I was looking for a belt for a zero turn machine so I haven't a part number but a young guy named Michael took all the time and patience to go to the back and pick diferenta belts so we can measure and compared with the broken one we had, even when another guy was insisting and telling me that they didn't have it, Michael still try to find the right one and yes he found it for us. He know what is good costumer service!! And how to treat with costumers!!
My car battery died at Taco Bell, a bit of a walk from the Oreilly store. The store manager took care of it. The staff jumped my car so it could be driven to the store then installed a new battery. Really great service. Thank you!
Went to O'Reilly's on Sunday 12/21, I want give props to great customer service Kevin and team gave. Kevin went above and beyond helping me and my daughter with her battery. Thank you Kevin for your kindness and assistance! A grateful mom!
Came here two weeks ago and have avoided this place no matter how far I had to drive because of a very lazy unwilling to help employee. Today I came in and the young lady as well as manager Isiah were awesome, very helpful, and understanding. When one comes into a shop where they sell parts to repair their vehicles, the customer is hoping to get help and possibly is even desperate for the help as I most certainly was. So it was a very pleasant surprise.When I was able to get help at this location from employees that did not mind doing their jobs that they are fortunate to have.
Christopher was an absolute nightmare and was extremely useless. I asked for help with my battery missing a screw/bolt in the housing. He tried to tell me how "it would require disconnecting all this stuff" aka the battery. He tried to make it sound complicated and like a dumb female wouldn't know any difference. I then pointed out to him exactly where the housing was missing a screw, and that I simply did not have a ratchet set or hardware to do the job myself. So he proceeded then to look up screws on the computer only to tell me that the computer doesn't tell him what screw to use. This is not a mechanically functioning screw, it simply needs to fit. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to try a couple screws max, to find the right one. Christopher sure did make it sound like it was rocket science though. He explained to me how they had thousands of screws to choose from. And it sounded beyond daunting for him to even consider looking for one that would fit without the help of a computer. When I told him, I was going to go ahead and take my business elsewhere so that I could get somebody that would help me and he could go back to his little chill break. He cleary did not care that he cost his store business. He was rude and couldn't be bothered to do his job.
David is an amazing help! He is kind, courteous and super helpful! I know where I’ll be buying all my auto needs after my first experience there today!

This store was very knoeledgeable and went the extrs mile ĥelping me find the problem and solve what was wrong with my truck. They also had the best pricing in Round Rock. I wss very impressed.
I want to give a big shoutout to the assistant manager Michael at O’Reilly Auto Parts! He went above and beyond helping me with my tail lights. Not only did he take the time to fix them, but he was also very informative and explained everything clearly. His professionalism and knowledge made the whole process stress-free. Last night around 9:30 p.m., I urgently needed to dispose of my used engine oil. AutoZone told me it was too late, so I stopped by O’Reilly to ask if they could help. One of the staff members, Isaiah (if I remember correctly), was cleaning the store but still kindly allowed me to dispose of the oil.
Even though I didn’t purchase anything, he was very polite and helpful until I left. This kind of service is why I always feel O’Reilly provides friendlier support than others. I truly appreciate the great experience and the kindness shown by Isaiah
The team at this O’Reilly location really went above and beyond! I came in right before closing, worried about my car battery and they were so incredibly kind and helpful. They not only checked my battery, but helped me replace it on the spot! Their professionalism and willingness to help truly saved me from a stressful night. I've never had an O'Reilly be so difficult about a rental tool return. I was apparently past the 48 hours so they refused to do the return for it. It wasn't even 2 days past that, and no O'Reilly has ever given me a hard time about that before. I ended up going to a different location and they were able to help me out with no issues.
I drove from Rockdale, TX to this store since the Rockdale store put in a customer will call for me so I paid for the rental of the AC Vacuum Pump there and drove to go pick it up in Round Rock. I made the mistake of relying on these people to do their job and trusted that the product I made a deposit on had everything I needed. The store knew an HOUR in advance that I’d be coming. I got home and noticed the vacuum oil bottle was empty and that the oil that WAS in the machine before I had gotten it had spilled out inside the case. I then had to drive to Cameron where they luckily had a bottle that was more than half way full. 3+ hours of my time were wasted when I should’ve went there and back home originally. This added more stress to an already stressful situation. TDLR; employees not checking the quality of the equipment they rent after it is returned and inconveniencing the customers
Thanks to Ubaldo he was very very helpful and Didn’t give up on us for 45 min! Tryna replace the light assembly and the harness ended up being stuck and corrupted. Also had Kelly out there assisting with his knowledge. Thanks to them I can drive home safely!
I went to this Location because it was the only one open after 10 and it had been raining really bad All night and I needed to go out of town. I went to get my high Beam replaced And they didn’t have the less expensive bulb that I could afford, and the manager saw my need and was able to replace my lightbulb at no Charge. I was so grateful and I’m still so grateful for the people at the store.
Dan really helped me out. I needed a new battery. He was informative and personable. I asked if he would install the new battery. He gracious did. I am so thankful I went there.
I only go out of my way to write reviews when the experience is either awful or excellent. This one is the latter.
I went in to get some break pads for my wife’s car, because my local Leander store didn’t have them in stock. Within 3 minutes of walking in the store, Greg had already identified the break pads and retrieved them. After quickly looking over the used brake pads I brought in, he educated me as to what may be causing the uneven wear on the pads, and provided some tips to ensure it didn’t happen again.
Greg’s quick yet very thoughtful and expert customer service sincerely added a splash of joy to the otherwise unexciting brake-change task.
Love how this store stays open till 11pm. They also seem to have every part I’ve ever needed. Except one specialty part off a BMW 325i, luckily the N. Lamar location had in stock. They all a good group of guys and gals. Definitely recommend to all.
Wow. I feel like I'm in the 50s with the level of service. I called about some sensors and Victor set them aside for me. I came in a little bit later and he was not there any longer, so the next guy went ahead and grabbed me some from the shelf. Victor then went ahead and called me the following day to ensure that I had found the O2 sensors and that he could restock the O2 sensors that he had set aside for me. I can't believe that. I will be coming back here again for everything. totally earned it
Angel has helped me replace the battery, put on the windshield wipers and replaced the headlight. I can't thank him enough. He was professional, efficient and quick. I believe he a great asset to this store and definitely recommend coming here.
