Stopped in to replace a dying car battery. The staff was very helpful, got exactly what I needed and was outta there in 10 minutes. Great palace to get your auto parts.
Came in with my boyfriend looking for a specific part and we chose A-line instead of AutoZone etc because supposedly they have knowledge about auto parts and the industry. We were immediately met with a man (long beard) with a terrible attitude. Said he couldn't help us because he "doesn't sell hardware," and couldn't even look up a part number and referred us to a dealership which is fine, but what made us uncomfortable was the an attitude of "you came in 15 minutes before we close and I don't want to do my job." My boyfriend asked if he had any recommendations on local junkyards because this is a local specialty auto parts store with a lot of knowledge (so I thought?) and he replied with the snottiest tone, "um you can try Google?"

It turned out I didn't even need it in the end, but they took it in stride, all friendly and understanding.

Excellent experience. They had the AC Delco parts I needed for a 2002 Chevrolet Impala and very professional service. This is definitely a place to go for ACDelco parts.
