This is one of the best O'Reilly around. Randy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Its employees like him that make the difference in Auto Parts suppliers.
From a customer that spends roughly $300-$500 dollars per week at this location the manager Jessica has to be the rudest and least customer service minded Individual I have ever dealt with over the phone. I’ll gladly take our companies need of fluids and other products elsewhere.
Some people shouldn't be reps in this store. Went through 3 til 1 actually helped me. Is it just this store that does not loan tools. If I were in my town of weslaco Tejas, they would still be loaned, and they all helped. Thank you to the rep that went out of his way to help jump start my car after I spent 126 fur a part and 1/4 inch ratchet to replace my belt tensioner.
This store here in Kermit TX needs to hire people who know about vehicles and parts that's why it's called an auto parts store!!!!! You have testing machines all employees should know how to run all testing machines not just one!!!!!
Poor customer service over the phone. I called with a part number, looking for the other half of the pair and the guy didn't have time to help. He wouldn't even bother to see if they carried the part or could order it. Kermit, TX store needs to figure it out. O'Reilly has been my preferred parts supplier for almost 20 yrs.
Not a great experience! There were six employees working, but only one that knew how to change a battery that I just bought. He just started his lunch break, my truck wouldn’t start, so I was told I’d have to wait for him to finish his break. A really nice customer came out and changed it for me. It would be great if all your employees had the skills to do that instead of just one person.
I'm in town on extremely long term business. I drive older vehicles and I have more than one with me while I'm in the area. They always have what I need. If they don't. They can get it FAST! Absolutely amazing staff. They make it happen. They're nice and polite. Store stays well stocked with everything you could need to get back on the road. Back where I'm from. I rarely go to O'Reilly. This one is amazing!
It's a good store...would give it 5 star's...but the two girl's that work there are rude...and didn't even try to help us find the part we need...I finally went talk to one of the guy work's...5 min's...I was gone...their almost 45 min to an hour...just standing around...
Kids that work there have a bad tendency to not answer the phone. Went in person and the boy behind the counter tries to argue with me on whether or not not my vehicle was 4x4
I like doing business there. Staff really helpful especially Senia. She helped me pick out a seat cover and then ordered me another one when I broke it. Had it the next day.
Stopped in in the middle of a rain storm desperately needing some new wipers technically before they were open, ol boy let me in, helped me find the right ones & even helped put em on in the rain, back on the road in 5 minutes!
Great clean location. Hands down the best service tech staff I've ever dealt with and the stock and assistance is bar none comparable. Little slice of mechanics heaven out in the middle of no where.
