I rated a one star because I have had a few very bad experiences at this dealer. I didn't comment what the experiences were, but this dealer felt the need to assume I wasn't a real customer. So now I have added a comment. This is the exact reason why people call you guys "Herb Sleazy." You would rather lie than say something like "I apogize for your bad experience. How can we make it better." Not that it is any of your business but my reviews are all over the country because of the military. Not everyone stays in Wichita Falls the entirety of their lives. Just accept you have flaws and move on.

(2016 Volkswagen Jetta) If you’re in a hurry don’t go here. I took my car here initially because I thought they were the experts on Volkswagens. Although they are very nice and friendly, the line of communication is very poor. My car was overheating so I went to them. After a while they claimed to have fixed it multiple times. Radiator mount, water pump, temp sensor… still not fixed. Now they think it’s the head gaskets. It is September 2025 and they’ve had my vehicle since April. Based off the experience that I have with Herb Easily, Their technicians are not qualified and that’s if they even show up to work. The guys they have at the front desk seem to have no idea what they’re doing either. Do not take your vehicle here if you are hoping for a quick repair.

At Herb Easley we were treated to a personable and friendly staff. It was hassle free with no hidden fees. Aiden our sales person was great! Would definitely recommend Herb Easley to anyone.

Our oldest daughter purchased her first car, 2017 GMC Acadia Denali! Jay is an incredible salesman to work with! The management there is by far the best I've encountered at a dealership and the financing was super smooth!

I just bought my Chavy Equinox from here and Jay was the best! He was easy to work with and wasnt pushy like normal salesman. If you need help i would go with Jay 100%. He also checks in and makes sure everything is going good and working properly! Hes the best!

Great experience.! Kc helped me out alot. Amazing sales person helped me with my Acadia and Daniel no longer there but both were still there to help me with my Ram , if you need a new ride HE is the spot to go and ask for Kc.

They sold me a Cadillac Escalade and during my first fuel stop the next day I realised that the fuel tank is malfunctioning. They didn't tell me about the malfunction and it wasn't written anywhere! I called the salesman a couple of times but he basically told me "Thats your problem you bought the car" Highly unprofessional and I definitely can't reccomend to buy used a car from Herb Easley as they'll sell you a malfunctioning car without telling you!

I bought a used pckup with a bumper to bumper 36000 mi. warranty that isn't worth the paoer it's written on. Got my truck back with a dead battery, nothing on my list fixed and check engine light on, brake light on, 2.5 months later. Costing me over $5000 in the loan, 200 for deductable and 200 for a new battery and truck covered in dust inside and out. Service dept. wouldn't even return my call to finish up so, I am amazed by the lack of respect and promises made and will never come back. The warranty co. they use is a joke!

Went in for the 60K mile check up and to have a tire checked at the same time. Everyone was friendly and the tech who worked on my Chevy Traverse was thorough and kept me informed. When they finished, I got into my freshly washed car as usual. Love Herb Easley Motors!

Buying the car was the easy part but when I went back to the dealership to get my car out of demo mode. This guy Nick that was suppose to help me was a total jerk! Didn't do his job. I ended up having to figure it out on my own. I honestly wouldn't buy a vehicle here again because if that's how they treat you after you buy from them. No thank you! Never again!

Every time I come here to the service department I’m always charged for things that were not disclosed upfront or extra fees are added. The same thing happened today. There were also other people dissatisfied in the lobby with their service, who told the staff they would not be coming back. The staff then talked rudely about them after they had left the service lobby area, out loud where other customers could hear. This place is very unprofessional. When I questioned the charge I was told they charge it to everyone. If this was the case then I should have been informed of that upfront and all staff should know this to give accurate quotes. When I questioned it again and indicated I didn’t feel that was right the staff just stood there and looked at me. They did not offer for me to speak with anyone else about it. I have a Mazda and will be taking it to the dealership in Lawton from now on, as they were much more helpful and professional when I called them for a quote on the issue I am having with my car. I’ve been looking to purchase a newer Mazda and good experiences with the sales reps here However, with all the issues with the service department I’ll be buying from another dealership.

The Sales process Comma Was basically just like any other dealership Period The back and forth the negotiations and all that stuff. But that herb easy promise of $10 oil changes for life and the bumper to bumper warranty hard to covers anything. They are very strict on the mileage to which you bring your vehicle in to get serviced. Even if it's an issue of them not being able to get you in for a week if you're close to your oil change you better schedule ahead of time. Then it takes 2 hours to change your oil even though you show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment. And on your second or third one they let you know that you only have three oil changes per year at $10. After that you're going to pay the dealership oil change price which we haven't even gotten into. Because I feel like I was misled through this entire process into thinking that I had $10 oil changes for life. All In that warranty is not worth dealing with the herb easily service team. Needless to say I will not be doing business with this dealership ever again. But with that I'm going to lose my warranty, but it didn't cover anything anyway.

Being a single female I always stress going to car dealerships or places to fix my car. But the people at Herb Easley made it so easy and so comfortable. There was no trying to get one over on me like other dealership I went too. They were honest and caring and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used veh.

