I had an opportunity to be help at advanced auto parts by a gentleman named Nick. He was very knowledgeable patient and courteous. I think he’s a great asset to the company go advance auto parts.
Needed headlamps for my Jeep Cherokee. Rachel took care us so well. She went over their care plans and gave us great money-saving tips on car care products.
I’m really pleased and I’m pretty sure we’ll start coming here now.
I've stopped here 3 times within the last 2 weeks. 2 of those times were with Rachel. She helped me out 1st when my engine light came on(found out it was an issue with my knock sensor); then today I needed my battery checked just to find out my battery was good & no need to replace it. Both times Rachel took care of me with great advice in further taking care of my vehicle; she was Awesome!! Will definitely be back!!
Phenomenal customer service. Came to make a purchase, clueless, and stressed - Rachel was the best help! Told her I needed oil, and after I told her my reason, she said it wasn’t what I needed (lol)- went and got the diagnostic tester, walked out to my truck and then told me what I was looking for. Customer service is far and few these days, so the willingness to help, before I could ask, without feeling like an inconvenience was super appreciated.
I had an amazing experience at Advance Auto Parts on Sunrise! I came in with an annoying rattling sound in my car that had been driving me crazy, and Nick went above and beyond to help. He didn’t just do the obvious checks—he really thought outside the box, took the time to listen, and figured out the real issue when no one else could.
Nick was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me get the problem solved. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much and takes such pride in their work. Thanks to him, my car is quiet again and I left feeling taken care of.

Super informative on the warranty and even gave a coupon for next time. though it was a quick interaction they made me comfortable, will be coming back in the future.

I own and operate an automotive customization shop, so at times I often lose and need random tools/parts, I live luckily for me right down the street 4 minutes away! There’s a woman who works there, her name is Rachel, she’s a SUPERSTAR! Always so friendly, and generally you can ask her like any question and she’s on it with an answer or finding it for you within the same breath. Can’t stress it enough, ORiley’s and AutoZone have gone downhill the past few years especially with who they’re hiring.. this location rocks, and the specialist including Rachel have done this for decades, it helps to be able to get in and out. So excited to see this location open. Was growing tired of the competitor down the road. This location is clean with a great staff. Customer service was spot on. Prices may be a little higher but not much. This will now be our auto parts store.
so I had to scare earlier at was near this location someone who's been shopping at advance Auto for years and got my battery through them I immediately pulled up to this location
so this location's only been around less than a year and the staff here very friendly Rachel went above and beyond to make me feel like family pull up my car codes and found none look over my battery make sure the battery was tested
battery passed but then she found where there were things missing to mount the cables properly on my battery which are never of noticed and noticed erosion of one of the cables eating into the battery that she was able to go pull some special spray to remove and clean off as well as give me a little while deals and I didn't even cause me maybe five six bucks
that probably saved me all kinds of car problems in the near future as every time I would hit a bump that might cause the cable to come loose cause the battery to become discharged and the whole car to lose driving power
she saved me a trip to mechanic so far the car is driving magnificently again that cannot say enough good things about advance Auto and especially this location
also they do have a restroom in the back If you ask a nicely go back and use it and they do have a right variety of drinks snacks tools oils and a bright variety of car parts at this location possibly more so than the other advanced auto location to the area cuz they're brand new
while I was there to even took care of two other gentlemen who needed unique car parts for their older vehicles that suffice to this location had in stock which was very impressive as well plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of
