We recently updated our web site through URG Website Services. The communication and very prompt responses to our questions made the process seamless and simple. It almost didn't seem possible when they made changes and sent a link to view the changes in such a short amount of time. When the website went live we of course had changes and they were taken care of in minutes!!! I would highly recommend them if you are looking to upgrade your site.

I cannot believe how horrible this company is. We were force to join URG once we joined PRP. I was like ok fine maybe we can sell something. I have never sold one thing since joining them because the software that we need to sell parts has never worked. I call in and talk to someone and they say we will get someone to reach out to you but they dont. Then like monthly we get emails about Conferences that are happening. I am like are you serious ? Why would I waste my time to go to Conferences to learn more when they already wont even help us to get there service running but love to take my money monthly. What a total joke this company is.
Warrenty Claim # 159357 My engine that I bought from Jasper Automotive was bad and this company had an investigator come out to verify this and even after the investigator verified the bad engine this company voided my warranty! Absolute horrible customer service and claims adjuster WOULD NOT answer the phone or return calls.
Got offer on a motor for $2500 and some change or best offer so counter offered $2200 and they countered with $2899!! What who does that!!?? Will NEVER purchase from them!! Wont recommend!!
This is a true definition of a SCAM! URG has little to no communication & does not honor their warranty. Think twice before you invest money with URG or any vendor who does business with them. It’s a matter of time til they’re out of business at this rate.
Scam! Waste of money! Deceptive! Misleading! Dishonest! Stay away from this vendor and anyone who uses them for warranty. We bought an engine from a vendor whose warranty was through URG. The URG Claims Technician would not return our calls, took weeks to respond to emails with the dealership Service Manager, would not honor our warranty claim (within the 6 months of purchase) and eventually stopped responding. The engine was installed by an actual dealership, not a local corner shop. Do better URG!! We’ve lost thousands of dollars.
This is the death of the used parts market. It was nice while it lasted. I will never do business with a yard that uses U R G again. Warranty process is a straight up scam.
Will try to deny any warranty as fast as possible. Be careful with any conversation because the claims adjusters are going to trap you and try to get you to say something wrong to deny warranty.
