I brought my car in around July 2025 to have it checked. They were able to look at it right away and told me a part needed to be ordered, and that they would call me when it came in. Weeks went by with no call, so I reached out and was then told the part was on back order and that they would contact me once it arrived. Unfortunately, months passed and I never received any update or follow-up. No one proactively informed me about the back order or the delay. Since it wasn’t an urgent repair, I didn’t push it—but the lack of communication was disappointing. And still to this day never heard anything or have gotten my car fixed.

I want to mention Kristi my service advisor, she went above and beyond my expectations! I normally hate taking my car in for anything, I usually will do any work myself just to avoid it. I arrived a little late on a freezing morning and had my car on a trailer. I didn't really know exactly where to drop it off so I called.. Kristi didn't hesitate to come out and show me where to drop it. Told her why I was there, to get some recall things done. She took care of everything, all with a great attitude. This is by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. She definitely earned my future business with this dealership, buying or service! Thank you Kristi!

I was really just looking, because of some credit issues...BUT...
Noah the sales guy Is King! He came in on his day off to help me. They got me where I could get the Kia Telluride. I was Very impressed that Tim the manager came and thanked me.
Even the gentleman that negotiated the deal. Made me feel great when I said my credit sux. He Said we all find ourselves at different places at times.
And thx to the Detailer that got the vehicle cleaned up late in the day, so I could take it home that night.
All this in less than 2 hours...GLORIOUS!!!
GRUBBS customer service is STELLAR!

I always have excellent service at Kia. Although it takes awhile(it’s a dealership lets me be honest here) I am never dissatisfied with my care. They understand what I know I can do myself and take care of the needs that are a little more complicated. I have had Eric a few times now and he never disappoints with quality of care and customer satisfaction.

Drove an hour and half to Grubbs Kia Wichita Falls told could get the best serves and deal. Was not disappointed everyone was so nice and helpful. They found the vehicle that work perfect for my needs. Had the package I wanted a beautiful color exterior and interior. Negotiations went smoothly no huge pressure just made the numbers work for me being on a fixed income. Then to top it off financing was so easy never experienced that before.

The service advisor, Eric, was extra, EXTRA exceptional, as was Andrew, the shuttle driver.
Eric did the big things, like clearly explaining and prioritizing the multiple issues requiring repair, as well as the little things, like backing the vehicle into the service area so that my elderly mother (who has mobility issues) could easily access the vehicle. Eric also personally drove me to the bank to get cash because Andrew wasn't available and I wanted to avoid the service fee charged by my credit card company when paying for the repairs. I don't think I've EVER had such a wonderful experience at a car dealership service department -- or anywhere, for that matter!
Like Eric, Andrew was just as pleasant, professional, and courteous. Not only did he drive me and my mother home well after shuttle service had ended, when we got there, I had difficulty finding the correct key. Although I assured him several times that he could leave and we'd be alright, he insisted on waiting until we were safely inside. Since it was dark outside, his kindness and concern for our safety will never be forgotten.

We absolutely loved Grubbs! From our sales woman Breanna, to Tim the finance manager, all the way to David, the GM…we had a great experience! The only hiccup we had was the amount of time it took to get the paperwork signed. However, they went above and beyond to take care of us while we were waiting. Even went as far as feeding us. I would highly recommend this dealership!! They have done every single thing we have asked and they made it as easy as possible to get into our car. We will be buying from them again! If you’re on the fence about a dealership…you won’t be sorry if you choose Grubbs!

