I was greeted by two different men. They walked me around the car explaining everything they were doing . They put plastic over the seat and paper mat on the floor. Anything that needed changed, I was shown and asked if I wanted to fix it. They washed my car and treated me very well. Their guest lounge was beyond great.

The maintenance department was phenomenal! Wait time was minimal. Staff was very friendly and they did not try to push extra services that were not needed. Snacks and beverages were offered while routine maintenance was done. Staff from other departments checked to make sure you did not need anything while you waited. My car was washed and looked amazing when they were done. Thank you forvthe excellent service, I will definitely be back. Rating would definitely be 100%

⭐ 1 Star Review — Terrible Service Department! Avoid at All Costs I had an awful experience with the service department at Grubbs Hyundai of Wichita Falls, TX. They completely misdiagnosed my vehicle and tried to charge me for expensive, unnecessary repairs. It felt like they were just trying to create a huge service ticket to make more money instead of actually fixing the problem. After getting tired of the runaround, I took my vehicle somewhere else — and it was repaired correctly for a fraction of the cost. When I told Grubbs Hyundai about it, they claimed it wasn’t done right simply because it wasn’t “factory parts.” That’s just an excuse to cover up their poor work and overcharging. They don’t seem to care about their customers or doing honest business — only about how much money they can squeeze out of you. I highly recommend avoiding their service department altogether and finding a shop that actually values integrity and customer care.

I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation today. The new Hyundai service building is very nice and Jared did a great job taking care of me. I give my experience there a thumbs up.

⭐⭐ I recently purchased a brand-new Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership. The car itself has been great so far, but my buying experience left me very disappointed. First, the advertised gas mileage is way off — I’m seeing about 10 MPG less than what was presented. That was frustrating, but the real issue has been with the dealership’s integrity during the buying process. When negotiating, I specifically requested WeatherTech floor mats to be included in the deal. They agreed, but then tried to slip in an $800 “accessory charge.” I caught it, had them remove it, and they assured me the mats would still be included. After I signed paperwork and started loading up my new car, I asked about the mats and was told I “didn’t want them anymore” — which was never the agreement. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to honor it. I then had to wait a full month for the mats, only to be given cheap “Grubbs” rubber mats that don’t even fit my Santa Fe. These are not WeatherTech mats, and not what was promised. To make matters worse, I reached out to my salesperson to explain that they didn’t fit, and I never received a response. For me, it’s a moral issue. I spent nearly $50,000 on a brand-new vehicle, and the dealership couldn’t even follow through on something as simple as the correct floor mats. It really leaves me questioning how they treat their customers once the sale is done.

Extremely happy with my experience! I drove from the Dallas area to look at a specific car and would do it again in a heartbeat based upon customer service alone. Dan and Tim helped get me home in a car that's absolutely perfect for me. They went above and beyond.

Kyle at Grubbs Hyundai in Wichita Falls, TX was honestly the selling point here cause we didn't have to buy a vehicle right then and contemplated waiting to get a Range Rover in 3 years. He did a full recorded (from my phone) 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy review for my wife to watch (she was teaching at the time) The entire time I was there (a few hours) he remembered my Wife and I's name and kept the same smile and energy from when I walked in the door. I had been to Chevy (Tahoe), Toyota (Grand Highlander), and Kia (Telluride) before going to Grubbs Hyundai and Kyle was the youngest salesman I had talked to and the only one that didn't treat me like a loose end with no intention of buying simply because I had standards I wouldn't budge on. I really appreciate the guys at Grubbs Hyundai (Especially Kyle). The deal they made for our Trade in (2021 Mazda CX-5) was the final thing I needed to feel like I would be stupid to not buy considering the already good MSRP. I would suggest waiting a while to let others (like myself, lol) test new models out for stability issues (someone has to do it) but the people at Grubbs left me optimistic that they will work with whatever the future brings and I am pretty patient anyway. With an already good 10year 100,000 mile warranty just add the Electronics, Tires and Windshield Warranty people! Don’t buy a new vehicle and then complain on Reddit because you weren’t prepared to be in the 2% of failures (random number I tossed out). Thanks Grubbs for making the process quick, and if I come in needing a rental/work done, then hook me up for writing this essay

