I came in 5 minutes before closing with 2 tires needing to be mounted and he mounted them both did great work and was super friendly and helpful I 100% recommend this location for anything
My tire was completely flat and I discovered it at 6pm. I had a screw in it. Husband aired it up got to Texas tires after 6pm. They fixed it and didn’t charge me! The most polite man working in this heat and being so close to closing. I will be back. Thank you for everything.
This place is awesome. I needed to swap out a bad tire on my car for a new one that was in my trunk. I didn’t get the guys name but he took care of me. Very nice and respectful. He handled it quickly and he did it at no charge! If your in need of any tire service, I recommend this place!
Had a bad alignment done here, and my brakes were damaged right after. They denied responsibility and made me sign a waiver to fix the alignment. I ended up fixing the brakes myself. Disappointed with how it was handled
Traveling and got a screw in one of our tires. It was Sunday and we were worried! Texas Tire plugged it in less than 5 mins, no charge and got us back on the road!! Definitely recommend!!

Went to have a tire repaired and the girl behind counter didn’t acknowledge at all and kept playing on her phone. Waited like 5 minutes or so and left!! Horrible customer service
Got a set of tired installed on my girls car and be the last soon as I drove off my tire started to go flat and the decided to charge me for a valve stem that they're tire tech damage and before I even got new tires for her car the valve stem wasn't bad or leaking before tell they put the tires on will not recommend them or even be going back to either shop at all
Great service! I normally don’t do reviews, but they were just so awesome. I went in for a flat tire, and was out in less than 5 minutes! It was super convenient because I had a pretty busy day! Would definitely recommend!
Traveling and found this place. Plugged my tire in less than 10 mins on a Sunday and didn’t even charge us. Amazing. Highly recommend! Tried to call on our way and got voicemail so don’t let that deter you! Excellent service!!

I had something in my tire. I had to wait a little bit but while I waited they kept checking on me just made the experience so much better never been to Texas Tire before but because of this crew I definitely will. Took care of what was in my tire had me in and out after that pretty quick
Such a run around between both locations. Called the Kemp location on Wednesday asking for a tire rotate and replacing all lug nuts. I asked if I needed to set up an appointment so they can order the lug nuts, she said “No just come in any time we can get you taking care of.” I made my way over within 30mins, when I get there she says “Oh sorry we don’t have a tech here hes at the other location for at least 45mins”. So I make my way over to the Old Jacksboro location. They say yes we’ll take care of it within 30mins. Awesome. Then they come back and say “we can do the rotation but we don’t have the right lug nuts, we’ll have to order them they’ll be in Friday.” Okay, thats fine. I come back Friday later in the day and apparently they never got them and the tech said he wasn’t sure if they were ordered. But he was not the one I spoke to to order them so I didn’t expect him to know. I decided to just come back on Saturday hoping they’d for sure be there by now. I get there and they tell me “Im sorry they were delivered to the Kemp location”. So, I decided to drive back to Kemp. They lady at the counter just hands them to me, and says “Yep their right here” I asked “So a tech doesn’t install them here?” She replied “Oh no sorry our tech isn’t here right now”
Over a 4 day period, got no where. Paid $80 for a set of lugs nuts that don’t even get installed? Crazy. Purchased my last set of tires from them. But after all this run around it’s probably the last set I will get from them.
Not satisfied. They couldn’t even figure out how to order the right spacer for my truck. They ordered only 2 instead of 4, then ordered the wrong ones. I had to show them which ones to order and they were 60 dollars less than the wrong ones they ordered me. They did not reimburse me the 60 dollars even after all the trips and headaches of going up there just to see that they had gotten the wrong part. Do not recommend! Spend your money at a quality shop!
By far one af few BEST tire shops in town. They will beat competitive shops prices, way nicer to interact with, and get the job done 100%. I will continue to use these shops for all of my tire needs...I wish they did tractors!
This place is always great, i bought my tires from them and get them roated and balanced pretty often. I never have any issue when i come to get my rims and tires fixed.
I walked in with no appointment and a nail in my tire. They were so polite and quick I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! My son was amazed by their wall to wall rims highly recommend!

We took my mom's car to the Kemp location on Sunday, June 11, 2023, and I can't say enough good about the men working that day! The one who fixed her tire was so nice to my mom and I, even helped her back into the car! Amazing group of people at this location! Definitely recommend!!
One of the very few places that's open on a Sunday! Admittedly, they were closed January 1st, that is understandable, I wish everyone there a Happy New Year! Good place to buy your tires.
I had the greatest experience at Texas Tire on Kemp across from Sonic not to be confused w the place at the bottom of the hill on Kemp! The guys at Texas Tire fixed my car and also warned me of other problems they saw arising in the near future. I ignored them as I thought they were just trying to make extra money and now my car is broke down! If I woulda only listened! I will be taking my car back to them!
Super quick service and super helpful staff. My tire light didn't go off and so I came back and they humored me and checked all the tire pressures and reset my sensors fixing the issue.
These guys got things corrected from a shotty job in Pueblo. They spent their time fixing the issues. They they were friendly and efficient. Texas does the job better! Thanks guys.
I showed up without an appointment, was helped immediately, and received excellent customer service. They were even kind enough to not charge me to fix the nail that was in my tire.
