by OnStar as a result of a flat tire on a busy freeway on a Sunday night. Justin from Wyatt's arrived about 45 minutes BEFORE the estimated arrival time. He was knowledgeable and was concerned about our safety. He moved my vehicle to a safe location and changed my tire. His equipment was good and he changed the tire quickly. Really appreciated the great service and concern for safety.

My vehicle overheated in Lindale last week. Called Wyatt’s and they had someone out to us within an hour. I requested an invoice to submit to our insurance and they sent it same day. I finally got around to forwarding it to the insurance company this morning and they said it was the best invoice (most detailed) they had ever received and did I want my check mailed or swing by and pick it up. Thank you Wyatt’s Towing for making things just a little bit easier. If you need a tow, give them a call!

Wyatt is and was by far the best tow company I have ever used!!!!!!! Pricing was very reasonable and the service was QUICK AND EFFICIENT!!! Not to mention THE DRIVER WAS A WOMAN!!! I absolutely loved seeing the pony tail and the sun glasses!!!! SO BAD A**!!!!! They were very friendly and I HIGHLY recommend them. Wayyyyyy over priced. $350 to tow my tractor 20 feet. It was stuck on a bog and i pretty much didn't have a choice. I felt they took advantage of my situation. They brought out the wrong type of truck even though I told them exactly what was going on and they could have easily called me for clarification.
They had to bring out a skid instead (which according to them was right down the road). They did warn me about the cost, but I didn't have a choice.
I figure I just about made their skid, trailer and truck payment for the month for 20 min of work.
We had a blowout and subsequent radiator damage on a very dark and lonely country Road. We waited for three hours for AAA and after repeated calls finally learned that no service technician was coming. We called Wyatt towing who arrived in a very timely manner and immediately got to us towed us to the nearest town. They performed a wonderful service! Highly recommend the team.
Steve at Wyatt's towing turned out diasterous trip with the grandkids into a bearable vacation. Our motorhome had locked up the brakes and had to be towed home on Sunday morning. He arrived 20 minutes early and he had a simple hookup and safe and simple rise home. It made my day!! Great people to do business with. Very polite and professional.

They were fast to help, and reasonably priced. I broke down taking my daughter to school, and they got my car picked up and brought back home. He even took the time out to diagnose what the problem was, and referred me to a mechanic for repairs. Very sweet and trustworthy. This is the second time my family has used this company, the first time was for keys locked inside the car. I recommend them to anyone!
