Bad towing service, they stole my money in my car , they told me to meet at certain time. I wait more the 4 hrs, on my second car ,they lost my keys , and they try to put me in one set of keys that were not mine. And blaming me that i gave them those keys, totaly lies. They didnt want to do nothing about it, i call the main office ,the lady she was so mean.she told me they couldn so anyrhing about it. Then she hangup the phone and never awnser the phone at all. They took out my car and leave it out in the street far from there place. No keys, stoled money. Bad service, not a good towing place at all. They will steel things from your cars and plus will lose keys. Plus prices over the sky, sooo expensive.
The tow 2 vehicles of us and on one of them they stole the money that was in there and it was only there for a couple of hours

And on my second vehicle they lost the key
And they left the car outside and close the doors on us not even bother to look. For the keys they didn’t have us a report of

I called was quoted a price after sending my location and was told someone would be on the way. 2hrs later I called to check in and no one was dispatched. I got a call 30min later and was told it was going to be more expensive and take 1.5 hrs for someone to come tow me to my destination. Worst experience I’ve had as a fleet manager and of course it is the time I needed a tow for myself.
This company really takes advantage of people. They wouldn't give me a quote until our vehicles were already loaded onto the wrecker and on the road. They charged an absurd amount of money because they knew we were in need. The sheriff called them for us to help our family get home.But God sees everything. Don't give them your business.
I recently had the opportunity to use the services of Capital Towing when a relative found themselves stranded on the side of the road near Raymondville. Being from North Texas and unfamiliar with the area, I reached out to Capital Towing for assistance.
I was pleasantly surprised when my call was answered on the first ring by a courteous and empathetic representative. She quickly understood the urgency of the situation and arranged for a tow truck to be dispatched immediately. Thanks to their prompt response, my relative was back on the road in no time.

By far one of the worst towing companies I’ve ever had to deal with. Women in dispatch being completely disrespectful, wrong information was given along with fees tacked on with no explanation. Very very rude! How does someone just hang up on a customer? BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Overtalks over you! All they want is to keep the vechile another day to make more money!!!!! CROOOKS! Don't go to this place.
I was very pleased with this company's service. Very professional and quick to response. I was very impressed with the gentleman that towed our vehicle. His name was Roli and he was very careful with loading and unloading our vehicle, he was very clear with his instructions on what he needed to do. He was very friendly and professional. He deserves a raise. Thank you Mr Roli for your excellent service.

I didn't use their services, and since I didn't I don't feel like I can honestly give them just 1 star. They might actually be that areas best towing company!! My poor review is based specifically on the price and attitude of the service I received during the one phone call I made to them while in need of roadside assistance. I was on the road in S. Texas and a faulty gas gauge caught me on empty 20 miles from their location. 20 miles from ANYTHING! I called and after some condescension about not knowing my exact location, I was quoted somewhere in the neighborhood of $600 for someone to drive 40 miles (there and back) with a 5 gallon can of gas. I found a towing company 10 miles farther away that would tow it cheaper, a significant amount cheaper, from roadside to gas pump. And that's all I got ta say bout that.
