Our Kia was not able to start. We had contacted Kia Roadside assistance who scheduled our tow several days before. The day of the tow we received a message saying they had been delayed but would be out in 35-65 minutes. Over an hour later I called and asked if they could tell me where the tow truck was. 1st) they didn't ask for a name. I provide my city. 2) when I explained that I had been waiting and would need to return to work I was told I didn't need to be there (I needed to so I could give them the key for the Dealership) which i explained and was told they would have the driver call me when they headed that way 3) I was told they were on there way now....2 hours later my husband called and was told "I think we canceled that because they only wanted to pay $200 dollars and have us drive like 70 miles" amongst scream children in the background who apperantly wanted to play outside. When he asked why we weren't notified he was put on hold and then the call hung up. He then called Kia who had NO idea it had been canceled.
First don't tell me your on your way when your not. Secondly don't tell me oh now we are on our way and then have No plans to actually show up. If there was an issue with payment you could always Tell KIA WHO IS PAYING IT!
Caller was clearly preoccupied with her children. Did not get ANY useful information as she was more concerned with getting her kids dressed appropriately. No communication at all between them with us or them and Kia. Shout out to "Brotherz" towing for receiving the request and being out within an hour and a half . DO NOT USE S AND R towing.
Everybody turned me down when I needed a tow to the shop..but this company gave good service when I needed it most. I'm very happy right now and will recommend these folks to anyone and everyone needing their services! Thank you so much,guys!!!
Thank you Stetson and staff for all your help. Communication and service was great and fast. Considering tow service was requested exactly on father’s day, stetson showed up fast towed my car, fixed it and had it ready to go the next day he even delivered my car back home. Will forever be grateful and will definitely consider business in the future.
A real professional service. Great guy was willing to go the extra mile to help out in a time of need. The office lady was also a really helpful person.
Had them haul my car to shop , best prices around after calling several other places . Billy came out was very polite and professional and got there early thsn estimated time that giving to me .
