If your tow truck driver is sooo thorough like you say btittany then why did he realize he was about to move a luxury vehicle with the wrong equipment? Why did be go get the proper truck!? Doesn’t seem very thorough to me. The damages you caused is incredible and extends well into the suspension. Car was covered and locked. Provide video please. Im a disabled Veteran and I need my vehicle. What have u done for this country but ruin my vehicle britt??? Illegally towed on a Sunday at that!!!!!!
Unfortunately my vehicle had mechanical issues and had to leave it in the Walmart parking lot. I returned to attempt to recover my vehicle only to find out it was towed by Eagle Towing & Recovery. I Contacted the towing company and was unable to speak to anyone and left a message. After several hours I was contacted by a representative from the towing company. Give him the specifics surrounding my vehicle. He asked for either the vin number or license plate number in order to confirm it was my vehicle. At the time I was driving and didn’t have the requested information and we agreed that I would provide it when I was able. I attempted to contact them several times leaving a message each time without a returned phone call. Finally I was able to talk to the same representative. Again I gave him the same information as before. He never asked me for the vin nor license plate number. He informed me that yes they do have my vehicle. I asked how much will it be for me to pick up my vehicle. To my amazement he told me it would cost me $595. When asked how he was able to confirm and locate my vehicle now without the prior requested information. I believe He gave me a real bogus reply. I further believe that this is attempt to run up the amount of money to secure your vehicle. Furthermore, after asking why the amount was so high. He informed me that $295 was for them bringing it on their lot and $22 per day there after. This is an absolute rip off Of a persons misfortune of their car experiencing problems. The average person doesn’t have that type of money to secure their vehicle. They’re aware of this and know that if you’re unable to come up with the funds the amount will increase and eventually able to Consider the vehicle as abandoned and secure a title making the vehicle there’s. Such a shame this can legally be able to happen. My suggestion is to stay far away from this Towing company. I’m still in the process of finding all the information about this company and how they are able to do this.
1 star only because they actually showed up and towed the car. called at 11:30 am, they said they would be there in 30-40 minutes. they didn’t show up until 1:05. that’s absurd. on top of that, they charged me $145 just to tow the car 4 minutes away. crazy pricing. i feel totally ripped off and like my time was just wasted. do not suggest getting a tow from this place because it’s just ridiculous. i’ll be leaving this same review anywhere i can, don’t want another person in an unfortunate situation to be ripped off as well.

I own a business and I reached out to Eagle Towing to tow the abandoned cars off my property.
I called and it took almost 2 hours for a tow truck to show up.
The man I spoke with on the phone was beyond rude and informed me “private properties are not our priority” and was in general very unprofessional and unhelpful.
I will be finding another company. Stay away from this one.

To be completely honest, I would have never thought I would be leaving a positive review given the circumstances but here we are.
My cousin is a long haul truck driver and is currently hauling a good chunk of medical supplies. I am the only one who lives close to his hub in Austin so it is not uncommon for him to stop by in the wee hours of the night and take a shower after a few days on the road during his hour break. Unfortunately parking is terrible at my place and her parked on the side of my house for 20/25 minute to take his shower before heading back to the yard. When he walked out his truck had been towed somewhere between 3:35 to 4 am.
He woke me up to find out who to call and besides being frustrated and worried we were both tired! All I could think of was dear Lord please be with us, help me, help him. The guy who answered the phone sounded half asleep also and was reasonably gracious as I expressed my frustration and tried to figure out how to get the truck back. I explained the situation about how my cousin was a truck driver and came to take a shower and the guy explained that there was nothing he could do as the rules are the rules. The guy gave me the address, look I was half asleep and frustrated so I know I was out of line and forceful with my words and then we hung up. I know this is Not acceptable, and I recognize my error and apologize.
The man called back as we were walking out the door to go to the address he had given me. He asked to speak with my cousin and he confirmed with him that he was indeed a truck drive and the information I had given. Then a miracle happened, the man sent another tow truck to come get my cousin and he gave my cousin his truck back so he could back to work in time. Neither one of us expected that and my cousin offered to pay but he told him not to worry about it. All we could do was stand in gratitude saying thank you Jesus for softening this mans heart.
To the man who dealt with us last night thank you, thank you for helping out when you did not have to. Thank you for showing that in this time of need there are good people and recognizing we are truly in this together!
Guy left my car hanging simply cause I was trying to record. He says that he a professional. But if that’s true then what’s the problem. Just word of advice don’t call these people if you care about your vehicle not getting messed up.
Eagle Towing was a life saver when my truck and 5th wheel travel trailer broke down. They went out of their way to help me out and get my truck to one location and then help drop my trailer at our parking space. Really great experience. These are really good and trustworthy people.

