I purchased a 2023 Cadillac Escalade in September of 2025 and it is now January 2026 and I still have not received my vehicle registration sticker! Every time I call, I get the runaround and told somebody will call me back... Joe the manger from the Cadillac side call me back!

Christine Schaller was my service advisor. She was very professional! She kept me updated on my vehicle the whole time it was there. My vehicle was done in a very good timely matter, considering it was the holidays. Would definitely recommend anybody to go there! They are not just GMC and Cadillac certified, they are also Chevy certified! Which is what my vehicle was! I would go to them again, for any concerns on my Chevy!

I would like to say that from the time I arrived and gotten directions from a Sales Professional to Gentleman in the Hyundai that also worked at Grubbs was great. Then a gentleman that I did not get his name got me Mrs. Chris and she was absolutely the best service advisor that I have ever encountered. From the warm welcoming smile to explaining what was going to happen. I would like to also thank the Technician that did an awesome job in his walkaround video on my vehicle. "Bravo". I work for a GMC Dealership and I have to say Mr. Grubb's ,Your team was first class all the way. Thanks for a fantastic service visit.

Highly recommend Grubbs service department.
The staff was excellent, extremely knowledgeable, and had my vehicle done quickly. After the service they explained any and all additional issues and suggested services. This is how service should be conducted and in various other dealers, you just drop off, wait, pay, and leave. Bryan De La Cruz is an impressive young man with a hood mix of relatability as well as top notch professionalism he made the experience Mr. Redwine was concise an helpful as well as the Finance Manager overall the experience thus far has been heads and shoulders above any we've had my wife an I have used three other dealerships in the area and have had mixed experiences from terrible to good I'd rate this one better than any of the others I look forward to a long relationship with Grubbs GMC

I want to be absolutely clear that this review is not about my salesperson, Hannah Bear. Hannah was professional, helpful, and did her job well throughout. She deserves credit, and this experience is not a reflection of her.
Christian’s first impression seemed genuine, but his true colors were revealed once my financial advisor became involved and requested basic deal transparency. At that point, Christian left me a voicemail claiming they are “he is not legally licensed” to disclose interest rates or loan terms over the phone, text, or email and that I would need to come into the finance office to see basic numbers.
That statement is simply false and insulting to any educated buyer. There is no legal or licensing restriction preventing a salesperson or dealership employee from disclosing APR, loan term, or amount financed in writing.
I understand that a dealership must be licensed to sell vehicles and lenders must be licensed to EXTEND credit but no one needs a professional license to disclose APR or vehicle pricing. Claiming otherwise is deliberately misleading and aggressively irritating to someone who has very little time to waste. I felt insulted for being informed. Buyers should be cautious of any dealership where management claims legal restrictions to avoid putting numbers in writing.
Refusing to provide basic financial terms once an informed buyer asks for them is not about compliance — it’s about control. Transparency should not disappear the moment a customer brings outside financial guidance into the conversation.
Again, Hannah Bear did her job well. This dealership lost my business solely because of the management/finance process, which became opaque and unprofessional the moment accountability entered the picture.Dec 14, 2025 -
Traveling with my GMC 3500 HD Duramax and needed a fuel filter change and oil change. Scheduled it to coi side with our arrival into whicata falls TX. Everything went great service writer was awesome, attentive and knowledgeable. And the coffee machine is to die for.

I have bought 8 brand new vehicles. I have never went to the dealership until this last time. This dealership was accurate on the amount and it only slightly changed from what they told me on the phone.
However the finance guy refused to send our paperwork to our tag office in Oklahoma. I had to call over 6 times, it took roughly 45 days to final receive my paperwork at my house which wasn’t where it needed to go either. And no they didn’t pay for my late fees.
The only reason I went down there was bc I could have what I wanted that day. They refused to deliver to me and made up multiple reasons why. Anyway I doubt I’ll be back, this is why I don’t step foot in dealerships typically.Nov 09, 2025 -

The complimentary car wash after the oil change was impressive! Usually I’ve had people make it look worse than when brought it in . GMC. At Grubbs did outstanding!! Husband was impressed also. Since first time he took his truck there. He says he will cont to go there for his oil changes. Plus same day we bought a new Yukon at4.ultimate n I wil definitely be using g there service dept .

My service advisor, David Diehl, and every single member of the service staff provided exemplary service and went out of their way to get me back on the road after being stranded in the middle of my 2800 mile cross country trip. When I left the dealership with my vehicle repaired, I felt like I was part of Grubb dealership family. I was treated as if I had purchased many vehicles from the dealership and had been a service customer for many years. Excellent service professional.I had a wonderful experience at your dealership! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and professional. My appointment started right on time, and the waiting period was very reasonable. The service team was courteous, knowledgeable, and made me feel well taken care of.
What really made my day was being offered a complimentary car wash at the end — it was the first time I received this, and I absolutely loved it! My Buick Encore looked amazing when I drove off.

Jimmy was really professional and helpful. He let me know the status of my truck as he was able and made me comfortable while I waited even though it was busy. The oil change took two hours with an appointment and I did get the complimentary car wash but I was not in a rush so not a big deal today. Overall everyone I talked to even at different buildings seemed genuine and friendly. I will be a returning customer because of the quality customer service today!

We did not have a good experience buying our car from here. We asked that the front license plate brackets be installed on the car when we purchased the vehicle because it only had them on the back. The salesman told me that we would have to purchase that and put it on ourselves. The car was given to us at the time of the sale almost out of gas which I didn’t even realize until I got out on the highway. I had to take it and fill it up myself. I had to go back the next day and have the sales paper and as is no warranty stickers removed because they were still glued to the window. The SD card is missing from my car and I cannot use my navigation in the car without it. They tried to add on a protection package that was $2500 that I didn’t ask for. Luckily, I caught it and it was removed. My husband had to replace the cabin filter because the one in there was dirty. He also had to readjust the rear wiper because it was hanging down past the window. This is our first time ever buying a vehicle at this dealership. While they had the car that we wanted there, I would not recommend them due to the lack of care and customer service. People spend a lot of money to purchase a new vehicle and expect good customer service. I expected to get the same customer service as I have had at another dealership that we have used in the past but I was sadly disappointed.

#1 Had my Duramax 3500 in for a tranny fluid change. Service was a little longer than predicted however, perfection takes time. This is why I take my truck and Tahoe to see our service advisor Robert at Foundation. He gets it done right the first time! I feel it would be an injustice to not mention the cost of the fluid was a bit steep. Aside from that I have no negative comments. #2 Took my 3500 in for a known L5p issue, coolant low sensor sending erroneous messages to the d.i.c. Robert ordered and replaced the coolant recovery tank. All is well as to be expected. Repair completed and truck returned on time. No worries. Good job guys!
