The sales department is OK, but Jordan in Finance is the absolute worst. I told everyone involved from the beginning where I wanted to finance my vehicle. Instead, they ran my credit at 3 other places and then tried to give me a loan that was almost 2% higher than the local financial institution I asked to use in the first place. It was over $3,000 difference in the interest I would have paid over the life of the loan. Jordan also said the extended warranty only added about $60 to my monthly payment, but when I took it off it lowered my payment by about $120. So when you go to Grubbs, know that Jordan and many of the others are only looking for out themselves and they are not trying to help you. They are against you.

Overall the sales staff as whole does a fantastic job. Most car dealerships make promises they don't keep. That was not the case at the KIA lot. We are very happy with our new KIA.

Made an appointment for service for Friday 7 am. Dropped car off Thursday. Got the car back yesterday. The took care of all I wanted. Replace a recall switch and Also gave me a list of thinks coming up. Thank for the great service

New owner but professional service. I have no issues with continuing my service needs with Grubbs in Wichita Falls. I have to amend this review. After an almost $1000.00 service, Grubbs added an unauthorized surcharge for using a credit card. The charge was not was not indicated in the service receipt, was not mentioned at the time of payment, was not posted at dealer to indicate the practice. Grubbs just tacked on the additional charge. Our credit card provider informed us of the charge. A call to Grubbs elicited no response at all. Because of the sneaky way Grubbs handled this business we will not be returning to that dealership.

Spent 2 weeks shopping for a vehicle. Shopped with Kia hoping this 2nd vehicle from Kia was as amazing as the first! First sales man was extremely pushy! Not even a 1/4 mile into the test drive and we were overwhelmed with finance questions. Questions that should have been asked after the test drive. During the test drive we had questions of our own. MPG, Safety features, model differences, typical new vehicle questions. Non which the sales man could answer. No knowledge of any vehicle on lot. Left and waited a week to return hoping to get another sales rep. Back and forth went as expected. Agreed on an out the door price on a Saturday. Too late to finalize sale. Monday afternoon went in to sign paperwork with Finance rep. From the introduction finance rep was smiles and happy tone. Half way through signing. Extended warranty coverage was brought up. Tried to scroll past total amount that would be financed. Caught it and asked to go back to previous page to review amounts. From that point no more friendly smile. Declined the $6,000 extended warranty coverage. Deep breaths and eye rolls were given. A few clicks and scrolls. He countered with an EMPLOYEE PRICE for the warranty of $3,600. After declining that offer it was no more small talk of any kind. Finished signing got up and was walked out of building. Not a single “Congratulations on your new vehicle”, “Thank you for choosing Grubbs”, not even a “Have a great rest of your day”! Extremely poor customer service. Walked out of dealership second guessing our decision on using Grubbs! Vehicle is great. Grubbs not so much!!!! Couldn’t make money on the back end so was rushed out! Hope no one else endures this type of customer service.

My wife and I were on an overnight family roadtrip when our car suddenly died on the highway. Luckily, we were only 15 min from here the morning of Labor Day. Kristi, Joel and Louis came to our rescue! We hopped in a rental for the week and then returning only a few days later, they had diagnosed and completed all repairs. The customer service experience here is top notch. I cannot thank them enough for their politeness, professionalism, and punctuation! 100% would recommend

I am saddened that the dealership near me is the one I will not return to for my service. While the employees are top notch the prices have more than doubled. My wife and I will now have to drive to Corinth or Sherman for our service from now on. The cost of a cabin filter and standard oil change was approximately 3 times the normal price we were used to paying. We won't be back. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice ...... nope.

Someone dear to me purchased a 2025 Kia Soul LX from this dealership and the experience was extremely disappointing. The car’s fair market value is around $23,500–$24,500 out the door, but the dealership marked it up to $26,943 before financing. On top of that, they arranged financing through Exeter Finance at a predatory 17.34% APR, which will cost my friend almost $32,000 total for a car that should have been about $24,000. That’s nearly $8,000 more than average buyers pay. This kind of markup and high-interest loan feels like the dealer and finance company were working hand-in-hand to profit at the customer’s expense. *****The “theft recovery” add-on fee was also unnecessary. Another $200!!! Consumers deserve transparency, fair pricing, and honest financing options. Sadly, that was not the case here. How insane to take advantage of people like this! Buyers, please do your research! Car salesman, after all still just need to make their profit and this sale was to a military solider who just moved back from overseas! What a way to rip someone off especially at the end of the month when you're generally supposed to get better rates and it was also LABOR DAY...... wow!

