I have been going there for years 2023 2024 they replaced regulator and motors on front windows left and right here I am 2025 same thing I paid over 800 each time before and now the drivers window is not working and they want to charge 466.03 to fix it a third time I trusted them I referred them to coworkers they have lost me as a customer
I was referred to Falls by another Business regarding battery issues on my vehicle after auto body repairs due to an accident. My vehicle while stopped or driving would lose complete power. After several trips to back to the body shop that my repairs, I thought the issue was resolved but it wasn't. I called Falls and explained the issue and asked if I could come by for them to take a look. They were happy for me to just come by without an appointment to take a look. Upon arrival, after explaining the issue were eager to take help. After inspecting the battery, the issue was that the cable was not properly attached to the battery after the body shop repairs and would vibrate loose causing the issue. They more than willing to replace the necessary parts, reattach my battery cable to the post correctly and made sure the other post had no issues. Within 20 minutes my vehicle was on the rode again and I now feel safe to drive it. Thank your for making me feel safe again. I would highly recommend their services to anyone for all auto repairs and maintenance needs.
Had an electrical problem. Ended up being the starter and the main fuse for the starter. Problem found and fixed in a very timely manner. Will sing the praises of this business for sure.
They fixed the starter in my car in under 4 hours! I was able to put my car in on a friday and receive it the same day! didn’t have to wait all weekend! 10/10 recommend
Called at 820 am to change headlights and was told to take the vehicle in at 1 pm. When my daughter took it in they were rude and told her she didn’t have an appointment. I called back and was told there are several people who work there and anyone could have said that, but they can’t honor the 1 pm appointment because they are too busy. It’s a Friday and will now have to wait until after the weekend to get headlights because of this mistake when we could have scheduled with another shop this morning. Don’t wait your time with this shop!!
My son broke down about 40 miles away from the shop. AAA got him safely to the shop. This worried Mom called ahead and let them know her son was on his way. They were so kind and courteous. When my son arrived, they took great care of him and had him back on the road quickly. They were very reasonably priced. Thank you for taking good care of him!
Wonderful experience! We broke down in Benjamin TX with our travel trailer. AAA got us to the shop. It only took them 5 minutes to diagnose and repair the broken part on the shift cable. They fixed it for free and even gave us some cookies for the road. They wouldn't take any money even though we tried to pay.
Couldn't ask for nicer people or faster service. We highly recommend them.
Got my rear signal light fixed at Falls Town Auto and they were amazing—super quick, kind, and even gave me cookies on the way out! I had my one-year-old with me and they were so sweet to her too. Highly recommend!
My total experience was excellent! There's a positive vibe when you walk in. They were all pleasant and friendly. I dropped my car off at 9:00 for AC work, they called a little after 1:30 saying it was ready. I will be taking my car back for other repairs. They were $200.00 cheaper than my first estimate.
Absolutely outstanding. Great customer service, patient to explain things, reasonable prices, and quick work! Had my rotors and pads replaced due to some bad vibrations while braking, Unfortunately, the new ones warped quickly after. These guys immediately fixed the issue under warranty and had it turned around in a day! Highly highly recommend!
I wish I could give a great rating like everyone else, but unfortunately I cannot! My son took his Challenger to FallsTown Auto after searching many other shops. He figured a 4.9 rating was about as good as it gets! He set up his appointment and when Tuesday rolled around, jumped in his car and headed out (80 miles). After the inspection of the problem was complete, my son was told that his AC compressor was "cracked almost in half", and that the compressor needed to be replaced. In the end, the estimate they gave him was $1061.48!! My son must have looked like walking money, or this shop thought he was just a fool, but he came all the way home and decided to take a look at that "cracked compressor" the shop told him was the problem. Unbeknownst to these people at the shop, my son actually has a college degree and a Certification in Automotive Technology. Come to find out, there wasn't a single crack in the AC compressor, it was a hose completely broke in half. Said hose was a whole $35 at O'REILLY'S. So I'm guessing on the high side, maybe a $250 job (part, labor, and recharge). I have tons of pictures and proof that this shop will scam and take advantage of you if you aren't some kind of automotive savvy . Can't imagine how many people have been taken advantage of like this!!!! Sorry guys!!!! Shouldn't assume a youngster doesn't know what to look for...
I hate to leave a 1 star review but feel ppl need to know. I tried to work it out with the business but they never responded those avenues. I had been going here prev w no issues. They said I needed an alternator, they put one in. Then they said it actually needed a transmission. Said they would discount off the labor but still charged me over $500 for a part I didn't need. I feel they should not have charged me, or at minimum charge for the labor they used, not the part I didn't need. They have always been good so idk if there's a new person in charge, or why... but it's very disappointed to be charged for a part I didn't need.
Though we were dealing with the warranty company, the guys at Falls Town treated me with understanding and concern and completed the repairs in a timely manner and did a great job. I will be returning to them for any repairs I may need in the future.
I found myself in a bit of a pickle this week with my car battery (that apparently can’t just be easily replaced for some reason). Falls Town told me to come in and they could fix me up. They were reasonably priced and so nice! I even got cookies! I will certainly go to them the next time I have an issue with my car.

