So driving from Austin to Leander my engine light came on and stopped at O'Reilly's very disappointed with the customer service including the manager TJ I believe if he explained to me that he's been there for 22 years he I guess has his own followers that have been coming into that store and not knowing me I believe he was very disrespectful

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate TJ the store manager. He went out of his way to help me identify the solution for my GMC Denali electrical problem. Just great customer service and my store for over a dozen years! Top rated business!

very disappointed. went return a sensor that I opened. the guys that were there said I cannot returned because it was opened and plugged. had to go to cedar park location with a little more sense in the air and was bale to return the item. this store is around my house will avoid going forward.. As it is was not the best customer service .. prior times you go and ask for items e.i. filters, heat light.. and they just send you to look for item. the store in Jarrell its way better on customer service... O'Reilly you have lost a customer. oh yeah for the guy that was there and said "if you plug and try to return item that's how the store losses money" my answer to him is .. no this is how you loose money.. me taking by business somewhere else for life..

Holy moly, this guy named Jordan at the Crystal falls location was an absolute wealth of knowledge in helping me navigate code issue on my truck. He spent Apple amount of time with me and explained the complexities of my particular motor. This is customer service that is way beyond what I've ever experienced it any auto parts store. O'Reilly's, great hire when you brought this guy on board. Thanks Jordan!

I had a very bad experience at this store because I placed an order for a part that they were supposed to pick up at 9 am. I went there at 7 pm and it still hadn't arrived. They never gave me an answer and they refunded my money.

Really appreciated the service here this week. I went to a competitor for a check engine light diagnostic a week or two ago, and they handed me the printout and I didn’t know what to do. It had primary and secondary codes, and that was the end of the transaction. The light turned off, then on again this week dominant to O’ Reilly’s instead. The man at the counter printed the diagnostic, then without any provocation from me, explained what the issue likely was based on experience, what to try first, the parts I’d need, and the tool I could borrow to get it done. He walked me to my vehicle and showed me exactly where the part was located and how it was attached so I could get a sense for myself what would be involved in doing the fix ourselves. Night and day difference in service.

Jordan is by far the coolest and most helpful employee. He is extremely knowledgeable on vehicles and guided my whole experience in picking out the parts I needed. Won’t be going anywhere else! Thanks again for you help!

These guys were on it today. Fast, super friendly. Double checking part numbers just to assure I was getting correct part. Then got me cart to haul all the heavy items I purchased. I was almost confused at how awesome that visit went.

Hello I wanted to brag about Jason. He was very helpful , jolly, nice and made me feel good about going to get some windshield wipers. He looked up my brand, went and found them in the store! And yall, he even put them on for me, in the rain! Then discarded my old tore up wipers! I was able to drive safely, because of Jason! Thank you Jason!

The lady who helped us was less than helpful. She either doesn't know how to read a battery tester or is just inept. We had a battery that was at 30% depleted . Not discharged but not functional. This lady tried to sell us a $311 starter. I replaced the starter and that wasn’t the problem. This was 2 days work for a 73 year old man. It was an unnecessary beating . Turns out after checking with Auto Zone the battery was bad. When we went back to get the battery replaced under warranty she was less than helpful. Some people should not be in public relations. I have bought many parts from OReillys Not any more. You lost a good customer.

Went in to get breaks around 9:30 pm.. only saw two people working. I get they close at 10 but sheesh. The old man behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me. Michael ( who was mopping ) said hello but that was it, he didn't stop to help me or anything. I stood there for 10 minutes and nothing. So I left.

2nd time in a week we called to confirm a part- they say they have it and will pull, but then show up and they can't find it. Maybe they should have someone update inventory or atleast actually confirm the existence while on the phone.

A couple weeks ago we went to O Reilly in Leander for a battery test. We took an uber there, bought a new battery and waiting for return uber. While we were waiting the technician who helped us was going to give us a ride home! Exceptional friendly service that I didn’t even mind spending $200 on a battery!

This place is terrible, so my grandfather went here before in the summer and wanted to get a new engine for his car and they not only got the engine, they also placed it in for them which I thought was nice. Here's where it got bad though next visit So we went again to get another engine for my sister's car so my Mom asked if we could do the same thing and then said "No, we don't do that." Which was odd, it said he was a "Professional Parts Expert" but he didn't help at all, and I'm being honest, *he was a little sexist* so I'm not gonna be coming back and I really don't recommend this place from my experience

