Took my 2025 Altima in on 4/14/25 for hail damage. Got it back today 5/15/25, and the check engine light was on. (The light was NOT on when I dropped it off) Mind you, no one told me the light was on, before or after I paid my deductible. After I asked about the engine light being on, Louis proceeded to tell me “O after we did our post scan of the vehicle, the diagnostic results showed the Freon sensor has an issue. So you need to take it to the dealership.” I haven’t had my car for almost a month and now I need to take to the dealership for them to fix it! And if this isn’t under warranty I’m responsible for it. Plus I have no A/C, not blowing cold air. It doesn’t bother me that they had my car for so long, I had some pretty bad hail damage. What bothers me is that they almost let me leave the lot without telling me what had happened! And they were so quick to blame the company that calibrated my vehicle. Very very poor service!

Gerber did an awesome job repairing my truck. Carl and his staff were very helpful with getting me back in my truck quickly. My truck was detailed very professionally as well. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass for your collision repairs.

I took my car here after my wreck in July and did not get my car back until September. they communication from their end is absolutely awful. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with every time I would call to speak to Victor the guy working on my car. He was either in the bathroom on a break or not there. I think I may be spoke to him less than a handful of times. He was always unsure of what was next with my vehicle along with that told me false information regarding my vehicle and I had someone else go look at my vehicle and what they had told me was a lie when I got my car back it’s still made an awful grinding sound. I have tried to contact them. I have called multiple times and no answer now I am slipping gears and my car check engine light is on. They’re also as an oil leak that they claim did not come from my rack, which is false because I have a warranty on my vehicle which means I’ve only taken it to the dealership to get that changed. absolutely ridiculous and wish I never took my vehicle here. Now I’m looking at spending even more money to fix their problems

From the very initial appointment in June 2023 beginning with the estimate until the day we picked it up in December of 2023 we had horrible communication, workmanship, and service. I was told repairs would be 12-18 weeks until completion from when we dropped it off in June. I was constantly having to call and check on the status of repairs due to the lack of and false information given to me by the staff. I have an email chain that dates back until the date we dropped off that has countless attempts from me asking for an update, which in turn was usually a response of, “oh yes sir, it’s in line to be painted and or finished next week”and my inquires asking for updates started in September. Finally after several weeks of false information relayed to me and frustrations growing from the repair facility not responding or following up, I spoke with the GM who apologized and informed me parts are hard to get and this and that and couldn’t give me I timeline but did offer a rental car which was helpful but long overdue as we had been dealing with it this for months at this point. Another couple months go by and finally by the end of 2023 our vehicle was released to us. I was told the the rental car would be covered at no expense to us, which wasn’t true, we had to pay some fees that totaled around $200. The day we picked our car up, before leaving the facility, I walking with the staff member, noticed the hood was set crooked and would not latch properly, trim pieces were left off car, and the headlights were pointing in a different direction. All that was attempted to be fixed while we waited. Once completed we noticed on the drive back home a severe vibration and air and water leaking in from the windows as it was raining some. Being over an hour away I immediately contact them told them we were still having issues after picking up and they advised to bring it back. I brought it back and was told it would need and alignment and they were having to re-position the window molding, weatherstrip. While waiting for the alignment which took place offsite, one of the staff members informed me that multiple lug nuts had been left off the front wheels during the recent repairs causing the vibrations and told us “ we were very lucky that it didn’t cause a serious accident because off the missing and loose lug nuts. Absolutely mind boggling. After all of this we were informed the vehicle is ready and complete, but after leaving the property I notice the leak in the window is now worse. So, contact again and have to order the part and takes another several weeks. During this time, my wife who drives the vehicle, had issues getting the LH door open from the inside, which is the door that has the leak issues, and then had to take it to a local repair facility to get the door to open. They noticed that the door hinge assembly was missing fasteners which in turn resulted the door to sag and not open and not close properly also causing damage to the latch assembly which had to be replaced due to the Foundation Collision technician once again not properly fixing things. Getting this repaired cost me another $300 out of pocket. Finally after a few weeks getting the wrong piece and more miscommunication, the part arrived and was replaced. I was charged $1000 dollars for the deductible that day which I had no problem paying except, the issue was still not resolved, we still have an air and water leak on the LH door. I informed the management of all the issues and of my out of pocket expenses, the countless trips back and forth trying to fix the unresolved issues and nothing was done, no apologies anything. Actually to top it all off, on top of the already $12k payment the shop had received, they requested another $10k from my insurance as a “adjustment in prices”. It ended up needing being a $23000 payment to this Repair Facility plus the $1000 I had to pay out of pocket. $24000 dollars for a horrible job.

