I had a disappointing experience with Nissan of Wichita Falls regarding a recurring issue with my car. After taking my vehicle in five times for what I was told was a transmission problem, it turned out to be a faulty mass airflow sensor. Despite this, the dealership insisted it was a transmission issue, which felt like an attempt to take advantage of my warranty. Even more frustrating, after consulting with Nissan in Lewisville, I learned that the aftermarket mass flow sensor I purchased wasn't compatible, and only an OEM Nissan part would work. Instead of advising me of this, Nissan of Wichita Falls tried to charge me $500 for labor and the sensor replacement, when they could have simply guided me to purchase the correct part from them. I feel like I was given the runaround, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had poor service from this dealership. I will be filing a formal complaint with Nissan headquarters.

As always, the service department did a great job with the oil change and in a timely manner, although it was raining and I didn't get the car wash that usually comes with this service. I am very disappointed, however, at the outrageous rate increase for a routine oil change. From $28 to $84 with no warning, no coupons, and no compensation for loyalty doesn't make me want to remain loyal to this company or recommend it to my friends and family.

I have been there multiple times. This was not my best experience. I was second in line when they open their doors at 0730. I was there for an oil change. I left at 0850. It was 1 hour and 20 minutes for an oil change. They do a inspection of your vehicle with the oil change. My car had a warning light on for washer fluid. It even has these word on the screen. Ythe inspection sheet I got showed the washer fluid was full and clearly it wasn't. It's not a big deal but it makes you wonder if all the other stuff got checked.

Recently, I had a tire rotation and oil change done to my 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport. Since the maintenance was going to a take a few hours to get to and complete, I requested a courtesy ride. All personnel I had contact with were courteous professional! I was even contacted later to ensure I was happy with my service. I would highly recommend the Nissan service department to all to use. Keep up the awesome work!

The oil change for life that I had when I bought the car has since gone up... Got hit with surprise 50 dollar air filter and the complimentary car wash is a joke. My kids could do a better job with a hose.

Very polite, and great service, I asked for a oil change , and they did that plus checked everything else, even tires. Then they washed it. Great service .. and they'll do the same every 6 months . For under 30 dollars. Wow. I didn't get all the names of guys that worked with my car, Jared made appointment. But thanks to all involved.

I was not only impressed with the speed of which my call backs happened, but the insane amount of professionalism these guy have. I didnt read any reviews before getting my vehicle in for service, which I should have because they have a really good review section. Anyhow, they are great, they are fast, they are worth going to for service. Highly recomend

I love going to Nissan’s in Wichita Falls Texas! The service department is always friendly and helpful. The mechanics are great. I highly recommend them! I’ve haven’t been disappointed yet with any work they have done on my 2019 Rogue!

Had a oil change and tire repair(warranty) and this is the third tire patch so I explained it should be replaced but they didn’t have tire in stock so they repaired it. It took over two hours and they were not busy and I watched the employee leave and go get lunch which would explain my additional wait time.

Great service. Needed new battery and service manager was friendly and took care of me quickly. Explained my options for the type of battery I needed. Job was done including car wash and vacuum. Only took around an hour. Waiting area was welll kept and stocked with free coffee and snacks. Vast improvement over last time was here under old management.

Went in for my oil change and when I got my vehicle back, they had washed it and even vacuumed it out. Talk about above and beyond. Awesome friendly staff that definitely gives you that 5 Star treatment. Go Buy a Nissan while you're at it. I recommend the Armada or the Pathfinder. If you're fancy like me, get that new QX80 like yours truly.

Service is good. Pretty lengthy though. Only issue I have is I was told when I purchased my truck that they would rotate tires every 10k miles and I’ve had 3 oil changes now which would mean 15000 miles that I’ve run and they have yet to rotate the tires. They do wash the exterior but hasn’t ever been vacuumed out.

Since I had bought my Maxima from another dealer I wanted to make sure I could get everything set up for routine maintenance and the things we need to get done on our vehicles 20 30 50 whatever thousand miles so I stopped in there on Thursday morning and spoke with a service advisor. I told him two things I wanted to get done and then I asked him to check for things that would be coming up pretty soon that needed to be done. I asked him to check the tires the cabin filter all the stuff that most of us don't think about he made out of plan of attack put down everything we thought it was going to need. I took the car down at 20 minutes before 8 and by 9:30 they called me and mentioned a few things I told him to go ahead. Oh yes by the way they had driven me all them in their shuttle and they went ahead and finished everything called me and told me that shuttle would be coming to get me in a half an hour if that was handy for me it was. When I went in to pay my bill I was pleasantly surprised that it was less than I thought it was going to be I thought I might dread the bill but it was fair and honest and I felt very good about dealing with them.

I took my vehicle in for a window repair. I'd taped tinting plastic to the outside of my door. The mess and damage I thought I'd caused would need to be taken to a detailer to even begin getting removed. My shuttle rides were ready in minutes. It only took a few hours and the price was the best in town. When I got back to Nissan to pickup my vehicle they presented a clean pretty vehicle. Not only did they wash it they removed all the tape residue from my door. I was floored with the special way I was treated.

Just moved in the area and needed an oil change and rotate.. Fantastic service department. Friendly and fairly priced. Gave my car a great wash. I had a conversation with "Coach" in sales and got some helpful information. I would recommend Wichita Falls Nissan to everyone.
