I hit a wild hog on the highway doing around 70 miles an hour. Took my truck to Greg Ciubas, to get repaired. He did a great job, and only had my truck for 5 days. Outstanding work.
We called to ask a few questions in regards to an insurance claim we had. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and put out by the tone of her voice that she had to answer the phone. We asked if we could come in and get an estimate, she asked who our insurance company was and said oh they do their own estimates, we just fix it. Our estimate was done online with pictures so they don’t know the extent of the damage. However they send us a check based on the photos sent in by us knowing that it will probably cost more, that’s when the body shop lets us know or our insurance company know. We have done business with them before and didn’t have this treatment but because of this we will take our business elsewhere.
The shop is always professional and kept us updated on how the progress of our car was going.
The shop has also done a paint job on my classic car and it still looks great after 20+ years.
They did an excellent job at repairing the front end damage of my sons car. The paint repair was flawless, too! Great clean atmosphere while dropping off car, good customer service, and reliable!
I took my truck in for hail damage. I am super pleased with my new hood. They did an awesome job. They were easy to work with my insurance. The staff all around is great. If I need in the future, I will definitely be back!
The tow truck driver recommended this place after my daughter's accident. We arrived during their lunch hour and we were getting ready to leave when the owner walked out and took care of us turning in the car for the repair estimate. The car was totaled so there were no repairs but they were friendly and very good customer service. I will definitely consider them if I or anyone else I know gets into an accident.
Wow!!! These people are amazing!! So glad I chose them to do the body work on my Cadillac! It looked brand new, inside and out when I picked it up and it was done in a very timely manner! They are nice, friendly and very easy to work with. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing body work on their vehicle!
What can I say? Stellar… 5 stars isn’t enough!! My car was beat up so bad in a hail storm… it was awful!! Broken windows, broken convertible top, more dents than straight lines! It did take six weeks, but you can’t rush greatness ! She looks like a new car!! I highly recommend this shop. Jay and the staff there a top notch crew. I trust them over all others!
When I need bodywork and paint, I go to Greg Cuba. No worries, no surprises. It is right when I get it back. My air conditioner was damaged. He took it to dealership and checked the work like it was his own. He uses OEM replacement parts. The body lines were straight. Best paint and body in town
Can't wait to get my car fixed. The gentleman I talked to was so pleasant and my Insurance found them for me. They even checked them out and set everything up for me.
I'm excited things don't usually run smoothly for me when it comes to body or mechanically on my car I found out. I think it's because I'm a lady n old. They don't take their time or completely finish explaining to me. He did and the Lady making the appointment when part came in she too was nice an informative. I feel confident they will. Very refreshing so far..

I've called to get a quote, they said they don't give quotes. I'd be paying out of pocket and the lady kept saying things as if she didn't want my business. First she mentions, "I don't have any openings until the first of next year." I said Ok? No rush right. Well, then she goes on to tell me that when they do the quote it could double after the repair is finished. I said ok, i'll be there on the first. The lady who answered the phone was so rude and didn't seem interested in my business.
09/23 afternoon. Front desk lady was not friendly at all the moment I walked in. Seemed bothered to help and that she didn't want my business. My gf is hearing impaired so I went out while she was at work to get the estimates. Needing a small estimate on a rear bumper, office lady wouldnt even bother with it. Said state farm wouldnt let her without going through a whole bunch of steps. And that other shops wouldnt be of any help. Funny cause 2 other shops in town were more than willing to help and quote me. She also said going my route wouldnt get me near the money for the estimate vs what she could do. Sorry you offered nothing. We needed a small job done but were shopping for a body shop that could eventually do more work on this same car.
Had to have front end body work done on my car and was referred here by my insurance company and I will say they did an excellent job. I highly recommend this bodyshop.

My CR-V was damaged from debris on the highway during one of our famous wind storms. I took my car here to be fixed. They worked with the insurance company and did a great job in a good amount of time. I will go there again if I need work done.
When we had our car accident we were referred to Greg cubas he tells you the way it is if your vehicle can be fixed or not or if it can be totaled out he will take care of the insurance talking to them about what can and cannot be fixed or if it is a total loss what I have heard he has a reputable reputation
Super nice staff and very professional work. My car had a huge paint scratch from another car door opening on it, and they fixed it up so well, it looks new. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a paint and body shop!
I had a horrible experience from beginning to end with the people running this business. When I first called the lady whom I spoke with sounded irritated that someone referred me to them. Instead of being grateful for the referral, she said she didn’t know why another repair company would tell me to go to them. When I drove over for them to assess my vehicle in person, the man was rude from the get go. I’m not sure what their problem with me was since I had rude interactions over the phone and in person. I was polite and courteous, which was not reciprocated. I had issues understanding the bill after I left. I called back multiple times and all of a sudden, nobody was able to answer the phone. Finally the first woman I spoke with answered, I had simple questions and she was very rudely telling me that I wasn’t listening and asking if I “just can’t understand or what.” My interaction with these people was unpleasant and their behavior with me was unprofessional, I will not be going back here again and would not recommend this company to anyone.
After our collision with a deer,on Friday Nov 29, we had a scheduled apointment at Gilmore's paint and body, but after the appraisal was done, the appraiser asked us to leave, and he was canceling the appraisal, he accused us of talking down his business to other customers, we deny his accusation. Because of this we had to wait for a second appraiser, that appraisal didn't happen until Tuesday the next week, of course no work could be done on our vehicle. We are very fortunate to have taken our van to Greg Ciuba's paint and body shop, he did a wonderful job on our van, we highly recommend his shop. All work was completed in a timely matter, in spite of the delayed start on the job due to our insurance company's appraiser, the van is perfect again. And as always it was detailed before we got it back. We highly recommend Greg Ciuba's paint and body.
If you have to get body work on your card Wichita Falls Texas, then this is the place to go! Jay runs the office he's been there for several years and he is awesome! And they tell you straight up what you need, how much it will cost, & what they have to do. They will even tell you if you don't need any! I have found that they always do an above excellent job on anybody work you might need. Great place to go!
They are fantastic and do great work ! They even fixed 3 or 4 other extra things that were wrong with my silver Chrysler 300 that they really didn't even have to do . They also cleaned My car out and vaccumed it . I was like , omg, and they fixed a this one piece that I had taped together . Lol. Fixed my driver window so it could roll down again . Gosh I cant Say Enough about them. I give em 6 stars out of 5. Yes, 6. :)
My daughter pulled out in front of someone and had the front of her Jeep shaved off. They were great to work with and were very accommodating, and the work they did was top notch. I really appreciate the work they did and highly recommend them.
Just picked up my BMW from these guys after it was hit pretty hard while parked in front of my house.
Damage was done to the front bumper, headlight, hood, and fender. Now you can't tell at all! They really went above and beyond.