Took my SUV in last month , was not satisfied at all with their service. They managed to fix the basics but the driver's door which had some wind damages, the latter were still showing. And when I tried to talk to them, they were like"Oh, there's nothing I can do about it". Door still not straight, it's still bent. Got mad and decided to drive off

My vehicle was damaged by the hail. I brought it in and Schae got my estimate done quick and efficiently. She kept up constant communication throughout the whole process and made sure my vehicle was properly fixed and back to me as soon as possible

I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received at foundation body shop. A persistent rattle in my car led me to their doorstep, where Ralph and the team showcased unparalleled professionalism. Ralph went above and beyond meticulously inspecting, and even removing parts of the interior to pinpoint and fix the issue - A loose plastic tube. In a gesture that speaks volumes of their integrity, I wasn’t even charged a dime for this service. It was all resolved with a firm handshake. Foundation body shop has earned my upmost respect and loyalty. Their customer - centric approach is a breath of fresh air.

Took our Mercedes in for a estimate on a big ole scratch in the right rear quarter. They took it back and repaired buffed it out free of charge! And washed the car too! You can't beat service like that! I waited just 30 mins. Best place in Wichita Falls, as far as I'm concerned.

Do not take your vehicle here !! They illegally cashed a three party check that was not signed by us without consent and they never had our car in their possession ! Allstate tried contacting them and got hung up on several times before finally getting through ! It took them over a month to refund the money to insurance so that I could get my car fixed by another shop ! They are some crooks ! And to piggyback off your response you DID NOT follow instructions from insurance..Allstate did not instruct you to cash a three party check without our REQUIRED signature.. and you failed to return stolen money for over a month! You can try to sugar coat the illegal actions , but you know it was wrong !

Great customer service! Very helpful! I was starting a new job and about to move to Dallas when my car got hit… WORST TIMING EVER! But, Foundation worked with me and got the parts ordered quickly and got my car put together in such a timely manner to have me ready to move to Dallas! Thank you Foundation Collision Center!

Run for the hills!! DO NOT EVER use this shop for repairs. The technicians are incompetent and the entire team just doesn't care. I felt like I was putting them out when I asked them to repair something that was previously discussed. I mean the absolute worst customer service in Wichita Falls!

Really like the people who work here! Disappointed that status updates are not provided (it can go months if you do not check in). Team did great repairing and installing parts after we had a minor scratch from a vehicle backing up at a low speed. Unfortunately, a part was on back order. As we were paying out of pocket for our rental and awaiting insurance reimbursement, after the third time delivery dates were pushed back we asked what our options were. We were offered to take back the vehicle while we wait on the non-essential part to arrive. As we get close to a year of waiting, there are no updates. It has become a part-time job trying to figure out when we can complete our repairs. In the 8 months, not one time has anyone contacted me for an update. As of now, I am being told they have no ETA for my part. I hate leaving a poor review (I’ve waited 8 months with high hopes), but we have $2500 worth of rental reimbursements left in limbo that we cannot access to pay our bills. I would advise you to find a business that advocates for you and your family.

Pam was so very nice and courteous. My car was repaired from a collision in a timely manner, and they made communication with the insurance company a priority. My car looked brand new and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

If you want to have your car in the body shop for about 2 months this is the place for you. Literally gave my car away about 2 months and kept getting excuses to when I will get it back. In the beginning I had to get something out of my car that was mandatory at work and they had no idea where my car was. I got a phone call 15 minutes later saying that another shop had taken it. They had no idea where my car was!!!!!!!! No paper trail. Nothing. Then I kept calling to get progress report and they never returned my call until the guy that was taking care of my car dropped and left and they hired Luis who btw is awesome. He has returned my calls to let me know what is going on but every time the shop had an excuse to why I couldn’t get my car back. I haven’t gotten my car yet but when I take a look at it I will write another review. But they really do take a long time.

