Sign says open Sundays but found store closed. Submitted update to Google but the sign on the front of the store and even their own website must both be wrong. Pretty unprofessional IMO.
Needed a part that only napa has. Guess nobody decided to come to work. Store is closed in the middle of the day right in the middle of their normal operating hours...
The team here consistently demonstrates exceptional helpfulness and attentiveness. They went above and beyond by thoroughly searching the store for specific bolts required for my project. Despite the bolts ultimately proving unsuitable, a full refund was promptly processed on the same day, without any complications. Furthermore, their expertise regarding the products offered is readily apparent. It was just my water pump that needed replacement. Thanks for all the help.
This is my new parts store. I went to 5 to 6 different auto parts stores arranging with AutoZone and O’Reillys. None of them had what I needed. I went to one of the stores they had it.
My car battery died. I couldn't use my car so I bought a battery here in a hurry and asked for 2 hour delivery. The battery came in 1 hour and I was able to fix my car right away. The battery is working perfectly.
I normally purchase my batteries from Walmart since they are pretty much all over the place. I have a Toyota tundra and much to my surprise. Walmart does not carry the battery size. Found out that Napa does. I was afraid that I was gonna have to pay a really high price for what I would consider a regular battery. Not the case. The price was very reasonable. The guys were helpful and put the battery in. I felt really bad the fact that it was also on a hot day. No shade and no complaining. Really good selection and reasonable prices.This will be my new local place to get parts.

Sheryl and Caleb rock. They get the 5 star reviews. That Jeremey or Jacob guy is an all out jerk. Other than that guy I highly recommend this Napa location. The management is on par with the customer service 5stars!!
Very friendly and helpful staff; plus they had the part I needed for a repair and saved me having to miss work. Overall I'm really happy with the experience!

Another one of my favorites when you need auto parts. Very competitive on the prices and the staff and management never hesitate to come out to your vehicle for a scan read, or diagnosis. Gotta luv it!
After running around all morning I came to the NAPA in Round Rock and not only did they have the parts I needed but saved me over a thousand bucks. Don't be fooled by shops that try to upsell you the whole shop. Only replace what is needed
The most helpful parts store in Austin! I was on my way to Houston last week when my battery died and a headlight went out. I stopped in at Napa and they had the type of battery for my truck and the specific one I wanted (AGM, not fluid). The younger guy behind the counter went out of his way to get us the best price and then install it for us, along with pointing out that there was a rebate also available for the battery. They even had a little box to provide power through the OBD2 so I didn't lose my radio stations and seat presets.The last shop also screwed up the battery cable routing so he went ahead and routed the cable the proper way while he was replacing the battery. I didn't catch his name, but the former army employee with the blonde hair, combat boots and tactical pants was a life saver. 10/10 would recommend this location. I've also previously purchased other parts to install myself from here such as a radiator and brake pads/rotors and each time the parts have been high quality and fairly priced.
Associate who helped me was able to come up with the part I needed very quickly despite the internet being out. He was very apologetic despite the situation not being his fault. Great customer service, even for something as small as a crush washer.
Over charge and don't complete work that needs done. They changed my wheel bearing and broke the abs sensor and didn't/wouldn't fix it. Complained to Napa about their services and they said they'd fix the issue and just ended up dodging the whole situation. They're scam artists and will try to upsell and false inform you about things wrong with your vehicle
Similar to some previous posts, beware of the one older cat that can't figure out proper customer service. I love napa, have been a loyal customer in hawaii and south dakota. Sucks that I have to come back home to texas and deal with this service. Be careful if you encounter this guy and don't greet yourself the proper way. He needs customer service training.
The Round Rock location for NAPA has been amazing in their customer service skills. I am hard of hearing, and with this pandemic going around, it makes it extremely hard for me to hear what is being said without reading the lips. The masks cover the lips and makes it hard for me to follow what is being said, and when I mentioned that to the store manager, she was very accommodating to my needs. I needed a car battery and asked if someone could replace it for me. She said absolutely and found the right battery for me and the assistant store manager changed it out for me. I cannot express how thankful I am for their kindness. I definitely recommend this location and I will come back for any auto needs I have.
Staff was very nice. Prices were the lowest I found. They worked really well with me when I had to exchange a part and then re-exchange the part for the original one. Thank you for being patient.
There customer service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get just what I needed at a fraction of the cost of some online place. I would definitely recommend NAPA auto to anyone needing car parts.
If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased an ignition coil and several other parts the same say from this Napa less than a year ago. The coil went bad but had a warranty on it. When I called this Napa the man informed me that Napa does not store warrantied items in their system (as does Autozone, O'reilys and Advanced Auto parts). He said we are expected to save our receipt. This sounds ludicrous. What a cheap way to get more money from your customers... Napa should invest in the software needed to provide excellent customer service when it comes to warranties.
Tiny has awesome customer service, we came here a few weeks ago and had to purchase parts for our truck and he was the one who helped us out. Like most places these days where someone sits behind a computer and barely even look's up to acknowledge you as a customer, he engaged with us and had an actual cool conversation, he was funny and all, now that is the customer service that a place of business needs that set's them apart from the rest. People like that keep customers coming back.
Great service and pricing on car battery. Much better pricing than all the other auto part stores. They didn't have my car battery but they shipped one from another store same day. Plus they took 10% off the whole deal cuz I'm a veteran.
Needed oil and filter, etc. for an at-home oil change. Everything I needed was located and provided very quickly. Helpful staff went above and beyond to assist in locating some information I requested. Thank you for all your help. It is definitely worth heading out here for yoyr automotive parts needs. It may be a little wonky with recent construction, but the staff it worth visiting.
The staff behind the counter are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I went in looking for a particular tool, which they didn't have, but left with a wealth of knowledge. It made the trip worth it and left a good impression. I'll be going back to this store for my auto parts needs.