Outstanding Experience at Grubbs Kia of Wichita Falls
I recently purchased a new Telluride from Grubbs Kia, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, Breanna and Tim were incredible to work with. They were patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure every question I had was answered (and trust me, I had plenty!).
They never pressured me, were completely transparent throughout the process, and made sure my family and I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Even with all the back-and-forth during negotiations, they stayed kind, understanding, and genuinely focused on helping us get the best deal possible.
At this point, they might be a little tired of me—but that just shows how much time and care they put into making sure we were 100% satisfied. I truly appreciate their honesty, attentiveness, and commitment to making this such a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The sales department is OK, but Jordan in Finance is the absolute worst. I told everyone involved from the beginning where I wanted to finance my vehicle. Instead, they ran my credit at 3 other places and then tried to give me a loan that was almost 2% higher than the local financial institution I asked to use in the first place. It was over $3,000 difference in the interest I would have paid over the life of the loan. Jordan also said the extended warranty only added about $60 to my monthly payment, but when I took it off it lowered my payment by about $120. So when you go to Grubbs, know that Jordan and many of the others are only looking for out themselves and they are not trying to help you. They are against you.

Overall the sales staff as whole does a fantastic job. Most car dealerships make promises they don't keep. That was not the case at the KIA lot. We are very happy with our new KIA.

Spent 2 weeks shopping for a vehicle. Shopped with Kia hoping this 2nd vehicle from Kia was as amazing as the first! First sales man was extremely pushy! Not even a 1/4 mile into the test drive and we were overwhelmed with finance questions. Questions that should have been asked after the test drive. During the test drive we had questions of our own. MPG, Safety features, model differences, typical new vehicle questions. Non which the sales man could answer. No knowledge of any vehicle on lot. Left and waited a week to return hoping to get another sales rep. Back and forth went as expected. Agreed on an out the door price on a Saturday. Too late to finalize sale. Monday afternoon went in to sign paperwork with Finance rep. From the introduction finance rep was smiles and happy tone. Half way through signing. Extended warranty coverage was brought up. Tried to scroll past total amount that would be financed. Caught it and asked to go back to previous page to review amounts. From that point no more friendly smile. Declined the $6,000 extended warranty coverage. Deep breaths and eye rolls were given. A few clicks and scrolls. He countered with an EMPLOYEE PRICE for the warranty of $3,600. After declining that offer it was no more small talk of any kind. Finished signing got up and was walked out of building. Not a single “Congratulations on your new vehicle”, “Thank you for choosing Grubbs”, not even a “Have a great rest of your day”! Extremely poor customer service. Walked out of dealership second guessing our decision on using Grubbs! Vehicle is great. Grubbs not so much!!!! Couldn’t make money on the back end so was rushed out! Hope no one else endures this type of customer service.

My wife and I were on an overnight family roadtrip when our car suddenly died on the highway. Luckily, we were only 15 min from here the morning of Labor Day. Kristi, Joel and Louis came to our rescue! We hopped in a rental for the week and then returning only a few days later, they had diagnosed and completed all repairs. The customer service experience here is top notch. I cannot thank them enough for their politeness, professionalism, and punctuation! 100% would recommend

I am saddened that the dealership near me is the one I will not return to for my service. While the employees are top notch the prices have more than doubled. My wife and I will now have to drive to Corinth or Sherman for our service from now on. The cost of a cabin filter and standard oil change was approximately 3 times the normal price we were used to paying. We won't be back. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice ...... nope.

Great experience all the way around, from the moment I pulled in to the time I drove away. Everyone was very professional, attentive and accommodating. Kudos to the whole service team! I even ran into my salesman who recognized me immediately and made sure I was still happy with my purchase.

Grubbs Kia of Wichita Falls was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful helping me with my new vehicle. Eric, Tucker, and Jordan were great as well as the guys that cleaned and prepared my new vehicle for me. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go by and check them out. Oh and did l mention l love my new Kia Sportage!

But I am blown away by the excellent work Grubbs has done with following up and doing the things that the other guy's didn't get a chance to do. Got most of this done online. So when I got to the dealership we just had to sing paperwork. They did sell the one I was originally wanting to no purchase. But found me a better deal. Had that not happened I guess this review would've been different. Excuse having a hard credit placed on your credit and then. Not purchasing vehicle would've been upsetting. But they got me a great vehicle at a great price with a great warranty. Thank you