I called for an estimate and they would not do it unless I gave them the insurance estimate. Why would anyone trust a company that ca't just give you an estimate?

took 2016 dodge ram in for minor recall, oil change, inspection, license plate lights went out, bumper sensors going off (recall items) took it in they kept it 3 days what should of been a one day job. picked it up friday afternoon only to discover saturday no inspection, license plate lights still out and bumper sensors still going off. they charged me $600. i wonder now did they even change the oil? took truck back this morning, as usual no word on truck this afternoon so i called at 5:45 pm to find out status. as usual it took me 45 minutes to get somebody on the phone (sometimes takes up to an hour) and the service manager had no clue on status of my truck. he said "i'll call u by 9 am and let u know the status." i said, fine if not ready i'll pick it up and take it to a dealer than can fix it. going on 5 days to fix minor stuff on a truck in great condition with 45,000 miles. truck is sold to friend. i'll not be buying a truck from patterson to replace it.

Professional & courteous staff. I can't hardly believe the 2 negative views on here?? I know ANY bodyshop has to follow rules set-forth by various insurance companies. So in some instances, ANY body shop is limited in some capacities. Just take this into consideration & talk to YOUR insurance company be you take your vehicle ANYWHERE. Finally, an insurance company CAN NOT make you go to a certain shop. It's your legal right to go to any bodyshop for repairs you feel comfortable with...

Took my 2018 X5 to the shop after someone hit it while parked. Small front bumper issue turned into a nightmare. Dropped the vehicle on January 18, 2019 with 8,200 miles and it was not ready until after March 6, 2019. First, communication with these individuals is very hard, is like pulling teeth. I had to call multiple times to check on the status of the vehicle. During the 2nd week of February, I was called because Patterson BMW a shop “certified” for BMW services couldn’t fix the programming issue on my front sensor because not only, they didn’t know what they were doing, they didn’t have a machine necessary to fix the issue. A BMW shop that advertises as a certified BMW shop. I was told that my vehicle would have to the “tow” to another BMW shop nearby. On February 8th I was called by my insurance telling me that they weren’t going to extend my rental car due to the fact that they allowed Patterson BMW shop enough time to fix the issue. While Patterson provided me a rental, I had to call many times on February to get them to do so. At the same time, I was guaranteed that the car will be fix and taken to a shop that can make the repairs. During my conversation on February 8th @ 554pm I was TOLD by the manager that my car would be tow to the other shop. Well he lied to me, they drove the vehicle to OKC and back without my CONSENT. A very disrespectful and immoral act. Jackie BMW had to do everything again because the failed to properly diagnose the issues . After over 6,000 additional dollars the insurance had to spend on the vehicle on March 7th, I went to pick up my vehicle and my vehicle had over 8,600 miles on it and just 1/4 of gas when I dropped it with 3/4. I inquired to the manager as to why the vehicle was driven when he told me that he was going to tow it and they didn’t have my consent to drive it. His response was the he miss spoke and that I could’ve taken there. Mind you that they collected my deductible and checks to fix the vehicle on its entirety. He was very rude and, in a way, very disrespectful, I never authorized my vehicle to be driven to OKC nor they couldn’t provide me with anything that indicated so. Think before you take your vehicle there. They are very money hungry and have a very bad business model. I do not recommend them.

We told our sales rep what our credit was they ran my credit 23 times. And then told us that they needed more money.. So we were in a car for over a month.. We just returned the vehicle and now we are without a car and out the money we gave them.... The finance manager and the sales rep knew our situation.. But this is ridiculous... So now we are without a vehicle and waiting for Patterson to return our money. .save yourself a trip... Go somewhere else... This dealership is a no go
