Rose's Auto does an excellent job with both my trucks. If it doesn't need work, they will not charge me. They are willing to give me a ride home and I trust their work.
Great place to get your car fixed, my mom used to go to Rose's a long time ago even. Bill is a nice man, Kelly is his wonderful secretary & their mechanics are good guys that know their stuff! Very professional and helpful atmosphere.
Was recommended this place by my father in law, and was not disappointed. Pricing was great, repairs were good, and above all this shop is trustworthy.
The only cons were that the turnaround time wasn't the best, and I had to call in for updates.
I’m a single woman on a road trip and I was passing through this town (LUCKILY) when I heard a high pitched sound from my engine. I called this auto shop first and the woman was very helpful and got me in that morning. They were all so professional and kind, they showed me my serpentine belt and all the pieces that had broken and was dragging! They did not over charge and they were so thorough and checked out my whole van to make sure I was safe getting back on the road. Honestly this place was a blessing and the people are amazing. I’ve now made it to Colorado, Utah and back with no issues.

Great service! Very pleased with their prompt response to my call and they even drove to where my vehicle was parked to do testing and diagnostics. Highly recommended.
Before I called these guys I called every 24 hour mobile mechanic I could find. Particualr Knught's Auto, whom I left multiple messages for and submitted a request for a quote. They never responded. Rose's was affordable, efficient and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Great job Rose's Auto
Ms.Kelly and staff are AWESOME people, took my car in to get radiator changed out, they are very reasonable on their pricing, and fast and efficient! Excellent work! I would recommend them to everyone! Love this Company
I took a generator to be serviced. It had been shutting down, figured it needed a good tune up.
The receipt says they changed the oil, added coolant, changed filters.
Got it back and after a day it wouldn’t start at all.
Because I know that they weren’t able to do major work on them, I figured I needed to take it to a service center that specializes in them.
Come to find out it had no coolant. I paid $400 at the second place for a job the first place should’ve done.
When I returned to Roses with the complaint, the owner said there had to be a leak. I brought it back and he confirmed himself that there was no leak and the coolant was still full.
Refused to do anything to help with the cost I spent at the second place to do the job I already paid him to do.
Horrible business.
Having a vehicle break down is never fun but having a vehicle break down 2 hours away is even worse. Kelly at Roses was excellent in helping me get my vehicle back to Wichita Falls and they were able to determine what was wrong with it immediately. I ended up getting a new motor and transmission and they took extra care to make sure everything was well taken care of. Both Bill and Kelly were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.
So I’ve already Purchased a truck through Raul’s paid it off with a four year note.....About two years ago they repoed it because I was one day late on my payment....Today they decided to take my brothers car which is also in my wife’s name Because they didn’t have verification of insurance but they did not try to contact us even though we gave them our new number....The car has insurance on it....So basically what I’m saying is they used not being able to get a hold of us as an excuse to steal our car and scam us for $375 I was in the market for a new vehicle and of course I was going to go to go back to Raul’s but honestly what they do is slimy when it comes to getting your car repod they repo your car any chance they get because they want more money and nothing else they don’t care about helping you or if you have kids to take to school for practice or just go to damn work...The payment wasn’t late the car had insurance they took it simply because they could not get a hold of us sounds slimy as hell to me I will never go back to Rauls only because of the repo situation...smh I thought you had our backs Aurora
Took my truck in for normal service and oil change. It had been 7 months since last servicing. I do not drive that much, back and forth to work, visiting mother 3 or 4 times a week and shirt trips around town. What a pleasant surprise it was when the mechanic came in and told me it would be a waste of my money since the oil still had a new oil appearance with no dirt or soot in it. Roses has always been completely honest with me on all my vehicles and charge rates that i think are more than fair. I would and have recommended them to anyone who would like a fair and honest car servicing. They are like family to me.
I was only here to drop off a friend's truck for a check up. Receptionist is friendly, but that's about all I know about the place since I have not taken my own car to them for service.
I had a great experience. The work was completed quickly. Their pricing was fair and they are honest and straightforward. Their lot is fenced which gave me peace of mind leaving my car overnight.
Had a major repair on my trucks driveshaft. Also asked them to look at the front end for another problem that two other repair shops couldn't figure out. My older truck now drives almost like new. Excellent work and great people.