Great experience all the way around, from the moment I pulled in to the time I drove away. Everyone was very professional, attentive and accommodating. Kudos to the whole service team! I even ran into my salesman who recognized me immediately and made sure I was still happy with my purchase.

I took my Kia soul into Grubbs to fix a recall. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me a shuttle ride from the dealership to my home, and when it was finished they picked me up from my home and took me back to the dealership to pick up my car. Should my Kia need further services of any kind I will be going back to Grubbs for the service.

Grubbs Kia of Wichita Falls was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful helping me with my new vehicle. Eric, Tucker, and Jordan were great as well as the guys that cleaned and prepared my new vehicle for me. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go by and check them out. Oh and did l mention l love my new Kia Sportage!

Took my car in for a couple of recalls and had a great experience. My car was done the same day. Not only did they fix the recalls but also washed my car and gave me a list of suggestions that they offered to fix. Kristi Trupiano was very friendly and helpful. She showed us the waiting room which was very nice with comfortable seats and a tv. We were offered snacks, water, and coffee from their Keurig coffee machine, which by the way was very good. The attention to detail for their customers is above and beyond.

I bought my Kia a few months before Grubbs took over. They did a great job. But I am blown away by the excellent work Grubbs has done with following up and doing the things that the other guy's didn't get a chance to do. Tammy and all the service staff are absolutely awesome!!! All of my future car issues will be handled by this professional, friendly staff. Very satisfied customer!!!

I have searched and searched for a great deal on a Kia telluride, and ended up at Grubbs WF on my journey, and left not only with a Kia telluride…but with a GREAT finance deal! Bailey, Tucker, and Jordan went above and beyond with their services. Everyone at Grubbs was kind, and quick to offer assistance. They made the car buying experience quick & stressless. I drove 2 hours for this dealership, and won’t buy a vehicle from anyone outside of the Grubbs dealership family again!

Absolutely blown away. Wish Foundation never sold to Grubbs. My wife went in today to get an oil change on her 2023 K5. Oil/filter change with Foundation was roughly $60. (Earlier this year). My wife was charged $127 for a dang oil/filter change in a small sedan. My 2024 superduty cost the same at the ford house. Blew me away. We have always went to Foundation for her services. We will NEVER return to Grubbs.

I wasn’t there in person, but I heard everything Christian was going through with Grubbs Kia, and he was seriously stressed. But the way he talked about Tamara—honestly, it was like she worked magic. He said she stepped in, handled everything calmly and professionally, and completely turned the situation around. It’s rare to hear someone talk about a service manager like that. Tamara at Grubbs Kia is incredible. She didn’t just help out—she owned the situation and made sure everything was handled perfectly. You could tell she genuinely cared and wasn’t just going through the motions. That kind of effort stands out. I’ve dealt with plenty of service departments before, but Tamara was on another level. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. If more people were like her, the world would run better. Definitely going back to Grubbs Kia thanks to her.

Kristi is was extremely nice and welcoming! I came in for an oil change with my warranty and I loved the inspection video of my car to see what was being inspected and keep me up to date on the health of my car. I haven't received that before at other Kia locations. I will be back the next time I need servicing the n my car.

Shout out to KIA service center.!!! After going through car wash I went home and began to Armour all car. Got to grill guard and there was a live dove in grill!!! Drove to KIA service center and 2 employees were so helpful! A young man took my Kia sportage into service center and removed grill guard. Came back and said the dove flew out of the bay and up on a lamp post outside. And, they charged me nothing!!! Whew!!! Catherine Rudy

Got most of this done online. So when I got to the dealership we just had to sing paperwork. They did sell the one I was originally wanting to no purchase. But found me a better deal. Had that not happened I guess this review would've been different. Excuse having a hard credit placed on your credit and then. Not purchasing vehicle would've been upsetting. But they got me a great vehicle at a great price with a great warranty. Thank you
