I called Jan 26/26 @ 2pm and stated I blew a cooling time, gave my location and a lady told me the mechanic would be 45 min to get to me and if it was longer she would call. She even had me send a pic of the line to a cell # and I said to also bring coolant which she replied “ if I tell him that he will say Obviously it’s a coolant leak”. At 8pm he still had not been out yet and would not answer the phones for my or my company or wife. I ended up having to have a light duty tow company bring me parts and fix myself. This was rediculous considering the temps I sat without heat and on a side of the road. A call would have been nice to at least say, “he can’t come”
I call for a road service for one of our drivers Jan 24th 2026 at 7:01 Joe the owner has the job completed by 7:45, despite the weather storm conditions he was fast and efficient and had my driver back in the road. Thank you Joe from Betance Trucking!
Zero star rating. A warning to potential customers: avoid this shop in Wichita Falls, Texas, due to suspected price gouging. I had a disappointing experience, leaving my truck in their care for three months while they demanded prepayment for services. Even after providing a new motor from Ram, the installation took over a month. Shortly after picking up my truck, I encountered a faulty oil cooler, which rendered the vehicle inoperable. The owner's dismissive attitude was unprofessional, and they declined to finish the repairs without paying more out of my pocket. The businesses involved are Allen's Auto and Diesel Repair, Kelton Services, and JC Mobile Mechanics.
The service was good but they charged me for their broke down service truck.
The air hose from compressor to the primary tank got a hole in it. Called and scheduled call out to Gainesville TX welcome center from Sherman office at 7:50 am. Was told service truck would be there within an hour. It arrived at 10:30. The mechanic was in his personal pickup with no tools. Story was service truck had two flats, don't know why it took and hour and half to figure that out. He then drove his personal truck back to get tools and arrived about 1:30 with his wife/GF. Removed line went to FTL dealership in Ardmore to get hose made. Returned and installed hose wrapped up before 4.
If the mechanic had shown up in service truck the charged time would have been 4.5 +/- hours. Mileage should have been about 150. They charged for 10 hours with a 2 hour credit, 200 miles, markup on the hose, and CC fee. Total bill of $2173.50.
Called to discuss bill and got ran around. Talked with two different service managers that could not help without talking to the boss who was conveniently unreachable and does not want his personal number given out. According to the mechanic he also argued the charge was too high.
I feel they over charged me $550. I would have gladly paid the billed price if they would have finished the job in 4.5 hours. Not only did i get charged for their broken down service truck, they also wasted 5.5 hours of time. Ended up paying the bill and getting back on the road.
I'm not saying I wouldn't recommend their work, I would just make sure they show up prepared to go to work.
This business will absolutely screw you over. They charged 4 hrs of labor on a 2 hr job. They charged an extra $130 on mileage that never should have been driven. Their fault and not mine. I wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy. Not sure how you guys sleep at night!!!
Was stranded with a water pump failure on a 1999 International and the mechanic they sent out, Terry was knowledgeable, fast, efficient got us back on the in no time. Highly recommend this place.
Never deal with this company — they are real scammers. First, they give you one price over the phone, then when you show up they say another, and in the end it turns out to be even more. I had to call the police just to get them to leave me alone.
Terry is the best mobile mechanic I’ve ever had. I was having Freon issues and he showed up with state-of-the-art equipment, ready to tackle the problem. He was professional, reliable, and incredibly fast. He even took care of me on a Sunday. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of service was outstanding. Highly recommended!
Not recommended.. prices is I don't recommend it. Their prices are way off the mark. They charged me $1,150 to replace a release valve. It's a job that a shop would spend $100 for, labor, and 120 parts. Think carefully, fellow truckers, before using them. Ask carefully. All their prices.

They charged me for 8 hours of labor, even though they showed up without the proper tools, then left to go get them and billed me for that time too. That’s not just unprofessional and If you value your time and money, avoid this service at all costs. Don’t make the mistake I did. Total scam.
Charging Ferrari Prices for Tricycle, JC MOBILE MECHANICS touched my truck for 20 minutes and billed me like they built it from raw metal and dreams. I came in with hub seal trouble and left with trust issues.
These guys are ripoffs, charged me an extra hour of labor that they didn't do, and parts that they didn't supply. When I disputed it they threatened to impound my vehicle. The little dude that did the work was a great fellow.... but Terry and Joe are messed up, take advantage of folks from outa state just cuz they can't stay to dispute. I would give them a negative 5 star review if that was an option!!!
We are expeditors in a sprinter van who broke down on our way to Canada, they were here within 2 hours of the part we had over nighted , installed quickly ,Terry was very nice and professional! Highly recommend!
My Allegro Bus motorhome had a bad coolant leak that left me stranded 78 miles North of Wichita Falls TX. We had trouble even finding someone willing to work on it. Eventually Terry at JC Mobile mechanic got involved and got us back on the road. It was not an easy task! He had to remove several components to replace the coolant lines. I was amazed and very grateful he got the job done!!!
My car broke down while my daughter and I were on a roadtrip from Co to Houston for a concert and I called JC Mobile Mechanics in a panic when my car started making a loud noise. They came out at 10:00 at night to look at the car and quickly notice my serpentine belt was shredded and wrapped around my alternator. It was too late to order parts so we left my car there and they were back at 7:30 am to work on it. They got the belt on and we were back on the road within an hour! Darren and Terry were so friendly and helpful. It’s scary as a woman to break down in a town you are unfamiliar with and I felt so thankful to run into good people. The repair was costly because they had to charge me for coming out the night before although they weren’t able to do anything that night but overall I was happy with the service. Thank you!
My car had been having problems on not starting for a while and finally just stopped turning on. After I called I got a guy at my house in about 30 mins to fix my car. Took less than 2 hours to fix, very fast and easy thank you!

