I’ve never been more impressed by a mechanic shop. Their clean, honest, and helped me get my car back on the road super fast. I’ve gone to them twice in the last month since I’m here briefly for military training and will miss them as I head back home later this month. Cannot recommend enough.
Totally awsome experience. I'm from out of town and my Hellcat need some love. These guys got me in on tge same day. Oil change Alignment, and Tire balance within a few hours at a very reasonable price. I would definitely do business with them again.
The local Ford dealer was not willing to help me after my vehicle started leaking coolant late Friday afternoon while on a work trip. Mr. Mac’s was suggested and they diagnosed the issue within minutes of closing for the day, and fixed a couple of hours after opening on Saturday. Easy, quick, fairly priced service. I would highly recommend them.
We’ve now used Mr. Mac’s twice for two different vehicles and the service is great. The latest was for new wheel bearings on a used car we’d bought earlier this year. We were ready to pay for it but remembered it’d came with a repair warranty. Mr. Mac’s called the warranty company and got it all set up, the parts and labor were covered! Awesome service!
These guys are awesome, took my 05 Hyundai with a trans issue that no one could figure out and I got quoted 3k for by Hyundai. Took the car to Mr.Macs and they has the issue fixed in 3 hours!! Crazy right
Me and my husband were on the way to Colorado from Mississippi and he noticed his spring on his front suspension was coming out. Mac got us in and fixed it within an hour! They were great! They have one of the nicest shops me and my husband have ever seen! Very reasonable price and explained everything he did very well!

I’m new to Wichita Falls and wasn’t sure which mechanic to choose. SO GLAD I found Mr Mac’s. I came here for state inspection and for a blown fuse. The customer service was GREAT! The team was quick. Great service and atmosphere. I dropped car off for a wheel alignment, inspection, and get brakes changed . I got a call letting me know my brakes didnt need to be changed yet. They could of changed them anyways and just made the money, but they decided to call and asked first. That save me money I thought I had to spend. Overall great experience at Macs. Thanks!
The staff were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They got me in and out the door, with a new battery and problem solved, in less than an hour. After I left, I double checked and the amount I was charged and found it was very competitive and fair. This place always takes excellent care of my vehicle. I travel a lot and use my personal car so it’s very important that my maintenance be kept up on my car. They had the fastest service, the staff is always very friendly and willing to explain everything in depth, and they are reasonably priced. The work done on my car has always been excellent!
They fixed the problem that my car had. They are extremely professional and kind. They are very effective. I dropped it off and drove off with it fixed in 3 days. Also other places were quoting me $350-$400 to fix it and Mr. Mac's charged $75. Very satisfied with their services and staff. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Took the time to answer all our questions and insure we were getting what we wanted.
