I cannot comment on their actual repair services, but I can comment on the helpfulness and friendliness of Art at Unique Creations. My husband and daughter were on a cross-country trip and the car started shaking violently around 5:30pm. They needed a repair shop and everyone in town they called for help was closing at 6pm. I was able to get Art from Unique Creations on the phone. While his shop wasn't equipped to fix the problem, he talked with me about my issues and recommended the only repair shop in town open until 7pm. My family was able to get the car repaired and get back on the road that evening. Without Art's help, my husband and daughter would have been stuck until businesses opened the next morning. Thank you Unique Creations for your kindness and help!
An animal ran into my fiancé’s drivers side door area and damaged it to where it wouldn’t even open. The incident happened on a Friday night. I was out of town but when I got into town Saturday afternoon I called and talked with Art. All other Body Shops were closed. I was just trying to get an estimate. Not only did he fit my car in the same day but he went out of his way & dropped me off & picked me back up after working on it late into the evening. And he didn’t charge me an arm & a leg. I can’t say enough! Thanks Art for being there in my time of need. You went above and beyond!
I had an issue where my trunk latch would not open. Art repaired it partially and disconnected my backup camera and said that the camera was the problem but I still needed another part ( a trunk latch ) to fix it. He also took my car to someone else (because he did not know what was going on), but failed to notify or get my approval to take my car to someone else. Additonally, he based his price off of what that person charged and failed to mention that to me. Once I paid him and expressed that my trunk was not fixed properly, he said stated he would replace my latch and not charge me for the labor. The next day, I could not get ahold of him.
It is clear that he did not know what was causing the issue. However, he chose to charge me for something he did not do (realign my latch). And if he in fact did, it did not fix the issue. Beware! He did give me back half of what I paid after presenting all these facts to him.
He said "I like when my customers drop off a check and ask no questions". RED FLAG!!!!!
The owner of this body shop goes above and beyond for his customers. I called his shop at 7pm from Sheppard Airforce base with my front bumper dragging the ground from hitting something on the interstate on my way to visit my son. He advised me to drive his way and he’d do whatever he could to help me. He stayed late into the evening for me and temporarily fixed my bumper ensuring that my daughter and I would make it home safely. What a God sent man!!
We are very satisfied with unique creations! Totally recommend this business they went above and beyond for us. Our back window of our new truck got broken out while moving a appliance and I called and inquired an estimate which was lower than anyone in town! Ordered it that day it came in the next day and they installed it within 3 hours we are so greatful for ya'll! We will be using your business again! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately I didn't get any repairs done at this time I just went to see my friend art. I still get five stars because he has done work for me in the past.
We were in the area visiting our daughter and reached out that morning to see if they could look at our daughters car while we were in town. We were just looking for a quote but we got way More than we could have hoped for. Art was kind enough to fit us in the afternoon we arrived in town and went above and beyond to take care of the issues on her car, same day! We highly recommend using this shop for any of your body work needs. They were fast, friendly, and very reasonable.
They did a great job repairing hail damage and detailing everything to set me up to swap out my lease. He's available for questions at any time which worked out well with the hectic schedule I've been on. Although I ended up paying with insurance, the price was still great compared to what I found online.
I appreciate that Unique Creations took the time and made the effort to build such a detailed and accessible website. When I ran the search, I was thinking that I'd like to see some before and after work before hiring someone. I chose Unique Creations because the name sounds like the person naming it loves what they do. When people love what they do, they're generally good at it. When I opened the website and saw that there's a Gallery tab available for me to view before and after pics, I was sold. I'm not going to any other site until I talk to the person who responds to my email (also an easy to access feature of this awesome website!)
The work was amazing! We were very satisfied and Art was very accommodating, helping us to save money on work needed on our 2019 Dodge Ram. Highly recommend!
He fixed my car that was smashed in all the way down one side, had to replace 2 doors and other parts. Now it looks brand new again! The customer service is unbeatable and all work was guaranteed. Best part, is that he was able to save me some money on the repair! Highly recommend!!
I had two separate wrecks over the years of living in the Wichita Falls area. Unique Creations fixed both of them and did a fantastic job on both. I won't use another body shop. They were fair on price and wonderful and honest on service. I would recommend this business to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle(s).
Art has served my vehicles well the last few years. I've had multiple cars fixed and repaired at Art's shop and he's always done an excellent job with above the par customer service. He's even delivered my vehicles to my job before Coronavirus made it the thing to do. I highly recommend this place for a vehicle accident repair and modifications for your custom needs
Took my car in for paint job and body work was complete disaster they destroyed my cars interior from being left in the rain terrible. Paint job and body work had to take him to court we won our case and he appealed we went to court second time we won our case against him he has a judgement that he never paid would not reccommend this body shop to any one
I took my truck in for a few dents in the door and it looks brand new! I was quoted much more at other places so I was very pleased with the prices and quality of the work. They were always responsive when I called/texted and the repair was very quick. I would highly recommend them for paintless dent repairs.

This place is great! They aren't open 24 hours, but the owner (Ray) is on call 24 hours to answer questions. I called on a Saturday late afternoon to see if he could help with a window motor problem and he troubleshot the problem over the phone and told me where to go and what part to buy and had me drop off the car. They can come pick up your car and/or drop it back off to you when they're done, which is super convenient. The workers there are extremely helpful and very nice - I would definitely recommend them for service to your car.