The absolute worst experience ever had at an auto parts store, they sold me bulbs saying they would work on my car, and they didn't. I changed them in the store parking lot and got a low beam bulb failure warning on my car and the lights quit working, i swapped back to the old bulbs and they worked fine, this was all in front of the store in plain open view of the employees who where watching me change the bulbs. I walked back in and explained the bulbs didn't work and flashed a warning on the car. They refused to do and exchange or return so i walked back out to put the other bulb back in, one of the employees came out apologized and said he would be willing to try and look at it found it wasn't anything to do with the car and was the bulbs and did an exchange and still wouldn't do a return during this process some threats of physical violence where exchanged between the two employees witch was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable, i took the new ones out and tried them and the same thing not working out of the box. after an already unprofessional interaction that made everything and everyone uneasy in the store even the employee threatened, I was not able to go back in as rather than wait and make sure the bulbs worked i was locked out of the store with the tools i had borrowed from them and left to fend for myself as they instead started closing duties then finished closing as i was working, and then vanished and hid in the back trying to avoid me... this, by far, has been the worst experience ever had with this store location, and i have been a customer on and off for years even having to work with this location them being a parts supplier while working for firestone and the problems with wrong parts being delivered should have warned me to not visit ahead of time but they where the only place open in my area... after getting scammed out of almost 100 dollars on light bulbs, needless to say, i will attempt to get a refund tomorrow when the store manager is around. If no refund is done, i will update and inform their area manager and corporate if i have to.. As of right now, i would not ever recommend visiting this location even in an emergency unless you want scammed and locked out with tools that are not even yours....

Brought my dead battery in for a charge (and test) they didnt charge it and just gave it back.to me the next day saying it wouldnt charge. Jumped it from a friends booster box a day later and it holds a charge just fine. They just wasted my time trying to get me to buy a battery I didnt need.

Amazing price & customer service! Despite getting to the store late PHIL was so kind and friendly, he tested my car’s battery & alternator and replaced it got everything done and retested after installation of new battery to make sure i didn’t need a new alternator. Very quick & efficient! Thank you Phil!

Came in to get my car battery tested and replaced. Clay was so considerate and nice, and even took the time to install my new battery and helped me recalibrate my steering wheel afterwards. I really appreciated his help!

Would give zero stars if I could. Went in this evening looking for new wiper blades for my 2011 Mazda 3, The Clerk at the service desk looked as if I was bothering him, when I explained what I needed and that I was unsure of the size he became very condensending brought up 2 blades from the back and looked me dead in the eye and stated those were the ONLY set of blades that would fit my car, at a hefty price of almost $95 total, I explained I'm a single mom on a budget, and questioned some less expensive ones I walked by, he said NO these are the ONLY ones, I said ok thanks but no thanks. Drove straight over to Auto Zone where a much more enthusiastic gentleman told me my blade sizes (19 & 24 btw) and SHOCKER!! There actually ARE other blades that exist that are compatible with my car. I will never set foot in that misogynistic store ever again. Please train your employees better.

My headlight needed to be replaced so we called a couple places but they said they couldn’t even look up the part. We decided to call O’Riley and TJ was so helpful on the phone so we headed over. Once we got there we only had to wait 10 minutes for him to come take a look and to get the old headlight changed out. We will definitely be coming back if we have other issues! THANK YOU!

I came in this morning to fix the rubber piece that switches off the brake lights and I wasn’t sure where to find the part. Both John and Randall treated me with a smile and John showed me where the piece was and rang me out with great customer service! Now, I’m 35 weeks pregnant so bending over is a hassle and John was so kind and actually helped me install the piece quickly and efficiently!! I’ll be recommending this location to everyone because of John and Randall’s hospitality and kindness to me! Thank you so much and I hope they get recognition for their customer service!

I went to O'Reilly to have my car battery checked. I was not surprised to find out that it was toast and I needed a new one. I purchased it and he went right out and installed it in my car. He also tested it after to make sure all was good. I was there maybe 10 to 15 minutes total. They were fast, friendly and provided the best customer service I have had in a long time. They were awesome!

The service I was given and the kindness I was shown by the two employees that helped me today was unbelievable and far exceeded my expectations. They went out of their way to help me get my car running. They were very flexible and accommodating turning my seemingly bleak situation into a breeze. Very knowledgeable and courteous while patient and fair when up against a person such as myself who knows nothing about car repairs. If I could give them 10 stars I would because these guys saved the day! This is the first time I’ve ever even thought about tipping on anything car related and they def earned it. Cannot say enough good things about my entire experience here. I can not describe how nice it is to be helped by people that actually care.

TJ helped me with an item that was very much in demand, ordering what he had in another city to be delivered that morning. He went above and beyond, trying to find more items I needed, googling and calling the stores himself. He ended up finding exactly what I needed, and was so kind and patient throughout it all. Honestly, best customer service I've ever had.
