Peyton and Ashley are the one-two combo every company needs on their team! These two perfectly handled our need in the moment of crisis and did so with such poise and efficiency that we were back up and running within just a few hours! The mechanic that was sent, Desmond, was truly an expert in his field which is what you'd come to expect out of every one at Gene's. Definitely give them a call and you will not be disappointed!
Excellent shop, great mechanics, friendly staff and super efficient. I'm an out of town driver and my AC stopped working in 97 degree heat. I called them and got me in ASAP. Figured out it was a fuse/wiring issue and fixed it. Honestly it wasn't as expensive as I was expecting. Totally will be back if I'm in the area. Great value and always support ' Mom and Pop shops!!
Really fast service did a mount dismount on semi trailer in less then 30 minutes and went out of his way to put junk tire on the trailer rack.keep up the good work and great service

Can’t say enough great things about this company. We were on our way to El Campo Lost Lagoon and our RV blew out 2 tires. They were the only company that actually had tires in stock and could come out to us within a couple of hours. We called 10 different companies and all they could do was tow us to a tire place and it would be hours. Both the wrecker driver Adam and the lady at the office Ashley were great! Highly recommend them! Super nice people and quick service once they got here.
Sure my '99 Ranger broke down on me in Inez headed to Port Arthur. Sure it cost me $700 to tow it back to Corpus Christi. It was way ok due to the positive attitude of Mr. Reynaud Williams! I wanted to be irate and upset over my situation, but riding back to Corpus with him was a great experience. We could all take a lesson from him on how to behave when the chips are down. Keep up the excellent work Mr. Williams!
The brake lines went out on our 38' motorhome. We waited 6+hours for AAA to get us towed, to No Avail. Mark Sr. Came out on a Friday night and towed us back to his shop. Once there, he hooked us up to power and water so we could continue living in our RV while his staff fixed our brake lines. These people went Above and Beyond the call of duty!! Their integrity and workmanship was excellent!! We would Highly recommend this company. Very thankful for their topnotch service!
Yesterday evening driving down highway and had a blow out.We we're able to hobble in with police escort , well the lady in inside was super nice and considerate. The tech, replaceed our tire and helped us beyond the call of duty. Let me mention we are seniors and we were pretty shook up. After replacing tire after hours I might add, they did not charge us and just wished us a safe trip home. Thank you so much for your help after hours and my God bless you all.
After experiencing a tread separation with my truck on an interstate. Jaime came quick and got me going in no time! Definitely recommend their devices if your in need of roadside.
Jaime did an awesome job doing a flat repair on our motor home. He diagnosed it quickly as a bad valve stem and we were repaired and rolling within an hour

Ashley (name check) was super...SUPER courteous and VERY professional on the phone. The tow truck driver was super great and friendly hooking me up in the rain. On our way to the yard, I called Ashley to see about motel rooms allowing dog. She offered to call everyone for me to see without hesitation, but instead allowed us to stay in the truck in their yard and even whipped me into the stripes to get fuel and told me where everything was and how to get in and out of the yard through the night if need be. Despite my breakdown, I'm super glad I called these guys to come get me and do business with! If I'm gonna break down, I'll try to make it in this neighborhood!!!!!
Prompt, courteous, and respectful. Even in the blistering cold rain, they did an amazing job moving my car. No keys required for the move and was surprisingly cheap. Will definitely call them again should my car needs to move again. Thank you!

We have used Gene's Wrecker service a number of years ago, to pull an rv out of the mud on our property. And that happened on Christmas Day!
New RV brake failure in Palacios. As usual absolutely no help from Camping World (never again). Heartland (RV manufacturer)was helpful and supportive but could not offer resources to fix. Dexter Axle was likewise and ended up paying the bill. Good Sam Roadside located Gene's. They are very responsive, professional and technically capable. What at save in my situation. Thanks Gene's
Don't call this place for a mechanic, call last night the guy charge me $415 and he was just looking at the computer he saw nothing come up so he took the money and left me there. He wanted another $450 to move me across the overpass into the loves truck stop. The truck turns on but shuts off filters ok pressure ok.
We were driving a U-Haul from Ohio with a car transport when we noticed a flat tire on the car transport. U-Haul contacted Genes Wrecker service and Dustin arrived in about 30 minutes after our service call and promptly replaced the tire and we were back on the road within a little over an hour. Dustin was very polite and courteous which helped our situation after a few long days of driving! Thanks Dustin!
Dustin was awesome on this hot day! Pleasant and came to change my tire on this vehicle that I rarely drive. I didn't even know where the tools were and didn't feel like searching for them parked on the side of a busy highway!!!! Thanks again, Dustin for coming to the rescue! We had a bad tire traveling back from Mexico to Louisiana around 8pm after most tire places were closed. The dispatcher at Gene's was very friendly and verified they had the tire we needed in stock. We limped our way to their facility and the young man who attended us was very kind and very thorough. We paid a $55 call out fee for the late service on top of the price of the tire, mounting, balancing, etc, but the tire price itself was very reasonable and I was happy to pay the call out fee. This is a very complete service facility and I feel comfortable recommending them.
Had 2 break downs 1 with trailer and then 3 day's later the truck. They are courteous well educated and well-trained.from towing to repair I couldn't have asked for a better job. I had a tire on a motor home blow out on the highway. We saw their sign and found the shop shortly after. They replaced the tire quickly. A few days later, I received a call that we were over-charged by $140 for the tire (the amount they quoted us was wrong), and they wanted to refund it back to the card. WOW! I would've never expected that sort of hospitality.