I brought my car in for brakes, and my busted ac, and they did a great job! The price was absolutely reasonable for all the work they did, and significantly cheaper than if I had taken it to the dealership!! I really couldn't be happier with them. I will definitely be coming back with anymore car issues I have in the future!
Update: I came back!! And the service was just as amazing. They got me in last minute and had my car done before the end of the day! I even called around for pricing, and theirs was genuinely the lowest! I love them!

The prices are very affordable compared to the big dealerships, which is a huge plus. The only downside? My husband picked up the car this time and didn’t get any cookies! Lol. I have been wrenching on cars, trucks and other equipment for nearly 50 years. With the advancements in the auto industry, often times when attempting to diagnose and troubleshoot issues requires sophisticated and expensive scan tools. I read all the positive reviews for Falls Town Auto and brought our car there for repair. I am very happy with Falls Town Auto. I believe the prices for parts and labor are fair and the people are friendly and professional. I won't hesitate to return here when needed or recommend them to anyone I know.
We are relatively new to the area (a couple years), but we’ve not really had any car trouble since being here. When I needed brakes on my car, I asked for recommendations then I also did an internet search. Falls Town Auto came up as an extremely high rating. I read reviews and decided to call and make an appointment. I’m glad I did! I will now schedule all of appointments at this establishments, including oil changes. From the initial phone to the picking up of the vehicle was outstanding. They got us in quickly, gave an honest quote for the work, charged exactly what they quoted, and had the vehicle repaired in a very very reasonable amount of time. I am very pleased with the service I received from the folks at Falls Town Auto! They got on quickly after I dropped my truck. They diagnosed it, and quickly found the problem. While it was there I got them to change the plugs and wires. My truck runs like brand new again, and the folks there are very nice. I have no problem referring them to anyone that needs auto repair! Took my CRV to them for brake problems. They got me fixed up, calling before hand to give me different pricing estimates which is a bit plus for me. Also found a valve cover leak. They fixed that for me and the car runs great, must have really needed doing. Thank y’all!
Edit: Second visit just happened for our Camry. Was over heating and had it towed to Falls Town Auto. Unfortunately that little car was done, threw a rod or something and needed a new engine. The staff were friendly and great to work with. Will definitely continue to use Falls Town for all my needs in the future. And it gave me a reason to buy a new truck! Check it out!

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! Extremely nice young man looked at our old suburban immediately, found and fixed the issue right there on the spot! Got us back on the road to Tulsa, Oklahoma! He was so nice he didn’t even charge us! Clean bathrooms and clean comfortable waiting room that smelled so nice! Fast service! Perfect place to go for any car issues! So so happy we chose to find Falls Town Auto shop instead of waiting for 3 hours and 45 min for Walmart Auto!