I was traveling from DFW to Oklahoma and I stopped to charge my car. That’s when I met Joseph Redwine, he was so friendly and made me feel like family. He introduced me to Stephanie Winkler and she was exactly the same. The entire team at Grubbs made us feel like family. I decided to return and purchase a Tucson and I am so thankful I did. The process was smooth! Thank you Stephanie and team Grubbs! The only complaint I have, is when I went over to the finance office and interacted with Michial Cox, he was the complete opposite. Horrible disrespectful and rude! He almost cost Stephanie the sale. I almost walked out. He needs to be FIRED!!!! But I won’t let one person tarnish the great experience I had with the rest of the team, they were true professionals! Thank you!

My experience was a bit different in that my car broke down while I was there for a conference. Jared Langston went above and beyond regular service. He was always polite and he treated me as if I was his only customer at the time! He always kept me updated on what was happening. I have not experienced Jared's brand of customer service for years. Long story longer - Firstly, one of the reasons I was ready to purchase a new vehicle was because we wanted something with ceiling vents in the backseat. We test-drove the vehicle, and I sat in every seat to test the AC. The middle row vent wasn’t blowing very well, so they brought a similar vehicle to the service bay so we could compare. I went back and forth between vehicles, comparing rear AC’s, we got it worked out, it was fine. But when we get back in the vehicle, the salesperson asked me why the rear AC was “such a big deal” for me. So, it’s a new car…the expectation for me - as I would think it would be for anyone purchasing a new vehicle - is that everything is in perfect, working order. Then, the second concern arose that made me reconsider my vehicle selection. So at this point, I had signed the pencil (not the purchase order) and was waiting to be walked over to finance. When I questioned her about my issue (having to do with the seats) and asked her if the “pencil” obligated me to purchase the vehicle, her answer was basically, yes, it had been signed, it’s a done deal. ( I learned later, it was not legally binding, as with the PO). At this point, I had figured out the issue with the seats and, again, it wasn’t a deal-breaker for me. Plus, I didn’t think I had a choice since I had signed the pencil, which the sales person led me to believe was true. (I’m a grown up and I should’ve asked for a manager, I know. But I didn’t think it was even legal to lie about something like that to a customer. And if it is legal, it’s definitely not ethical.) Lastly, I had asked about adding cross rails to the vehicle at a later date. She told me it was possible, but was in a hurry to get me to finance, and told me they could help me out with the add-on. Finance couldn’t help me, of course, but said he’d reach out to service department and get back to me. Next business day rolls around and I don’t get a call, no biggie. So on the second business day I message my original salesperson to get more information on purchasing my rails. She gets me a quote from the service department and texts it to me. In the meantime, I had been looking for cheaper options to do them myself, and learned that there was no way to add the cross rails because my car wasn’t even equipped with roof rails to attach them to. I called the dealerships service department to confirm this. The service guy reached out to Hyundai to double-check, and confirmed that there was no way to add the cross rails to my vehicle. This was also a big deal for me. I reached out to the sales manager on August 20th and, as of this review, August 22nd, I have yet to receive any type of communication from the dealership - text, call, email. Even though everyone at the dealership, after my purchase, told me to reach out if I had any questions. I realize I should have been more adamant and asked more questions and probably asked someone else to confirm that I was, in fact, legally bound to the purchase when I got to the point that I had some concerns. It had been a 4-hour ordeal and I thought I was still going to get everything I asked for so I was ready to get to finance and wrap it up. The entire car-buying experience has always been stressful for me, and initially I was just annoyed. But the more I look back on the entire thing, the more grimy I feel about how the entire thing went down. The service rep was the best part of my experience. He was helpful and apologetic. I wanted a Hyundai due to their warranty, and this dealership touts a lifetime warranty, which was an even bigger deal to me and probably the main reason I saw the sale through. I still think I got a really good car, but the aftermath has been very disappointing. As I stated in my email to the sales manager, I don’t think I was intentionally misled, but I do think I was misled, nevertheless. Had I known I wouldn’t have the option to add cross bars to the vehicle later, I would have reconsidered purchasing that day. I could have, at the very least, explored other options.

