I just want to thank AL for answering all my questions and being super nice when I called about needing a tow. I want to make sure the driver William got the recognition and appreciation he deserves as well. From start to finish he was super informative and helpful in making sure my car was taken care of and dropped off at the mechanic shop I had requested. William was awesome! He called when he got the assignment from our road side service and gave an ETA to which he was on time. He explained the procedure and was very careful with handling our vehicle minimizing any damage being done. This was a great experience and I will call for any future needs.
I called two other tow companies and they never came or called back the day before, so I called them the next day and they showed up in a couple of hours as promised. My vehicle would not start and seemed to have a dead battery. My insurance company coordinated for Double R Towing to provide roadside assistance. On behalf of Double R Towing, Tim timely arrived and helped to troubleshoot my vehicle. Tim tested the battery and successfully jump started the vehicle. I was then able to drive the vehicle, which allowed me to recharge the battery. It was determined no towing was necessary. Tim was very friendly and honest throughout the whole process. Outstanding Customer Service! We had our Toyota Van towed this morning. I was pleasantly surprised by the way Tim took excellent care of us and our vehicle. My daughter ran a red light while her mother and I were out of town, totaling her car. Fortunately, everyone was ok. The police called Double R Towing to remove the car from the intersection. They did a great job and were very helpful to my daughter. As a parenting lesson, we sent her down to the tow shop to pay the tow bill and make arrangements to dispose of the Volvo "carcass". Double R was very friendly and helpful through this process. They helped her locate a company that would buy the totaled car for parts.
Tow companies generally get a bad rap, but I can certainly vouch for this one!
They are the best!!! On a Saturday Al was the Tow Truck Driver and he was so fast, took my car all the way to Liberty Hill and he even charged my battery and let me know that was all that was wrong with it! I highly recommend this towing service!!!!

I called the evening before and was able to pre-pay and schedule my tow for the following morning at the time frame I needed to. I called around to other local companies, and Double R did it for the most reasonable rate.

I called on a Friday night around 10:00 to find out about having my car towed from Georgetown to Cedar Park. The man that I talked to was very nice, and told me that they could take care of it, just to name the time. They did take care of it, and even moved the car into a driveway after they had unloaded it. They charged almost $50 less than the other place I had called first.
If I ever have a need again, or know anyone else who does, I will definitely choose Double R! And btw, I paid with a credit card by phone, and had no problems.
Armando was the guy who took care of my car. He did an amazing job- very nice, polite, and friendly. I, ummmm, have ridden in several tow trucks in my life, not sure how many, but this was the nicest service I've ever had from a tow truck company and driver. Great customer service from him from the minute he picked up my car, drove my family in his truck w/ my car in back to the place where we take my car for repairs, to unloading the car!
