This establishment will lie to you for months and then will tell you they will not even accept the estimate. Was told for 5 months in line to get car repaired, show up on appointment date and get told never had an appointment and can’t do the work. Stay away from this business. After speaking with Brian the manager he basically called me and my wife liars on talking to employees at the company on scheduling.

Although they were highly recommended, I did not have a good experience. My car sat for almost a week waiting on parts. I was originally quoted 7-10 days. I was completely understanding. I never received not one phone call with updates. The technician that was working on my car was in sick and went to the hospital which again I understand things happen, but while he’s out for days my car wasn’t worked one. They gave me a new estimate for it to be finished. Then something else went wrong on my car when they had it in reassembly. Which it was in that part for 5 days. They had to order another part. My total estimated originally was like $3700, then changes to around $4500, the final total was over $9000 thank goodness for insurance.

Terrible service. Went in for hail damage almost a month ago. Picked up my truck, the headliner is falling down, the windshield was not replaced, the sun visor is falling out of roof, and they scratched up and ruined my molding on rear door. I took it back and was supposed to all be fixed same day. So today was day two, and not ready today. Tried to give it back to me today and told me to come back Monday. They still have it , we will see. Save yourself some aggrevation and try anywhere else.

Disassembled my SUV without having all the parts to put it back together. 6 months later the SUV is still not properly repaired. I would not recommend this business.

My car ended up being totaled out. However, the staff here are so nice and professional. From the time I scheduled my car to be serviced to when I went to get my belongings before it went to salvage, they were wonderful. I would recommend Joe Hudson’s to anyone.

Needed repairs after a minor fender bender on our Dodge Ram and from start to finish the team at Joe Hudson's did an exceptional job!! They worked with our insurance, stayed right in the expected timeline, (even after finding a few additional items once the bumper was off) and kept in touch with us giving us updates along the way. We just moved to the area a couple of months ago and could not have asked for a better experience!

Thank you so much to Lynn at Joe Hudson's Collision Center. I had repairs done on my car over the holidays and Lynn made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. There was one minor thing that I had to take it back to the shop for and they took it back immediately and had it fixed like new within 5 minutes. And the paint matched perfectly! I'm just a girl that hates car problems and needed my car fixed and they made this one of the MOST pleasant experiences ever! I definitely will be recommending this shop to everyone I know!

The guys over at this body shop were amazing. Stayed in constant communication with me during the entire job. They found more issues once there and tearing down, they filed for the supplements and got it all taken care of for me. Hassle free. Definitely a good place to take your vehicle.

This is the 3rd time I've had to use Joe Hudson for car repairs. Not once have they failed me. Their customer service is top notch. They are very good with keeping you informed on the status of your vehicle. I'm more so impressed with the body work they have done on my vehicle each time I've used them. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent work and communication from my first conversation to the final paperwork. The repair work was actually completed a few days earlier than I expected. First class communications with both office manager Vicki and estimator Justin. My calls were promptly return, and all questions and concerns I had were answered completely and thoroughly. A first class facility, I recommend them highly!

Was a smooth process getting my vehicle fixed, staff was informative on the process and gave me updates via text, call and email. Never had to wonder if I was going to get my vehicle beyond what they had told me. This will be where I go and recommend close family from now on!

We had a great experience the first time we used this shop, but the most recent experience has been awful! Over promised and under delivered to say the least. Then AFTER we signed a $0 balance statement drove our vehicle home, the next we were contacted that we still owed the shop $500. WOW!!!! Your error and not taking responsibility?! Where is the integrity of your work? The repairs were like a 4 but the customer service dropped this rating for me.

