Took my work truck here to fix a rock chip in the glass; I’d say decent resin work but they forgot to clean out the hole prior to filling which resulted in dirt getting trapped underneath leaving a permanent “dirty” spot in my windshield.
Update a month later the resin fill flew off.
Great people fair prices, have brought 3 vehicles here and its always a pleasure doing business with them i wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in or around but this place!!!!!
My windshield got hit by a rock and had broken glass splinters across over half of the windshield. I took my pickup in the next morning, and Qaulity Glass replaced it with a new windshield promptly and professionally . Thank you, Quality Glass !! I received excellent service from the friendly people at Quality Glass. They were able to order and receive my replacement windshield in one day. I dropped off in the morning and they were able to return my truck in early afternoon. Excellence!
Do NOT take you vehicle here for ac/heater work. Was told they are reliable but 2 trips and $700 later having the same problem. They also charged $110 for a simple valve stem and $200 for labor to replace it. Very disappointing to say the least.
Best price around! Our windshield was installed within the same week of our original call and not a penny more than our quoted price, which was lower than anywhere around. I recommend them all the time.
I have been having AC problems so I took my car to Firestone and they recommended that I check this place out. My bf took my car there and asked them if they could take a look at it to figure out what was wrong. They said that it could take awhile so he was advised to leave it and they would take a look. This was around 1pm. Well, almost 4pm comes around and we get a voicemail from the main guy saying that the car was fixed and the total was $221. Not only did we not get a call about what was wrong but when we went to go pick-up the car and ask questions he was highly unprofessional and only asked if it would be with card or cash, not bothering to answer my questions. When I told him I only wanted to know what was wrong he brushed it off and asked if we wanted to remove the part. All my car needed was an AC clutch relay that is super cheap but the total was over $200? It's ridiculous and my favorite lines were, "I only call customers for high ticket jobs" and "you didn't say you wanted an estimate". I rarely leave negative reviews but this place was a hot mess and unprofessional. I'd advise you to take your business elsewhere!!!
My 2006 F150 was not cooling properly, so I called Lawrence and he told me to bring it by as they did not do appointments and it was first come first serve. I had it there by 8 and it was repaired by 11:30. The service as well as the price was exceptional. They were extremely nice and thorough. It was my first time to use their services but it wont be my last!

I went to drop off a Ford f150 that I've been restoring with my daughter as her first vehicle.
The reason for my rating is because of the exceptionally poor and frustrating interaction I had when trying to leave it for service.
I walked in behind another customer, she spoke to the man at the counter and they walked outside to look at her vehicle. Another customer walked in as well. A woman came out of the office and asked if we were picking up. The other customer was there for parts. I told her that I was there to drop off. She immediately said, "oh, well we're not taking any more vehicles today. " She went on to tell me at length how any vehicle left had to be locked up in their shop over night and that they already had more work than they could do today. Then she told me that rather than try again tomorrow morning, since they had so much that they wouldn't finish today. I should probably just wait until Friday morning and I should call before I came down...
Now all of that wouldn't have been too bad. She wasn't mean or unprofessional, except....
As she was finishing telling me all of this. The man walked back in with the customer that had been in front of me and took her keys and said he would pull her truck in right now for the work...
But wait, I was just told that they weren't taking any more work today...
I thanked them and left, I'm sitting in the parking lot now looking up other businesses.
I can't figure out why I would be immediately turned away, other than the fact that the truck I was trying to drop off is a 1994 and doesn't look pretty yet because as I said I'm restoring it with my daughter...
When we needed a pane of glass on short notice, Connie helped us out and was incredibly kind. We called on a friday and even though they close at noon she said we could come by and pick it up a few hours later and we did exactly that! The price was Incredible and she really was a life saver!
As a 4 decade reisdent of Wichita Falls, I have had the opportunity to use many service companies. There are many that are wothy of praise. But Quality Glass in the area of auto airconditioning is so outstanding it needs to be emphasized. The pricing is extremely fair and their knowedge of their trade is exceptional.
They are fantastic here. Quick service. Friendly. Professional. They do auto ac, windshields on auto and they fix power window issues. Installed a new regulator motor for my fallen window. Will be back for future needs
The staff was very helpful and professional. I needed to have my vehicle back by a certain time that day and they made sure that happened. Not only was my windshield replaced properly, but they even put the stickers where they were originally. They were also the cheapest place I found after calling around to 5 places. I highly recommend them and will for sure use them in the future!!!
I came in on a Monday and ordered the windshield paid for everything, on Tuesday I brought my car in and it was done 6 hours later I picked up my car. Everything was done the guys were polite and they got the job done faster than what they told. And they were cheaper than everyone else in town.

My family, and I have been using Quality for decades, there isn't anyone in town, or out of town, that can even come close to the excellent work these guys do. Ins deduc was 500 and Safelite wanted almost 500 for complete replacement after parts and disposal of old windshield, Quality hit me at 340 out the door, and I know it will be done correct. This will be the 17th vehicle I will be taking to them. I will highly recommend Quality Glass Co to anyone, and always have.
These guys hae been downtown doing windshields and servicing air conditioning for cars and trucks since my very 1st car back in 1979. Very dependable, friendly, honest and consitent.
They checked my air conditioner on day one,order parts and get them on day 2,I had to have a new compressor so on day 3 I took it in and waited. It was an hour and a half and I couldn’t be happier!!
Customer service wasn't that great. I had to wait pretty close to 10 minutes before I saw anyone at the front desk. I came here for help with my electric car window that wouldn't roll up because it fell off the tracks. They said they don't do anything like that, they only fix broken glass. But hey at least they recommended another business that they wouldn't give me a number for or directions to.
Great place, great people and a fair price for the work they do. Take all my vehicles here to have air conditioning and glass work done. They do great work on broken window mechanisms too. It is first come first serve and during the summer time they are busy. Just can't show up and expect them to drop what they are doing to work on your car. They do work quickly and the vehicle is normally ready when they say.
I took my 2001 Ford F150 in because the A/C was blowing hot. They had it back to me in a timely fashion and the A/C works great! I would definitely recommend them. I am taking the truck back to have the seal replaced on my rear glass.
Highly recommend Quality glass. It was by far the cheapest ( I called many other places for price quote) and they had me in and out within 30 mins! Very pleased with their service.
