Definitely recommend. They fixed my lifan kpr200. And believe me finding someone to work on that was hard. Glad they took on the challenge and got it running like new again.
i bought my go kart in April and every 2 weeks there’s something wrong with it and in the first day the tire took off from its place I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO BUY FROM THIS PLACE.this place has horrible customer service the lady did not want to help me look for the item i was looking for.
Both gokarts I’ve bought from they are money pits, ones gone through multiple motors and the other one keeps having electrical issues even after being repaired there.
The prices are good but they forget to put on a lot of things bought brand new fairings had them put them on they forgot bolts they didn’t put the heat shields which I gave them to put on they also couldn’t find out the problem on my bike but if you want cheap labor go with them they also have pretty good costumer service
My bike has been the for a month for a job they said would take a week after dropped off. I called 2 weeks after bike was dropped off and they haven't even started on it.
Gregorys is not the place you want to take your bike for a fix or leave it with them so they can help you sell it! I left my bike with issues that did not even involve my tires & i turned it in with an empty tank. After they fixed my bike & It was in "perfect shape" & ready to sell, they put it all the way back in the corner, HIDDEN! On top of that, they USED my bike, when i came back to see it, the tires were DAMAGED & the tank had gas after they claimed to not even have check rid the bike INFACT his exact words were & i QUOTE " We never USE or RIDE our customers bikes, ever. We have been doing this business for 20 years" all i have to say is that is complete BS. Sincerely this place sucks, & I'm sorry to who else has had this problem...
They have a nice selection of Chinese Atv's and go carts. The owner Mr. Gregory is a blast to talk to, he really is a nice guy. So why not 5 stars? Well a lot of the carts can be purchased online for slightly cheaper but you won't get a warranty like you would with Mr. Gregory. When and if i decide to buy one I'll probably get it here. Still can't decide.
Very bad service and low quality products i had bought a new atv in friday and by sunday it had already broke down save your money go somewhere else but never go there
I was buying a bike from them worst decision ever. The bike repeatedly broke down. They charged me everytime I brought it in never fixing the issue and always causing new issues. Original issue was it would stall out while riding. He came up with tons of inaccurate and stupid reasons that made no since. Finally it stalled again but this time it happened back tire kicked bike went down putting me in the side of another vehicle breaking my foot. Do not go here ever!
I bought a used Kawaski from Joe and he made it so easy. He had it painted for me, added saddle bags and was helpful and nice throughout the buying process. He stands behind what he sells. His staff is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make you happy. I cannot say enough about Joe and his crew.
My polaris was not fixed right the first time brought it back and told me it was going to be another 400.00 to fix it when i had paid 250.00 before hand they just love to rip u off. Never again.