Bobby was awesome every step of the way bent over backwards for me and my daughter and did everything to get discounts on 2 vehicles that we were both buying plus management. If u want a good sales man straight forward with out the hoopla he's your man. I got a 2025 elantra and my daughter 2025 tusan runs great no issues on both vehicles. This is the place to GO!

I come from Lawton oklahoma to have my vehicle serviced. Love this service department. I get what I need and not what they want me to get without an argue. The work has always been great. I won't go anywhere else. I've had no problems with them at all. A bit more pricey but work well done. I Love Glenn. He's the best

I purcharsed a 2025 hyundai elantra 7 days ago and I already had to take it back to dealership for them work on it. I was intially excited about the purchase but after my experience with Stephanie, Tim, Daniel, and Dustin I recommend anyone considering purchasing a car from Grubb's DONT, IT WILL BE A HUGE HEADACHE!!!! I'm willing to continue the relationship after the negative impact they have made but I would like a different vehicle.

Fantastic experience with Grubbs Hyundai service department. I had to have some warranty work done on my Santa Cruz and the whole process was a positive experience. The new facility is absolutely beautiful, clean and inviting; and Glenn in service was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me up to date. Got my vehicle back sparkling clean and better than new. Highly recommend!

bought a car about a week and a half ago, and i love it! tim, anthony, and mike (finance) made the experience of buying my first car super easy! they were extremely helpful, and were very honest with me. they walked me through the entire process with full transparency and didn’t try to take advantage of my lack of understanding. instead, they explained everything to me until i thoroughly understood. we noticed some very light hail damage on a couple of spots, and they were quick to order new parts and fix it. would definitely recommend working with these three guys on your next car purchase!! also, the service department is AMAZING! very helpful, kind, and efficient.

I have been trying to get my car serviced since 2022 at Hyundai for warranty issues before my car had 45000 miles. First in Austin, Tx and all the locations surrounding and in Montgomery, AL. I appreciated pulling into the service area in Wichita Falls and being welcomed immediately with great service. Within one day I had my repair assessment and work completed by the next evening. I bought four Hyundai's at your dealership. We wish that all Hyundai dealerships operated as well as yours. I am very pleased.

To be completely honest, I did not know what to expect when walking in. This is a new dealership with the owners from the DFW area, I was preparing for the worst. However, it was exactly the opposite. Anthony, Tim and Mike (in finance) went above and beyond to help my daughter with her first new car purchase. They were professional, transparent and understanding throughout the entire process. A huge thank you to all 3 for this very positive experience. I will definitely keep you all in mind when its time to purchase another vehicle.

They were quick and completely efficient in changing my oil and my air filter and giving my vehicle a complete once over to make sure everything was satisfactory. They even ran it through the wash and vacuumed it! It was so pretty when it came back and smelled great. Thank you Grubbs HYUNDAI for great service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience getting my oil changed at Grubbs! The entire process was smooth and professional. Their new building is beautiful—modern, spacious, and extremely clean. You can tell they’ve put a lot of care into creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The customer service was top-notch. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and respectful of my time. I’ll definitely be returning for future service. Highly recommend!

So far so good with the new Grubbs dealership. I’d bought an oil change package from Foundation and Grubbs found and honored it right away. Of course many of the same good people from Foundation are still working there. They were very polite and professional. I love the little video of my vehicle inspection. I got to see my air filters. Love the clean and well stocked waiting room in the new Hyundai building. It was also very comfortable and had plenty of phone charging stations. When it was time to check out, there was no pressure to buy anything more. I was in and out within an hour. Maybe a bit more since my windshield wiper fluid pump was getting checked. I didn’t have time to stay and get it fixed though. That’ll be for another day. Thank you for your quick and professional work.

A far cry from the Arizona Hyundai dealership. My experience today was quick, easy, and efficient. My wait time was one hour, as indicated, and the service was excellent. The bonus is the fabulous coffee machine in the waiting area. Will definitely be returning for all future service needs.

Sales people were great. Got exactly what i wanted. Only drawback was time it took to complete. I had picked out suv online, negotiated agreed upon price online. Drove 2 hrs to pick it up and signed initial paperwork right away but then had to wait over an hour to sign financial papers. Love my new santa fe.
