This company has been amazing. From the day they picked my truck up until it was picked up from them I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. After I was in a wreck they towed my truck and handled everything perfectly until it was ready to be picked up by the insurance. John is a great guy! Mariah and her husband have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are happy and very well taken care of through this whole situation. I would highly recommend anyone in need of their services. They turned a horrible situation into a smooth and easy process considering what happened. I want to give a big shout out a huge thank you to EVERYONE there at Rush for EVERYTHING they have done!
Very professional I can’t remember his name, but it’s the owner’s son-in-law. Was on time and very nice. I will definitely use Rush Towing again if I need towing service.
Today my husband went to see his truck that was towed on the 21st by you guys. This was his first time seeing it since the accident. John worked with him to get to the truck and take the pictures he needed as well as get though some questions he had. John was super awesome and helpful. He was so nice and patient while everything was taken care of. They made sure to handle the truck with care of all off his personal items. I also talked to a woman on the phone the day after the wreck and she was so sweet and very detailed. I would definitely recommend this company for your towing needs. We didn’t choose them but we are so thankful they are handling our vehicle.
I use Rush exclusively at my business, to not only police the parking lot after hours, but for anyone who needs a tow as we’re right off the 287 access road. They’re always super responsive, professional, and the only tow company I’ll use. No knocks against the competition at all. I just know they’ll get the job done and done right.

Experiencing 2 flat tires simultaneously is no fun and can put a damper on your day. Rush was quick to respond and help. They were able to get my car to a local tire shop in a "rush" ( see what I did there!) and saved the day. Kody was friendly and got me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend

Thank God for Rush towing. I'm 75 and just fell last week and hurt my ribs, also have Pace maker in my heart. I have roadside service but could not get them to come change my tire. John did. John was on time, efficient and very easy to work with. He got the job done quickly and managed to not hit any bushes which was 💯 effort and I so appreciate him. He had a wonderful sense of humor and made a crappy situation better by offering a kind ear and an easy story to make me feel less dumb by letting my battery go dead on my car. If I ever need another tow, I will sit for him to be available because he truly cared and made me feel better
Pickup broke down called rush they are very pleasant people professional all they wanted to do get me home came out within 30 hooked up my truck back home quickly didn't break my bank love them any problems call them they care about you recommend them highly

Service was great. Starting with Mariah in the office answering the phone. John showed up quickly and towed my vehicle from Rome to Southlake. Amazing service all around, very respectful company. If I ever need tow services in the future I’ll be calling RUSH Towing & Recovery!

John was the one that picked my truck up for me and he was amazing. Made sure that me and my truck were taken care of when dropped off at the shop. Could not say enough about how nice and professional he was.
They were very reasonably priced. Service was quicker than anticipated. Kodi was quick to get our car loaded and secured. Once we arrived at the house he took extra precautions unloading as we have a lot of trees. They will be our go to service if we need them in the future!!

Awesome service, had a blowout and after almost 2 hours of being jerked around by road side assistance and being canceled by another wrecking service without being told, Rush got me within 15 minutes. The driver was really friendly, had my truck in the air in a couple minutes and we were on the way. Definitely use them again if the need arises.
I was in a pinch and needed a tow from Weatherford to Decatur and needed it done asap for the dealer. The dealer gave me Rush Towing’s name with high admiration.
They came through for me and responded with the utmost respect to help out with my dilemma. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer driver either.
I don’t give five stars to anyone normally, however in today’s world when you find service and respect out of someone then they deserve 6 stars!
I had a great experience with Rush. They were quick and super transparent. They explained the cost before they towed my vehicle for me. Very professional guys with great attitude.
For the 1 star review that was left. Just tell us you don't have insurance and are mad at the towing company for providing you a service.
Never let the police call this towing company; ask for another option. They wanted to charge me $950 to tow my car 25 miles home, and today when I went to pick it up, they wanted to charge me $1,150. They're playing at keeping the car.
I accidentally took my car off road. Rush got there pretty quickly & pulled me out of the ditch. The guys were courteous & professional. No complaints!
One call, and Cody was there to help fast. Our brakes locked up, he had the car up on the truck and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Which we are very grateful. Cody was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company!
These guys were awesome! I needed to schedule a vehicle to be towed a long way. They gave me a great deal! Also the man that called when he was dropping of my truck was super nice and professional.
I can not thank Rush Towing and Recovery enough for your professional service after our wreck. They showed up quickly and helped us get things out of our car before towing it. Once we returned a few days later to retrieve things out of the car they were very helpful and made sure we were safe around all of the glass and airbags. We would definitely recommend Rush for any of your towing needs.
Great service but they did overcharge me for the batteries for our Peterbilt, they charged me $374.55 each battery. My bill ended up being $2078.20 for 4 batteries and road service. My boss is extremly mad at me for this because I got taken advantage of with this road service today.
5 Star Rating isn't high enough tbh, they were fast and professional Pricing is great but then I haven't had a Tow in a long time so. Keep these guys in business

I highly recommend!! My vehicle needed to be towed after another company made me wait hours and dropped at the wrong location. I received a referral for RUSH TOWING and they rushed over! They were there almost immediately! The driver was extremely professional, polite, and presentable. They got my vehicle exactly where it needed to be coordinating at both pickup and with the drop off location. I could not be more pleased and will always use them moving forward! If you’re in the Wise County Area this is by far your best option on service, wait time, and pricing!
