Bought brass punches. These were in fact not brass but cheap chinese pot steel coated to look like brass. Punch broke on the 2nd strike and scratched the surface area I was working on. No more business from me.
Excellent service! I always leave feeling confident to do any repair large or small.
Short story:
We (family of 4) were headed out on a long family camping trip so I stopped by to grab a few things in case of an emergency and a member of their team walked by my truck and mentioned he smelled coolant. I just had the engine oil cooler serviced so I took the truck back to GMC and he was 100% correct. There was a leak in my radiator! Thanks to this gentleman he may have just saved us from disaster.
I drive 20 min to this location to get my parts!
My windshield wiper arm and wipers broke on a rainy trip home from Dallas to Austin so I stopped in here to see if they could help. Becca set me up with new wipers and Tom came out to look at the issue. He referred me to Craig Automotive and I went there (also good experience). Thank you both for your help, and if I’m ever in need of auto parts in Georgetown again I’ll certainly stop here.
I've only been here twice to get a belt for my mower. The first time they were the only place with a 112 inch belt, the second time (years later) they were my first choice. Same price as if I had ordered from amazon so why not buy local.
I've always know this as Fox auto parts. The staff is knowledge and friendly. Prices are competitive. And it's a chance to shop local.

Great people that know there stuff. This is how all parts stores used to be. And still should be, but corporate parts stores have driven them out. I recommend supporting this store to everyone and keep a great store here, so everyone can experience how good a parts store can be!!!
Paint is well overpriced. Selection of House of Kolor is priced 2-3 times more if you ordered it online. Also, the House of Kolor is old and most are dried out. I know house of Kolor is custom paint and they need to pay the bills, but don't mark up the paint 2-3 times more and sell old stock.
Also I waited in line for 20 minutes with 4 people running the counter. Oh yeah, there was only 3 people in the store. I will stick to ordering online.