We were very impressed with our customer service. Our contact person Lynn Dutton was amazing. He was so professional and friendly and made sure we were up-to-date on what was going on with our vehicle. They did an amazing job fixing my vehicle. We were very pleased. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, my experience here at Joe Hudson's was less than unacceptable. I had high hopes based on prior reviews, but was let down and here's how: Let me start by saying what they did well...When I first brought them my car in Jan for damage from a deer they were prompt in providing me an estimate, and was flexible in scheduling the repairs. They were always professional and never spoke rudely to me. They answered phone calls and, initially, provided updates promptly. The problems began when they told me my car was repaired and ready for pickup. When in reality, my car was not fully repaired. It was returned to me in a condition that required me to take my car back to them about 2 more times. While doing the initial repairs they damaged the interior of my door panel and never said anything about it when they said my car was ready for pickup. They replaced my side mirror with the incorrect mirror and when I drove away, the mirror did not have full range of motion, thus I could not see properly out of it. (This is supposed to be a new mirror.) My windows did not work properly and at one point my door lock on the front passenger door stopped working. This was all mostly noticeable the moment before I left their parking lot and on the drive home. I pointed out one of the problems before I left their parking lot. I understand people/shops make mistakes. However, Stephen took it a step further by indicating I did not know my car better than he did. I've owned my car its entire lifetime since 2013. It is in great condition for its age because I take care of what's underneath the hood. So, Stephen began making me think I was going crazy because I knew my car was not returned to me in the condition that it should. To make a very long story short...it is now the end of June and I am now just picking up my car, fixed, but by another company who essentially had to fix the things Joe Hudson broke on my car and did not repair properly. My car has been to the dealership 2x, once in TX who both verified that Joe Hudson is the cause of the additional repairs needed. As a result, my insurance company had to cover the additional expenses of having another collision repair shop (Autobody USA in Otsego, MI) repair and restore my vehicle. I am happy now that I have my car fixed properly and not damaged, even though it has taken 5 months to get this resolved all because of the shoddy repairs from Joe Hudson. Turns out, in addition to a shop damage by their technician, they put a wrong part in my door, which prevented all the windows from being programmed properly. And they put the wrong part on my side mirror as well. I do hope my insurance company discontinues their contract because it placed a military member at a huge disadvantage in more ways than one. I've spent most of my time over the past 5 months in a rental car, which was a huge inconvenience. Side note, when I initially picked up my car from Joe Hudson's, and was checking out, another customer was bringing her car back after she just picked it up because she realized she did not have her gas cap when she went to the gas station. I should've known then something was wrong at this shop with not paying attention to the details of their jobs.

Joe Hudsons, and specifically Justin was very helpful throughout the process. I took my car for inspection on a Thursday, was able to start repairs on Friday and my car was ready by the following Friday as promised in the 5 day quoted turnaround. We were very pleased with the service and helpfulness of the employees!

The staff was just absolutely amazing and sweet. They answered any questions I had and made sure to update me on my car every Tuesday and Thursday. I got my car back days before the expected time frame. I highly recommend going here

Piss poor job. Very disappointed and will never recommend this body shop to anyone. They left spots where clear coat didn’t properly cover panels. Didn’t have door seals on straight by any means in the corner which caused bad air through the window, which they finally adjusted the 90 degree seal correctly in the corner. Fixed numerous parts on the car that they said, “there wasn’t damage in that area” but replaced the parts (door window seal, lower window trim and electronic number entry) around the damaged mirror which they still wouldn’t replace. Completely missed a painting and left bare primer spots behind door on the pillar. They happily “fixed” this by using leftover paint to touch it up, heat it up with a heat gun, called it good. Did a couple spots where they just touched up paint damage with what looks like as a paint brush. Whoever buffed and cut the paint after paint work has clearly never touched a buffer in their life. The paint is now scarred with numerous waves of paint scuffed scratches burning into the clear coat. Never will I recommend this shop to anyone. They have said numerous times that I would receive a questionnaire about the job performed and I have still yet to get one.

Joe Hudson did a fantastic job getting my truck fixed. They identified every little ding and scratch and when they were finished, it looked like new. They even returned the truck ahead of schedule. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Joe Hudson did a great job on my repairs! They were great about keeping me informed on the work being done & timeline! They actually completed my repairs, & I was able to pick up my car before expected which is always nice! When I picked up my car I was very pleased! It had been washed & detailed on the inside! My car drives very well & I can’t even tell it had been damaged! Overall I had a wonderful experience with Joe Hudson Collision on Jacksboro Hwy! Thank you for making the whole process pleasant!

I had hit a hog. My car was still drivable but Elizabeth and her crew did not want to chance my safety or my families safety knowing that I have to drive 30 minutes to work and 30 minutes back. This group goes out of their way to get the job done. Not only do they go out of their way but they always had the best attitudes. They are also return friendly on car rentals. Shortly after I took my vehicle to this group. My spouse had wrecked his truck and totalled it out. They have taken care of 2 of our vehicles in less than a week. They never skipped a beat. I have several body shops in my home town that I have used before and they did a half kind of job and would laugh about it when we had to return with a problem. Not this group. They make sure they test drive everything. They go out of their way to make sure your car is like New again. They even cleaned my car as well. I highly recommend this group. They have made everything so easy and simple.

bumper and fender don’t line up at all on the left side plus a dent. the intercooler and radiator condenser don’t look mounted right at all , also missing the cover to the intercooler and radiator. dents inside of a brand new hood. left bondo dust/ dust all over the engine bay. a lot more little details that would take forever to type.

Took my car to Gilmore's after someone kindly modified it with their door. I got nothing but professionalism from everyone I interacted with. Tony was very knowledgeable and had some great insight to share about PDR, and Christina was very communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. The price was very fair, as was the time table. Everything was communicated clearly and I never felt like I was in the dark about what was going on with my car, or what to expect. I've attached pictures to show the before and after; the work speaks for itself. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my cars back.
