Called trying to get roadside assistance for gas service, which they have on their website as a service they provide. Basically said it's not worth their time.

I wish I could give zero stars, I’ve been on hold for 18 minutes waiting for someone to answer, still no answer or response. If they’re gonna tow my car they should at least give the courtesy to answer.
I’m pretty sure getting my car repossessed would be less of a headache than this has caused me.
I think there may be somebody creating fake reviews because this towing company has the rudest person in their front office imaginable! He called us stupid and yelled so much while getting my daughters car that we had to call the police on him! He even maliciously took forever releasing the car!
This company preys on people visiting their family or friends that live in apartments. Two trucks side by side both parked the same a little over the line. One lives there the other is a guest who was there less than 30 mins to drop off someone off. Guess which one got towed. The next day I go with my son to look at where he parked. His truck is a large truck and hard to park in any of these spots. He wasn’t blocking anyone and there were no complaints about the time he was there. Just your not so friendly tow truck company stalking the apartment parking lot. While we were looking at spots we saw the same tow company take another vehicle from the complex. The apartment complex should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this. I get being in the wrong but this was a little much!

No responsibility or communication skills, like dude go to college and learn how to properly run a business. Won’t be surprised when y’all get coded and shut down, likely through a lawsuit.
Terrible experience! Called 1 hr ahead of time to schedule an appointment to pick up my vehicle. Got to the place to find out they all left for the day..called 20+ times and on the 24th try somebody answered. He stated my appointment time was set for a different time. Had to wait another hour for him to come back. NOT a 24hr service!!
Being stupid in the mud! karina answered and what a sweet heart phones where off the hook in the back ground but got all my information quickly. Had someone out in less then 30mins. Young man in a dually pulled me out. Paid cash great service thank you very very much will call next time im being stupid in 2wheel drive in the mud thank you so so much!

So maybe not the most fun to ever need a tow truck, but these guys dispatched quickly and had available drivers and equipment for a specific car. High Recommend. Thanks truck operator Decks in particular for being awesome.
Called at 10:52AM this morning and was quoted two hours before a driver would arrive. Called back at 1:45PM to check the status and the receptionist told me my driver would contact me with an ETA, stating there were two people in front of me in line. It is now 3:45PM and the driver still hasn't contacted me. Seems like I really wasn't a priority today or they simply forgot about me. Found another business and sent a truck out right away to get my car into the shop.
Had an amazing experience!! We had to tow our car in a rush and none of the other towing companies could make it on time. We checked with Round Rock towing company and they were able to accommodate us immediately. They came in a matter of 10mins and successfully towed our car to a garage nearby. Great service!! Thank you guys!
Oh man, this is the best towing service I've used. Only took a few minutes for the guy to arrive (as opposed to the several days I'm used to with other providers) and he even took care when loading my car!
In all seriousness though, the expediency and attention to detail was great. Even took care to center the car in the driveway when he dropped it off.
So the fuel pump in my restored 1974 Plymouth Road Runner went out and I was stuck. From my initial call to dispatch to the call from William (driver) it was a very good experience with this company. They were super friendly and easy to work with. William was the best I have ever seen. Took good care of the car to make sure it would get to my house safely. Backed it up in my garage like a boss! If you ever need a tow, cal them! You aren't just a job to them. They sincerely care!!

William was amazing. Showed up within 5 mins, didn’t even have to get out of his truck. Hauled my truck off and his driving skills and maneuvers were top notch and highly impressive. He was very kind and I would definitely call him again if I ever needed anything.
I called to get one of the usual 3 estimates because I was having my vehicle moved over a 100 miles back to my home. I new within a minute that I would be doing business with RRT&T. I made call number 2 to a competitor company and my instinct was confirmed. I did not call a third company. I would be giving my business to RRT&T. Outstanding service. The driver (David) took great care of my ride and was the consummate professional. This is the company that you can rest easy recommending to the people you care about.
I've used Round Rock towing several times and they have always done a fantastic job. William came and picked up my jeep again, if you've ever had a jeep you will understand. I had the top and doors off and he didn't hesitate to jump in and help out. I highly recommend David and his whole crew. Great job William and thank you again!!!
Velma was very professional and nice when i called to let the company know my vehicle was towed by accident. She was very apologetic and gave me all the info I needed. Ryan the manager was also very kind and understanding when I picked up my vehicle. Great customer service in a time of stress!
They were amazing! I was quoted about $60 cheaper than when i had my car originally towed to my location. David showed up early and was very professional and took very good care of my sports car :) Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if i need
I had my car towed today because one of my rear tires blew out. Everything was fine with calling them and getting a driver to tow my car. It took about 20-30 minutes for the driver to call me to let me know he was on his way, but I was fine with that because it is Sunday and the man I spoke with explained they only had one driver. I asked the guy to take it to a shop because I had to go to work, and I'd spoken with the shop several times to let them know it was coming. When I called the shop several hours later no one had seen my car. The shop found my car parked out back. The driver never let the shop know it was there, left it sitting there on the rim with the busted tire, and left the key in my unlocked car. When I called the Towing company to discuss this, no one answered, even though they claim to be open 24 hours. Their mailbox was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. I will not be using their service again.
I gave them another star because they did call me back about 40 minutes later to discuss what happened.
Unbelievably helpful. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Helped me get a new tire when no shops were open. Things had gone terribly wrong all week, but the lady that answered my call this night realized I had two flats same week so no spare and she did not hesitate to offer a fantastic solution when easily she could have just taken my money and towed my car. I am grateful and happy to know there are nice honest people willing to help someone who is trying hard, but having a difficult time.
RUDE!!!! Live out of town and after a wreck these folks picked up our truck. The driver Jorge was great. He was considerate and concerned. When I called the next day about having our truck dropped off at a local shop , the gentleman that answered told me "No problem". I even asked if there wasn't a form I was supposed to fill out."No ma'am. You gave me a verbal release." So when I call today prior to leaving town because the truck still wasn't at the body shop, I was told I had to go to their shop to prove I owned the truck and fill out the paperwork I had offered to do 5 days ago. This is an hour drive one way in the wrong direction from where I'm headed. Since it was a mistake on the part of the gentleman I spoke on the phone with originally, he offered for the driver to meet me at our local body shop so I could show my proof of ownership. It would be there in an hour. In the background I hear a woman , telling him that's not possible. that I needed to drive up there and fill out the paperwork. To say her tone of voice was nasty would be an understatement. David, the gentleman I originally spoke with assured me they would handle it immediately. Then I get a phone call from Tina, the rude voice from the background. She informed me that there was no way she could get the truck there until 4 pm still using a tone of voice that implied she was put out. After a heated discussion on both parts where she denied any responsibility for the original mess up and the reason the paperwork wasn't done. Her final shot was "ma'am quit blasting my attitude and let me call my driver." Like I said RUDE!
Young gentleman was very courteous this morning on my tow. The rain came down just as he arrived, so no fun there, but he did great and has my Spyder loaded very quick. I've used you before and have nothing bad to say. I recommend you to all my friends if they need help. Awesome service. Thank you.
My recent experience with Round Rock Towing was excellent. I was in a bit of a bind after a blowout on the highway and because of my custom rims on my car I wasn't able to put on a spare. They were quick to respond, extremely professional, courteous and really made me feel comfortable in this stressful time. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Most importantly, they really took the time and care to make sure my beautiful car wasn't damaged in anyway during the transport from beginning to end.