Had a guy named Woody, I watched him pull my truck around a light pole, over a concrete lip of road out of a 4" mud slump and with very limited room to work, he got me out and with no damage to my semi. The Automobile I bought never made it to my home it broke down on me three times, Two encounters were with Eagle Towing and both were with technician Trey. I can’t say enough good things about his hospitality, it’s not often an Brief encounter makes you feel like family. We purchased a car off of Craigslist yesterday in Georgetown. The previous owners informed us that something was wrong with the engine. My partner thought that it was drivable and would make it to Austin. However, the car did not make it and we had to leave it on the side of the road. I called Eagle Towing this morning and they took care of it. The brought the car 30 plus miles to Austin and parked it exactly like I asked within and hour or so after calling them. The price was reasonable and we have our car home safely and in one piece. Thank you Woody and Derrick!
I had 10 soldiers in my van when the entire tread off my front, driver-side tire blew out while I was on the highway going 80mph AT THREE AM. It was such a scary moment. To top it off, the jack in the van didn't work properly, and the lugnuts weren't coming off with what we had in the spare kit. Geico had me on hold for 40 minutes, two other towing companies weren't any help, but THIS company came through. From the point of contact to the point I was able to drive away was no longer than 45 minutes. The man was amazing, polite, and managed to keep us all safe. I absolutely recommend this company!

These guys were amazing! Our tiny house RV flipped and these guys were able to get it flipped back up with minimal damage. They brought 3 different trucks out to meet our needs, towed it to our destination, and moved it a few times on the property when it didn't fit in the intended RV parking spot. They were so understanding and patient and didn't make us feel embarrassed about the situation. They guy was great at keeping us calm and communicating with us. I would definitely use them again over any other towing service in town.

At the time of this post, this place has a 5 star rating, and they deserve every bit of it. Today i had a blowout and was on the left hand side of the highway with no shoulder for about 45 mins to an hour. I called my insurance and they said that the quickest they could get someone to me was by about 1:14. (i had been there since about 11:30, burning in the Texas heat with my hazards on hoping nobody hit me on the interstate going 80 mph) Even when i called the Round Rock PD, they still weren't able to send an officer for about 40 minutes. Woody just happened to be passing by and offered to pick my car up and at least get me out of harms way on a busy interstate in the middle of the afternoon . He was probably legitimately the nicest person Ive met. He took me to Firestone at first to see if they had the tools to remove my rims and change out my tire. When they didn't have them, he took me all the way across town to a discount tire. My insurance company did not want to pay for a service that they hadn't scheduled (Even though the ALREADY had one scheduled that wasn't coming for another 45 minutes), and Woody told me not to worry about, that he was just glad that he got there when he did and got me out of harms way. He even gave me his snickers and a bottle of water after how long he realized i was actually out there baking in the heat!!! I dont believe too much in guardian angels but Woody is the closest thing to one I have ever seen. Just off of how Woody alone operates, i can see that this company puts PEOPLE first, and that they aren't just concerned about how fast and how much money can be made on that day. THANKS AGAIN SO MUCH WOODY!
Woody is a champ. I decided to take on the fast, high water of the N San Gabriel and severely wedged one of my kayaks. My wife and I couldn't budge it, and considering recent flooding we thought it best to have it winched out. Woody came late in the day with a great attitude, and a lot of flexibility to retrieve it. Woody was awesome. I own a fleet of trucks and have used a lot of towing companies when I encounter breakdowns. I got tired of sitting on the side of the road for 3 - 4 hours waiting. Woody actually was in the process of towing another vehicle when I called him. Being that his current tow didn't have a tight time constraint, he actually dropped the in-tow vehicle off where my truck was and hooked mine up, towed it to Buda and then came back up to Georgetown to re-hook the other truck. Great customer service!!! Since then, I have used Eagle towing for all my towing needs and wouldn't ever consider calling another service!