The service department is outstanding!. I didn't buy my vehicle there. I went to the Metroplex, to Vandergriff Chevrolet and bought my 2017 Chevrolet Z71 Off Road. Bought the extended warranty. Thank God. I had the truck a month and had to take it in because the transmission was not acting right. Vandergriff had my truck for almost a month. The didn't help me get a rental car that was supposed to get through the extended warranty. That they sold me. Got the truck back. Still not right! Took it to Herb Easley on Monday 5/28. They made the reservation with Enterprise for the rental car that day. I rented the car for 10 days. HE had my truck done the following Tuesday. Sean was in contact with me the whole time. Updating me frequently. He has followed up with me a couple times. Next vehicle I buy will be from Herb Easley. Excellent customer service. Home of lifetime $10 oil changes. Can't beat that.

I’m delighted to find HE to service my Buicks. Real people answer the phones. My Service Advisor, Sean Turner called regularly to report on the progress repairing my Buick. Keith Mc Lure, Manager was very helpful. Even Trex, the van driver was personable and drove safely. I’ve found a dealership to service my Buicks! Fantastic!

OK UPDATE PLEASE READ. Bought a car about a month ago and it has been an extreme headache. Been in and out of the shop and getting the car back with the same issues. They decided they no longer want to deal with it and told me to take the car to Subaru in fort Worth. (3 hours from me) They accused me of not knowing how to drive it that things in my glove box and my roof rack where causing the popping sound the car is literally empty I just bought it. Turns out it's the transfer case. These people are absolute scumbags they do not stand by there cars. Total scam of a dealership I have called on multiple occasions and now I just get ignored. And to top it off they fired the salesman that was helping me with the issues. Do yourself a favor and just stay away. Great way they treat people. UPDATE!!!!! I have gotten ahold of the GM yes he absolutely stepped up and completely took the car under his watch and is now correctly getting fixed. I was given a very nice loaner vehicle and was apologized to on multiple occasions about the situation. The GM said he had no idea that I was being treated that way in his dealership. To add to it I am also getting updates as they are getting updates about the car. To me that's going above and beyond what they should be doing and it is appreciated.

Cody our sales associate made our automobile purchase a pleasurable experience. He was honest and straight forward during negotiations. When all was said and done we were pleased. He even went the extra mile of delivering our vehicle to our residence in Lawton. He is truly a man of his word and we would buy from Cody again. Cody Herriott at Herb Easley of Wichita Falls was a pleasure to work with. He was very transparent, honest, and so easy to work with. I definitely made him earn his sale! I bought a 2023 Chevy Traverse with very low miles on it. Before I had a chance to sign the paperwork, he already the car in the detail shop, so When I finished, everything was ready to go! Thank you again Cody! Also, a big thanks to the finance manager in the back. He was a fantastic as well!

This was hands down the easiest vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Questions were asked, I was given straightforward answers; I was presented what I was looking for without trying to be upsold or have a bunch of additions. Truck I purchased was priced reasonably, I was given a fair price for my trade in. I live 2 hours away from dealership and almost all of this deal was done over the phone. When I drove up to complete the deal I was at Herb Easley for less than an hour to test drive, complete preliminary paperwork, go through finance and take delivery of my new truck. Simple, easy, would do business at Herb Easley time & again.

I’m very stubborn and picky when it comes to vehicles, decided to stop in and look at the Taos. My salesman Michael was amazing! Really helped me find what I needed that fit my budget, didn’t try to pull me out of my budget either! The manager as well at H.E. Volkswagen was amazing as well! Both were super friendly to speak with! Also great with children! I had my 3 year old with me the whole time and they even talked and played games with her!

Amazing customer service! I have had some pretty frustrating experiences at other local dealerships in the past with their service departments. Herb Easley makes sure to go above and beyond to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible. Michael W and Rick B handled my window tinting this week, a few weeks prior Coby took care of getting a second key ordered for me (they had to keep my car to program the new key). I was provided a loaner vehicle both times so my work day was not disturbed, and both instances were handled in a timely fashion with excellent communication! The new window tint looks so good!

Cody H was a wonderful salesman to work with. He's down to earth and very honest, and I appreciated that. Even more impressive was he helped to take care of some aftermarket add-ons to my truck! Would highly recommended him and the rest of the guys that took care of my purchase. Justin the Sales Manager also played a huge role in getting those new truck keys in my hands. Went in not even planning on buying(just not in any type of rush) just wanted to look at my options and make sure my youngest could fit comfortably. (13 about to be 6ft tall so he’s not even close to being done growing lol) Josh showed me a trax and a VW Taos. He wasn’t pushy or rude like what I had previously experienced with car salesmen, Josh was so kind and respectful and really seemed like he just wanted to help me out. Dylan one of the Managers I believe and Chris the finance guy were super kind. The three of them just made the process so smooth and less stressful. Walked out with my 2024 VE Taos. Thank you HE Motors!
