Pepper was fantastic! I needed to get my bike to a shop for some repairs. I texted him the day before to set up a pickup time. The next morning, he got my bike loaded safely and securely onto his truck, and texted me shortly after with a picture to confirm delivery to the shop. Pricing was very fair. I'll definitely be using him again next time I need a tow.

Sean (the owner) provided great service, he was very straightforward and kept me up-to-date about when he'd be able to reach me. It didn't take him long to load up my bike, which he meticulously secured onto the back of truck, and then quickly dropped it off at the shop, along with a photo of it at the location. I will certainly be calling him whenever I need this type of service again, very happy.
Absolutely great! My Son and I were on a motorcycle ride when his bike stopped running. I called a tow service I use for my cars and although they said they could tow motorcycles after talking to them I didnt feel comfortable with them. I called Pepper Towing and super helpful told me he would be there with in 30 minutes and was a little less time than that for him to arive. His rig is set up just for motorcycles and he was able to quickly get the motorcycle secured and he was very profesional and friendly. He called me when he got the motorcycle to the shop and went above and beyond getting my bike to another shop the next day. Pepper Motorcycle Towing became a permanent contact in my phone and hopefully I wont need a tow again anytime soon but if so I know who Im calling!

I Emailed Sean late even and still received a prompt replay back. We scheduled out a pick to have my Bike Towed a short distance. I was running late and we still were able to get the tow done. He was kind, nice and didn't try to rush. He took his time with my bike and made it was secure and safe. His lift is just pure awesome. So was this service, he is my Bike tow guy for now on.

I can't say enough about Pepper Towing. He showed up quick and got me home soon. He took his time getting the bike tied down to make sure that it was secure. I ride a 900 pound GoldWing so it always makes me nervous when I have to have it towed but Sean was very careful and conscientious. Great experience at a time that was not fun due to the bike breaking down.
Excellent customer service. He got out to me quicker than expected. Took his time to ensure he strapped the bike good without torquing on anything he shouldn't. He was genuinely concerned and offered up alternate options for where to take the bike. Price was fair and the lift he uses is perfectly suited to bikes. Would definitely call again.
Great customer service. Sean went out of his way to pick me up and get me off the side of the road when my bike broke down on me. He even used the toll road to get to me faster. Thats above and beyond, and greatly appreciated in this Texas heat. He called the shop owner and asked if they would be willing to open up shop to receive my bike. Luckily he had the owners cell number which i didnt have. Just another positive point toward great customer service.
Not only has this service been great the 2 times i have had to use it, but he didnt leave me stranded after taking my bike to the shop. He gave me a ride home as well.

Sean was great! I've been ridden motorcycles since the early 70s and he understands how much it means to be respectful and careful with your motorcycle. Plus, his use of a specialized lift on his pickup truck is the absolute best for transport for your motorcycle. This last point is something I have learned about after having typical tow trucks try to transport your bike, most do not know or care about how to load and transport a bike properly. I also appreciated Sean's taking a picture of the bike and emailing that back to me after he delivered the bike. An extra perk that I appreciated.
In the rush to pack our household and move to a new home, I misplaced the keys to my 1981 KB750. Sean came to my rescue and picked up my bike and delivered it to the new house before our deadline to be vacated from the old house. Outstanding service in a crisis! Thank you Sean!