Worst mechanic experience in my life! The kid they sent out to diganose didn't know much, the scanner didn't work and the next day I heard the owners talk smack about him. My ins. covered my tow bill but yet this outfit tried to charge me for towing on my bill! My injectors were replaced and they said they would install OEM. Ends up they installed, with the use of You Tube to remove the old injectors, and replaced with remains from O'Reilly Auto Parts. They charged me just shy of $9,000 for a job that the book rate only says is between 4 -5.5 hours. (Parts $2,800) Less than 2 months after all this horrible experience the injectors failed and it took well over 2 months after my mechanic and I removed and handed them the bad injectors to get the same crap reman from O'Reilly. I called many different shops and auto parts and never once did I hear a good comment about them. I beg you to consider what I say for your sake. This place has NO respect from me and I would not go here if it was my ONLY option.
I’m a truck driver who chamber came off along with air line. Called these guys and Bobby and his helper came and about 45 minutes and put it on. Still wouldn’t move so with Bobby experience and trouble shooting found the problem it ended up being my valve sensor. Drove back to his shop to get valve and put it on in about 20 minutes. These guys were not just efficient but responsible and respectful to the driver and our needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely will use them as well. Bobby and your help. Ty for your expertise and most of all your help.
The reason they are getting a 1-star review is because there is no zero stars option. Let me list the reasons why you should not use these guys mobile service. 1. I was told on the phone that there is $2 per mile charge since I lived outside the Wichita Falls city proper limits. I said fine. The distance from their shop to my house is exactly 14.9 miles. So lets round it up to 15. $2/mile makes $30. I was charged $50. First blatant overcharge 2. Mechanic arrived at 12:58 PM and stopped working at 2:55 PM. Of course with his inability to use a cell phone camera among other things it took him another 15-20 minutes to get the pictures of my win, my plate number etc. And I Was charged for 3 hours of work. at $140/hr. 3. First hour of those 2 hours he actually worked, he misdiagnosed my problem as a dead battery and make me go to the store to buy a new battery, while the actual problem was the alternator. So,I shouldn't have paid for that hour of incompetence. Now I have to return that battery back to the store and god only know what kind of hoops I have to jump through.
After all is said and done, he actually did the correct work under an hour but let's say it was an hour work. Plus $30 travel charge, It should have been $170 bill. I paid $470. Oh by the way, if you pay by credit card there is a surcharge about 3%, which they do not tell you when they call you. I had to pay with check and if the bank is out of state, they do not take those checks.
Stay away from this outfit like a plague. Call a tow truck and take your car to a mechanic you know for their honesty.
I was in a tight spot and it was after hours on the week end so I expected to pay more than I was charged. Brian was very prompt polite. He was very thorough and asked a lot of questions and between the 2 of us we determine the problem. From when I made the call to when Brian showed up was within an half an hour. Good customer service and all cost were up front. I'm just passing through and was very fortunate I called.
Amazing experience, Bryan was extremely helpful. He came right out to my house within 30 minutes of calling and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. I would definitely recommend!

They are thieves, don’t even call them they will send their mechanic without confirmation and charge way too much charge extra miles for no reason. Stay away from this place, there is a good mechanic nearby he quotes me 350 but this place said our mechanic is on the way and charged me 550. Real goons real thieves they are. Stay away dont call them
One of the wheel bearings on our trailer went bad and Terry found the parts, repaired it and got us back on the road. The longest part was him looking for parts since most places are closed on Saturdays. Having issues come up when you’re on the road is always stressful but Terry helped us feel confident that we could safely make it back home with his repair job. Thank you!
We had a problems with the air hose, they fix it really fast. Staff was very polite and they even gave us discount. One of the best mobile services. Recommend 100%
STAY AWAY!!!! These people charged me $500 DOLLARS for a regular 30/30 brake chamber NOT LABOR JUST THE PART These people are crooks. $1750 for a tire, mudflap and brake chamber
Gross exaggeration? There’s the damage on the trailer. Other places could have done this 750 cheaper.
This service is the biggest scam artist. Guy showed up to change a tire on our RV. Said he didn’t have the right tools and would be back in 30 mins. Never showed back up and would not answer his phone or text. They also charged our credit card for full amount. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are bad service and scammers.
One of our Kenworth trucks blew an air bag on the highway near Wichita Falls, TX and a quick Google search brought up JC Mobile. I called the number and Mike quickly showed up even though we were about 70 miles away form his shop. Mike was able to make a repair so we could continue to our destination. Mike was very honest and gave me multiple options on how to fix the issue. I am glad we found JC mobile and will use them again if needed.
