Wonderful service! I had 2 other towing services go out with no help. Joshua went above & beyond to ensure my electric car started! He explained the entire process to me, and communicated throughout the towing service arrival to the drop off location. My car was locked, he got in. My car was dead, and he recharged the 12V battery. Everyone else couldn't fix it, and he did!
Got in touch with my insurance at 6am they informed me Bedroc will be here at 8:45 am. I'm on I35, which is a busy freeway all day on the right shoulder of an off ramp with a flat. Bedroc sent a message saying there time changes to 10:03am, and I've been in this car since 6am. It is now 10:13 am and no sign of them. I give negative ⭐⭐⭐ to ther service and prompt response. God be with me on this freeway.
They are fast and very friendly. Joshua was able to get my car started after all and also diagnosed a couple of issues that prevented it from starting in the first place. It's pretty scary when you're out and about and your car won't start. Having Joshua show up with his polite manner and knowledge of cars, put me at ease right away. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great customer service, positive, and cheerful. You won't regret calling Bedrock Roadside Assistance.
Had a battery issue that turned into an alternator issue. Joshua came out quickly and was able to tow my car from a very tight spot on the Georgetown square. He was efficient and careful. Brought my car to the mechanic and even texted me pics of the car and envelope with my keys for the Dropbox. Highly recommend!
Josh arrived at my house @ ah hour after I called. My car was dead in the driveway. The battery was dead and he. Barged it. He then suggested I take it to have the battery checked out to see if it needed replacing. It didn’t need replacing.
Horrible customer service horrible driver I will reach out to the better business bureau. The driver Didn’t want to park my car. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Thinks that this is still prison mentality out here. Very unskilled Couldn’t even do his job to park the car. Came in a tank top and sleeping shorts , Very badly spoken
Had a tire blow out, was estimated they’d be there in an hour and a half but they actually showed up within 45 minutes. Very nice driver and he really cared about safety.
Joshua was amazing. This was the second time he had to tow my vehicle which requires a flat bed. He was extremely detail oriented & friendly. And delivered my car to the dealer with no issues at all.

When I say these people are awesome, man...they are awesome. TJ and Michael were on the ball and really professional and courteous. We had a horrible night and a really bad experience with some issues with our vehicle. But today they really helped a lot. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
Michael was very professional and arrived on time. He then took a picture of our car when he dropped it off at the dealership to let us know it got there safely. I highly recommend Michael and bedrock roadside assistance.
Great service and professional driver. We have a large dully truck and when the driver Micheal showed up, he know how to hook the truck up. He secured all the belts and straps and was off! Excellent service! I was very impressed.
Michael Robinson assured me with my roadside issue where the brakes went out completely on my vehicle. He showed up a couple of minutes ahead of schedule, was courteous and offered to drive my SUV onto the flatbed hauler. He delivered my car to my mechanic and notified me via text it was completed. After being out of town for a few weeks came home to find that my Prius car battery had died. Called AAA for assistance. Although the ETA was still an hour out, the driver Michael Robinson called to say he was right down the street and could be there in 2 minutes. He got the car started very quickly and all is well. EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE.
Your company left me stranded for 3 hours in a dark and rural area after texting me you would show up in an hour. This was all done with my Toyota connect program. Someone later called claiming you were 30 Mi out. No one ever showed. A Travis County officer had to change the tire. Will be advising my provider Toyota of your neglect and your fake text at 930pm. Stranded 630 - 930pm.
We had an easy and great experience. Michael was a huge help. I would highly recommend to anyone having problems with their vehicle or needing a tow. We will definitely be using him again. Great communication throughout the whole process.
Michael was so respectful and knowledgeable when I had my flat tire the morning before work. He filled up my tire and even offered to follow behind me to ensure I got to my destination. I will use their services again no question, but hopefully I won’t need to be in the situation again.

Just amazing, caught a flat on the toll road and didn’t have a donut in the car, I got this number from a friend and gave them a call. 20 minutes later they showed up assessed the situation and had my car towed where I needed it with no problem. Mr. Michael Robinson was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing and took care of my problem in a timely manner. Highly recommend and am very thankful for their service.
The younger Jay Ones is a lifesaver! He replaced the flat tire and made sure everything was safe. He is very careful and puts safety first. He has a great talent for quickly noticing what went wrong with the tire and informed me about the speed limit for the temporary tire. He is friendly, patient, and communicates well. I had a wonderful experience with Terry. After trying to get assistance to remove an old pick up truck from my property and take it to a shop in my local town, I Breezed through two different service providers and couldn't find anyone who could make this work. Then the major storm hit and I got a notice that this company would take on the challenge and drive through the storm 1.5 hours to help me..Terry had a really fantastic attitude. He was convinced that he could make it work and he stuck with the project until everything got taken care of. Stubborn truck I had! Thank you, Terry!
Rodney at Bedroc was a miracle worker for me today! My car had died outside my apartments and two other towing companies said they couldn't move it because it was parallel parked and on a hill. Rodney helped me jump it and figure it out and he was able to tow my car out when nobody else could! So thankful for him!!
Tow truck driver dropped my truck at the wrong dealership. Told me to drive it to the correct dealership. I told him I was told not to drive it. He said it would be ok. I said I was specifically already told not to dive it. I also noticed that the gas door cover was missing. He said he noticed it while driving but thought it would be ok. Just charge it to your insurance and said have a good day and left. I will never use this company and do not recommend anyone to use them.
